Have been messaging CS as first withdrawal was done in just over 2 hours. I have now been waiting over 24 hours. I was told by a CS agent (I have screenshots) that my withdrawals are in the batch to be processed today. 21.11 at night and still nothing. No emails, no further information. Signed up to a new customer offer and bet £10. I was awarded a £10 free bet which expired 3 days later.This then disappeared from my account and when contacting customer services, they advised me of the time it expired (which hadn’t passed). Customer service could not have been less interested and offered no solution.Won’t be using again. Avoid.

They made it impossible for me to withdraw had to go through resolver. They offered me a bonus because they were at fault. They proceed to not credit the bonus i had to send a message to live chat and chase them up to get it credited they then add sport bets as the bonus. horrible support they had to intention of making it right just being difficult.

Deposited £1,800 but then won few bets and withdrew £1346. Account already restricted to £20 bets. As soon as I won a bit of money they triggered the KYC, I provided all the documents and my Driver’s License was rejected because it was issued in the Republic Of Ireland (other than my nationality). Absolute clown fiesta, what bookmaker rejects Driver’s license because it’s issued by other country than your nationality. Avoid this bookmaker at all costs. It’s awful.

Lies and poor service.I deposited had a win, my payment method wasn’t withdraw-able i contacted them they ignored me. i had to contact a third party resolver to help sort the issue they promised to add a £20 bonus. they never added it i hounded support and they eventually added 2 £10 sports bets even though ive only ever played slots. stay away horrible experience they dont even make a real attempt at resolving.

After reading some of the shocking reviews on here I was reluctant to join but took a chance anyway, after all, this is gambling. My sign up took less than 5 minutes, I was verified within 10 minutes after uploading documents ( I always do this before depositing) and the communication via email from customer service was prompt and appreciated. I deposited without any issues and made two withdrawals which were both processed and in my bank account within an hour. While there might not be a chat option, I was communicated with promptly via customer service agent Nomtha, who was very courteous and informative via email. I signed up just after midnight and had received communication within 15 minutes. All in all I am very impressed with the range of and performance of slots (I don’t do sports betting so can’t comment on that), the customer service and speed of verification and withdrawals. Will definitely be returning.

Made it impossible for me to withdraw, If you deposit via a non withdraw able method you will not be able to withdraw your funds since the messaging system is not manned and you do not get a reply. also no possible way to add a payment method to withdraw from unless you deposit directly from that method. which means they should not offer deposit methods that cannot be withdrew to.

Crap bookie, app often slow to load, never seems to offer a cash out, perhaps you can’t get cash out with free bet stakes but 4 legs of a 5 fold acca in and no cash out option before last game or during last game even when team was leading. There are fair sites and there are edged sites. Games that advertise an RTP should be what you get.My experience with Hollywood, and I’ll take Pragmatic as a provider for the example, is that advertised RTP is approx. 96%+ (fair edge right?). I’ve played on some sites with an RTP of 94%. In less than 24 hours of depositing and not being able to place a football bet because of their faulty site, I’ve had to contact IBAS to get my money. My withdrawal was rejected. I was told that they will only withdraw to the card I deposited from. And that’s exactly what I did, MORONS. Ron Hearn from IBAS asked me to ask what their final response is? But so far I’ve been ignored. In the end IBAS will get my money. It’s not the first time I’ve had to contact them regarding the same issue with other sites holding on to my money longer than necessary. These people are so corrupted. I’m certain they will have to surrender their licence to the gambling commission in the near future.

I usually wouldnt care to write a review on anything, stay far away from this website. I have had accounts with some terrible bookies before, this is by far the worst.Your bets – are capped instantly. I only opened the account and I’m capped at 90eur and less.Withdrawals – take days, even though says 24hrs. Answer is, they simply dont want to cash you out.The website – absolutely atrocious. Tech completely crap and poor markets.Customer Service – appalling. They respond with the same generic crap to every request. As they will also under this comment. Not the greatest. Stake a lot never get any free bets. Send them messages and never reply also very slow at settling bets my result was known over half an hour ago and still not settled and messaged them about it and surprise surprise no answer. As a Brentford fan I thought I’d see what the fuss was about and suffice to say I’ll me making sure everyone steers well clear and will be also making a complaint to the supporters trust for allowing such thieves and cowboys to be involved in our club.Customer service is terrible. Very poor customer service I have played on many sites over the years and I normally test the waters at the beginning. When I deposit £10 and don’t get my free spins and talk to customer service and they reply you didn’t join from the link when I most definitely did sets alarm bells ringing. Not great cust support response times and not convinced knowledge levels of staff that great. On balance, closed the account today as we are dealing with money here and the support team can rather suck the fun out of the game. They might just be having a bad year or two. Good luck.
