This company requires investigating. Free offers are not awarded, irrespective of meeting the T&C's, and rejected due to 'management reasons'. Ah but the 'good' news is that they will still allow you to place unrestricted bets on a site that's full of bugs with the obvious intention of maximising your deposits but not honouring any winnings and / or rewards.

Been waiting on a pending withdrawl for 2 days. Got an email to say I’m verified and when I requested a withdraw I was asked for my card I deposited with. I send this off as soon as I got the email and my transaction is still pending. Been on chat and sent them an email but no reply from them. They were no checks when they took the funds from me but when I want to withdraw I’ve been left waiting. I’ve sent all ID and proof of card I used and the funds have to go back to but they’re still holding my money. I feel this is bad practice as they charge you to deposit and withdraw and when you want to withdraw that drag their heels to stop everything going through

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! There’s a reason why there’s so many bad reviews take note..

I joined a couple of days ago but didn’t deposit until tonight, waiting to see if I needed to send Id docs etc. Deposited about half hr ago with 10 and had 30 to play with plus 50 free spins on starburst.. it’s all gone within half hr and I always play the lowest price spin poss ie. starburst I play 10p I needed to wager about 700 I don’t think I even wager 100. To put this in to perspective I put in 10 at mirror bingo and had 20 to play with and managed to wager over 1000/1200, (they had stupid wager requirements) I can’t quite remember and I still walked away with over 100. Karamba are crooks, I think I’ve played on most sites now and these are probably the worst. Needless to say I’ve closed my account and if you have sense you won’t open one at all!!

Oh and my 50 free spins on star burst I won 1.55 and needed to wager 50x so 77.50 I managed about 3 woohoo and on telling my wife, she said she also closed her account on sign up to. Stick to the main stream sites who are properly looked into

normally don’t feel comfortable investing online but because the company I worked for downsized due to the pandemic and I was one of those affected. I had to invest the money I had left. Not gonna use karamba anymore. Only used for about 2weeks the obvious problems with this site is they take commission from your deposits so you have already lost before you play @ 2.5 % per deposit and if you do win and withdraw you need to pay 1 withdrawal fee.
The odds for sports bets are with the average standards but its possible to find slightly better odds else where too.

Terrible customer service! I've been a loyal customer for the several years. Apparently I had a platinum membership , joke. I couldnt get for 11 days stupid 60 pounds withdrawal ! I've contacted via email Karamba casino 3 times and no answer at all ! Today annoyed with them I've decided to close my account, so I've open a chat, explained the situation in one message(told them also i want to close my account) and a person just answer me that they closed my account….no explenation, not even trying to hold a loyal member ! what a terrible service

Simply this company are the worst out there and that is saying something.
Can’t do a simple Paypal withdrawl been going on now for 5 days lying to the member telling them it will go into the account on Friday then Saturday then Sunday and 100 per cent Monday absolutely disgraceful.

Scam company frauds held back my 140 pounds which I won football bet. Was messaging for hours after the bet won asking for my money, then went on a slots game which said i had free spins, played them and now they are telling my I used my whole 140 pounds which they hadn’t even payed me yet. This website is confirmed as being a scam DO NOT USE IT!

Let me explain how the scam works.

1. They will apply bonuses to your account without your knowledge even if you have requested to remove all bonuses.

2. They will make you wager unfair amounts. And use bugs as an excuse.

3. They will ask for verification docs if you try to withdraw and always decline them.

4. If you try to argue with them, they will close your account and pretend that you requested it to be closed so if you try to make a charge back it looks like you are in the wrong and access to your information is impossible.

They will rob you and try to make it look legit.

Please do not use this site.

Over the past few months, I've played on a couple of online casinos. Some I've won, some I've lost. Fair game.

Most (Read: all but Karamba) casinos will verify your identity within minutes to 2 days. From there, you can withdraw and expect the money to be in your account within about a week. NOT WITH KARAMBA!

On September 29th, I won 2500$ on the site. GREAT? Guess again.

Upon winning, I proceeded to follow the cashout procedure, enter the informations required for a wire transfer and send along a couple of documents for identity verification. All is well so far.

The required documents are fairly standard, driver's license, bill from the past 90 days, picture of the CC on file.

Now, it's been almost a month and my ID is STILL NOT VERIFIED. They've requested more documents, another copy, told me my card had been cancelled and that I needed to provide proof that I no longuer had the card (I still do and use it everyday) so I sent them pictures of it multiple times. At this point, I'm pretty convinced it's about to be a case of identity theft.

My withrawal request is still pending and even after providing all the documents they could ever ask for and talking to (useless) customer service every couple of days to check on it, they either tell me I'm missing this or that or it's with another department for verification and there's nothing they can do to speed it along.

You may win a large amount on this site but don't expect to actually get the money.

