How easy to the eye is the Karamba website?
The Karamba website is very busy when you reach the main landing page, and there is lots going on which makes it difficult to find what you might be looking for.
The dull blue and grey coulour scheme doesn’t work very well, and just makes the front page of the site confusing.
The actual layout of the site is decent enough with a double top bar containing the various products on the first bar, and then the second bar containing additional services including:
In-Play Betting, Today’s Events, Results, Cash Out, Fast Markets, KaramBOOST and Player Props
The main navigation on the left is really user freindly with a vertical menu containing the major sports and leagues. When testing, we were shown the major leagues based on our geo location, so in the UK the first sports we were shown were The Premier League, The Championship and then next came Horse Racing, which makes sense if you are a UK user as these would be the main sports you would bet on. On our site you will also find information about Karamba bonus and Karamba mobile app.
When you click on a sport or event from the left side menu, it will open up the best odds for each match in the centre section.
Strangely enough, the same blue and grey colour scheme is used here, but the layout is much easier on the eye and you can find your game and odds very easily.
Clicking on the odds will open up a bet slip in the right column with a pre filled stake of £10. There are arrows to take the stake up and down which is a nice feature.

So just to update you. 24 to 48 hours I was advised to process the withdrawal. Via email and chat. Having spoken to them now they are saying an additional 48 hours but not including weekends so essentially 6 days JUST TO PROCESS the withdrawal not even approve or decline it just to PROCESS worst website i have dealt with to this point . Give me my money or i will go through the ombudsman
