Been trying to wothdrawl 5000 cad for karamba. They want you to prove all your payment methods ok but I had a credit card I use to use canceled it 2 years ago now they want me to prove cancelation of that card and won't pay me out. Why do they need to have proof

I've been playing and depositing now for quite a while on this site and up to now it's been very good , I've had around 10 withdrawals ranging from 50 to 460 and the money has been in my account generally the following day up untill my most recent request for a withdrawal of 450 as they now need documents for verification as by law yet the law didn't seem to matter on the previous withdrawals they put through or the vast amounts of deposits I put through and still allowed me to deposit after my last withdrawal request . After reading the comments on verification here I'm not convinced I'm going to see this money but will post an update in the subsequent days.

Joined recently no issues with site so far multiple losing visits. Think I was 80 plus down.

There charge a fee 4 deposits which is completely alien to.me.

I closed the account after speaking to a CSA via live chat.

I sent verification documents and was enquiring if they had been verified.

I was informed that they only check documents once a withdrawal request has been submitted.

So deliberately delaying the withdrawal process in my opinion. There is no plausible explanation as to why they can't verify documents in advance.

Anyway I have closed the account.

In addition sports betting no best odds guaranteed on horse racing.

They have to understand that there are serious competitors out there 4 would be gamblers and any serious punter that chooses to wager on this site with these conditions need a reality check.

Given them 3 stars simply because the gaming platform is crisp.and live chat is accessible fairly quickly.

After taking part in a targeted fb advert bet 10 for 20 bonus I recieved no bonus even though I had followed all the instructions.
So as instructed I contacted live chat to request it manually. Apparently because I had taken part in a casino offer on another site in their network a month ago I wasn't able to get any bonuses.
So then why am I targeted by their adverts and why can't this information be given before the qualifying bet is placed? I requested £200 withdrawal after them banking several thousands from me and even though I received confirmation that my account was verified my withdrawals was declined. They charge 2.5% when one is departing cash and 1% on withdrawals. These people need to be shout down and be behind bars. Absolutely thrives. Do not listen to the review by "Meme momo" this is a clear false review by the operator. There withdrawal times are extremely slow I work for an independent office and we know there withdrawal times to take up to 72hours just for processing! I’ve only given one star because I have to! I won quite abit of money and it’s been 56 hours since I won it. Was told to wait 48 hours and if I needed to send proof (already have) it’s be the full 2 days and a further 2 days to check it!