If i could rate this one star I would. Absolute scam of a site. Deposited quite a lot of money on this site. Went on to find account disabled. Messaged chat to be told I requested for it to be closed on the 9th of October. This was on the 11th that I messaged them. The 10th is the day I spent over 1000 with them. So how could I have deposited on the 10th if my account was closed in the 9th. I was still playing on the morning of the 11th for them to close it on the afternoon. Getting nowhere with chat just keep sayin escalated to higher management. Jave not had one email off them about what had gone on. Disgusting but I will not give up. How dare they tale my mo ey when my account was supposedly closed by me!!!!

I reccomend this site to all those who play sensibly &dont expect miracles and are as everyone should be – a sporting loser when things are not in your favour. These guys are absolute clowns. I've had an account for 2 years and yes I had to jump through hoops to get my money like everyone else. I won a 50 secure bet token with the KaramGuess promotion, happy days I thought. The bet lost but I didn't get my money back – hmm that's a bit odd. Went on to live chat and apparently bonuses have been disabled on my account? The support agent (his name was Pavlo) could literally see the bonus in my account (as could I) so how are they disabled? I got given a bonus, used the bonus, yet bonuses are disabled – how does that work? So that's 50 lost. The support agent kept saying it was my confusion. What the hell? I got given a bonus and used it and apparently I'm the one confused? I'm reporting them as this is against the law. I was never aware bonuses were disabled.

EDIT: Cannot write a script better than this. Went on live chat again after 10 mins and the new support agent literally gave my money straight away. Bonuses confirmed disabled (nothing in my account or any emails tell me this though) so I have absolutely no need to use these scammers ever again. Please avoid these scammers.

So I think the site is OK how ever the handicap odds are shocking u get the same handicap at bet365 and other sites yet here your odds are 1.72 1.60 bet365 20/23 10/11 not sure why this is but surely its not good for business??

Don’t tend to write reviews but would advise people to avoid this company if they can – despite the generous offers. Violate a number of guidelines with prompts like Bet Now plastered all over their site. Sent me an offer for bet 50 get 60 with no terms in the text and a generic terms page with no info about the offer. Their CS rep Natalie first told me it was because I used PayPal to deposit, when I told her this wasn’t in the terms she said the offer expired. When I told her the communications didn’t say when the offer expired, she turned off chat and emailed me saying I received bet 20 get 25 and that I should be attentive when taking offers next time. Shocked by how poor the service was.

I have signed up to almost 100 gaming sites, and this is one of 3 that i would not use again!

The reason for this is the 2.5% deposit fee,

This seems unnecessary, this is the only site i have found that charges deposit fees, although karamba are transparent about this! They make it very clear about the fee before you commit to the deposit which is good!

on top of this, you can not withdraw anything (including your cash balance) if you have an active bonus!

I am happy loosing money on these sites, as thats the nature of gambling, but i don't agree with loosing money before you start!

Apart from that customer service was ok, and quick to respond(live chat)

So I'm doing the rounds. Best way to position my experience and assessment is that these guys are stock standard at best. They are in line with most of the hack gambling sites. There's no endeavour for customer service to look or help at questions (a real example is bonus) i joined chat and said id like to close the account due to a number of inadequacies, one of which the promised bonus never materialised, the rep simply agreed to close rather than saying sorry ill look at why you haven't received your bonus). Among other poor user experiences is the almost non existent 'in play' feature, they shouldnt offer it if the markets are largely shut during play, its almost impossible to get in play bets on. Skip these guys.

After reading reviews I was unsure signing up with a lot of negative comments, but I have had no issues at all and customer support are great and live chat really good and helpful. This is a great site I would highly recommend trying them and see for yourself. Followed a "Bet 10, Get 20 in Free Bets" advert in the google search results. Followed the process and registered through that page. At the end of registration there was a second offer advertised "Bet 10, Get 15 in Free Bets". Didn't know why I saw that? Went to the promotions page and see a "Bet 10, Get 10 in Free Bets" article. Hmm..

Asked in chat and they had absolutely zero interest in helping correct the problem. Chat conversation was abandoned by multiple customer service representatives without a resolution. Have received much better service from every single other sportsbook around. Glad I avoided depositing, they are very shady.

Karamba offered a welcome bonus after my first bet. I made the bet, then asked why I hadn't been given the bonus. Apparently the management had decided to stop bonuses being applied to my account. No reason given. No refund. Don't touch this company with a barge pole.

Hi guys , I never leave reviews but after reading so many negative ones I thought I should. I deposited 50 Thursday won 600 and withdrew the same day I’ve just checked it was In my bank today (saturday) obviously you need to upload docs but do this before so you’re not waiting around. Can’t fault the site at all. I think as long as you follow terms and conditions everything is fine.
