Karamba Review

I've been playing and depositing now for quite a while on this site and up to now it's been very good , I've had around 10 withdrawals ranging from 50 to 460 and the money has been in my account generally the following day up untill my most recent request for a withdrawal of 450 as they now need documents for verification as by law yet the law didn't seem to matter on the previous withdrawals they put through or the vast amounts of deposits I put through and still allowed me to deposit after my last withdrawal request . After reading the comments on verification here I'm not convinced I'm going to see this money but will post an update in the subsequent days.

Joined recently no issues with site so far multiple losing visits. Think I was 80 plus down.

There charge a fee 4 deposits which is completely alien to.me.

I closed the account after speaking to a CSA via live chat.

I sent verification documents and was enquiring if they had been verified.

I was informed that they only check documents once a withdrawal request has been submitted.

So deliberately delaying the withdrawal process in my opinion. There is no plausible explanation as to why they can't verify documents in advance.

Anyway I have closed the account.

In addition sports betting no best odds guaranteed on horse racing.

They have to understand that there are serious competitors out there 4 would be gamblers and any serious punter that chooses to wager on this site with these conditions need a reality check.

Given them 3 stars simply because the gaming platform is crisp.and live chat is accessible fairly quickly.

My advice to would be punters find a different gaming site.

Stay well clear I was on a winning streak not huge amounts had about 4 wins in a short amount of time they then slapped a deposit limit on my account so I couldn't deposit any more iv since closed my account I had been with them for years and never won might I add bloody crooks do urself a favour choose another site stay well clear of this one

I actually have had a few successful withdrawals until the last attempt. Apparently they approved it but its gone missing? Lol. I’m now uploading statements to show it hasn’t been received into my bank. I give up trying to get this and will close the account. It’s best to stay to mainstream slot sites.

After taking part in a targeted fb advert bet 10 for 20 bonus I recieved no bonus even though I had followed all the instructions.
So as instructed I contacted live chat to request it manually. Apparently because I had taken part in a casino offer on another site in their network a month ago I wasn't able to get any bonuses.
So then why am I targeted by their adverts and why can't this information be given before the qualifying bet is placed? All these betting companies seem to have no morals at all and the instant chat closure before I could reply after the copy pasta message was dumped in front of me was pretty rude too. Won 7000 on Karamba and they will not process our withdrawal ! They have asked for every document and more for verification and once they have got it they said couldn’t pay money into the certain card soo they put money Back into playing account .. I then requested too another card and they have now disabled my account and I am owed my winnings ! How are they still able to get away with this ! They need closing down !

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I requested £200 withdrawal after them banking several thousands from me and even though I received confirmation that my account was verified my withdrawals was declined. They charge 2.5% when one is departing cash and 1% on withdrawals. These people need to be shout down and be behind bars. Absolutely thrives. Now i'm no conspiracy theorist but…

3 times in the last 2 weeks Karamba have offered me a live cashout on bets that were winning and have indeed gone on to win

They have also twice NOT offered me a cashout on bets that were winning and have gone on to lose

Tonight i had 5 legs up and one to go, no cashout offered, went on to lose

Happened 5 times now. What do they know that i don't?

Lag on these games are awful….. Do not listen to the review by "Meme momo" this is a clear false review by the operator. There withdrawal times are extremely slow I work for an independent office and we know there withdrawal times to take up to 72hours just for processing! So meme momos claim of 24hours is a misleading attempt by the operator to lull you into depositing. Also providing identification documents is also an insidious effort to make you wait as long as possible for your withdrawal, in hope you deposit more in this time. There actively making it hard for you to receive your winnings. I do not have a karamba account and this is for good reason!. I’ve only given one star because I have to! I won quite abit of money and it’s been 56 hours since I won it. Was told to wait 48 hours and if I needed to send proof (already have) it’s be the full 2 days and a further 2 days to check it! I opened an account 3 days ago with karamba and deposited and won a sports bet, and got my 20 free sports bet instantly which I lost. But that's life…

Anyways, I did come here to see reviews after I withdrew for first time, and was worried after seeing all these reviews.

But karamba did not cause any fuss whatsoever with me, all I did was upload my documents before they got chance to even ask me for them via their online upload documents part of my account.

It was within 1 day they sent me armail saying account verified and my cash out was sent for processing, and because I deposited using visa debit card, my money was in my bank INSTANTLY with visa direct.

That's my experience. All facts.

Not a scam site. Only negative i would give is the deposit fee and withdrawal fee. But hey ho.

Iv had the worst exspeirence with fthis company. I used my boyfriends card to deposit. They asked for verification with a hand written letter saying it’s ok from my boyfriend, fair enough. So I did this and send all the documentation 3 times everytime I’m declined. Iv sent my id mine and my boyfriends picture of the card Iv screen shotted my deposits took a picture of the letter sighted by both as requested. I even took a picture of my boyfriend holding the card they dident ask me to do that but I did just so they had a bit extra verification that it was just someone else.
