I won a lot of money from their bew customer offer, 500 quid. I did the wagering requirements, even though i gambled a few hundred extra and the wagering didnt move, i managed to get the money back up and the wagering completed, withh 500 to spare, i was refused the 500 withdraw and came back to my account and the money is gone, taken from my account. They say I abused the game, obviously they consider winning abuse…they gave me my original deposit and will not give me my winnings. Shambolic!! Legal proceedings pending

Appalling site, 2 or 3 plays in and it times out, reels judder, have spent plenty with them and taking my money never fails, you won’t win!! Dont ever recall making a withdrawal so cant comment on how long this takes, good job I play for fun! Do not use these amateurs! I used karamba for sports betting and all I can say is there site is super slow but the amount t of times I should of had a winning bet they classed it as a loss. When you contact the live chat the staff are being useless and clearly not trained.I shut my account now they wont pay me my winnings out. Absolutely terrible company. Please avoid!

DISGUSTING. I have had problems with this site and this company. Every time i contact support they end the live chat before i have finished talking. AG Communications Limited, a Malta based company with registration number C48328 and having registered office at 135, High street, Sliema SLM 1549, Malta.This company has LOADS of casinos under different names This is not about winning or losing it is about disgusting people. Don’t gamble as you can never win long term and that is a promise!!!!! I will update this review in better words because i am so angry now. Awful Customer service. It uses half your real balance and half bonus balance when spinning slots. Guess what. It also rewards half-real balance and half bonus balance. When you withdraw your money, it makes you delete your bonus balance. Then they ask for a bank statement to get a withdrawal.

Welcome offer is a scam. At serious casino providers, i get many different freespins. At this casino , the welcome bonus picture clearly offer 100% deposit match + 100 freespins ( a normal/cheap gift) So.. i got the 100% deposit and 20 freespins. Please don’t have anything to do with them. They ask for documents to withdraw even the smallest amount of winnings and their document upload feature doesn’t work. No other site I have ever used would do this for very small sums. Emails are from addresses which can’t be replied to. If you use this company, you can just wave goodbye to any chance of recovering your stake, let alone any winnings, if my experience is anything to go by. Avoid. Stick to well-known brands if you have to bet. Better if you do something else with your money.

Please can someone help, my first 4 bonuses were wagered and completed in approx 20 mins, my 5th bonus (£20)along with my deposit has not reduced even though my total wagers have hit £35,000!!! Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Couldnt give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they cant even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) Ive wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the free bets werent always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and its almost as if they couldve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I dont feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH dont care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter!
