I have made an withdrawal of 5710 inr (its not even 100 ), they told me withdrawal was approved it will be processed in 2-6 days as per bank wire policy in livechat ,after 2 days withdrawal was got declined without any reason, immediately they initiated an withdrawal again( this time withdrawal was not iinitiated by me) so i have contacted the chat agent for a reason : he was not ready to give me an legitimate reason instead of that he was told me to waite for an replay via mail what is this such an unprofessional behavior , i have played in many site likE “Bet365, Dafabet” they do not cheat like this or without any reason they do not delay like this either, is this is the way you treat your users such an worst site For small amount you guys are delaying like this , how can we play with big amount in this site people please think twice before using this site ? ? i will not recommending this site to anyone , i will going to publish the video in youtube if i did not recieve any response from the site , trustpilot allow me to upload an image proofs then only people able to know about this site’s scam

Awful Customer service. It uses half your real balance and half bonus balance when spinning slots. Guess what. It also rewards half-real balance and half bonus balance. When you withdraw your money, it makes you delete your bonus balance. Then they ask for a bank statement to get a withdrawal.

Welcome offer is a scam. At serious casino providers, i get many different freespins. At this casino , the welcome bonus picture clearly offer 100% deposit match + 100 freespins ( a normal/cheap gift) So.. i got the 100% deposit and 20 freespins. I actually need to make two more deposits to get the rest of the 80 freespins advertised. When pressing “read more” it is pictures of the 80 freespins, but the disclaimer has another story.. Had no issues with this site except my docs not being verified when I sent them in but this was sorted quickly after a 5 min chat on live chat and withdrawal was in my account within the hour. Good selection of games.

Please don’t have anything to do with them. They ask for documents to withdraw even the smallest amount of winnings and their document upload feature doesn’t work. No other site I have ever used would do this for very small sums. Emails are from addresses which can’t be replied to. If you use this company, you can just wave goodbye to any chance of recovering your stake, let alone any winnings, if my experience is anything to go by. Avoid. Stick to well-known brands if you have to bet. Better if you do something else with your money.

Please can someone help, my first 4 bonuses were wagered and completed in approx 20 mins, my 5th bonus (£20)along with my deposit has not reduced even though my total wagers have hit £35,000!!! My winnings increased to 2000, I have never been able to withdraw, I then kept betting to try and reduce the wagering requirements and made sure after researching what games have 100% (which total approx 5 slots in total)!!! Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Couldnt give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they cant even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) Ive wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the free bets werent always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and its almost as if they couldve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I dont feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH dont care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give 5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

Initially thought they seemed OK but after using them for a good few months now they are just as bad if not worse than the other gambling companies.
