Brilliant experience for me, made my deposit and got my free bets, won a few bets with my own stakes and the with free bet, I then sent the lot for withdrawal,, had to provide documents to verify my identity but this is normal practise for nearly all bookmakers theseday, it took about 4 days for the whole withdraw and verification process to be complete and the money was sat in my bank account. I won't hesitate in using Karamba again if they entice me back with some decent promotions. To say this firm has had a bad reputation for a while it might now be the case that they are cleaning up their act and getting on top of things. well done Karamba !

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE THIEVES. I deposit 600 over two weeks and finally won 400 on the casino. That was paid into my account. Like a fool I carried, and then several days later I won 750. I've been trying to withdraw it for 2 weeks now and they still haven't paid me. There is no contact number on their website and the email service and chat service do not exist. I have since been in touch with the gambling commission where a complaint has been logged, but nothing has happened so far. Going onto 3 weeks now. YOU HAVE WARNED.

My husband has played on Karamba for years and has had a good experience up untill now, account has been closed but they can’t find a reason for this, also spoke to myriam on chat to find out why and she was very rude about it, she needs more training in customer service, I can’t fault anyone else that has helped him because everyone else seem polite, I don’t know if she had got out the wrong side of the bed this morning, asked for a complaint to be put in about her, was told they will escalate my husbands feedback, but who knows

Absolutely disgusting company, transactions of 6500 euros made on "my account" which I did not do. Yet they told me my email address and details had been self excluded from one of their sister sites which means that transactions under my details should not have been authorised in the first place. They claimed that the registration details were not the same even though my email, phone and address were stated as being exactly the same. Reporting them to the MGA and have already contacted my lawyer. Will sue them to the ground for breach of their own terms of declining transactions from self excluded accounts. They can say what they want, lets see what the gaming authority has to say.

I deposited $50 ran it up to $5,500.00 playing roulette. Was awesome until i went to withdraw it. Was told i had to play $4000.00 in bets on slots to qualify. So with reluctance i did. When done i I tried to cash out $4000.00. Then i was told i made to big of bets with there bonus cash which i did not even ask for when I did the deposit. The next day they told me my withdrawal was declined and only returned my $50.00 to my account and they kept the the $4000.00. DO NOT PLAY HERE Total scam. I will be filling a complaint with Canadian gaming comission.

Tried to sign up. Was accepted. I Then was advised by a very helpful customer service agent my account was fully verified . I can deposit and bet. I logged on. 10 mins before football started. Tried to deposit. Account was blocked. Due to me wrongly being excluded.. unable to place bet on time.. or atall. Lost out on.138 winnings!! I believe this has been a spiteful action of an agent who works for an affiliate. I will wait until Karamba have dealt with my complaint before finalising my review. But as it was a manager who did this. Illegally I believe. I intend to take my complaint to Aragon international ltd. As I have been refused an account by 3 bookmakers now. Due to the " exclusion" I did not ask for. I did say " you may aswell close.my account down " when talking about an account with an affiliate bookmaker. At no stage should I be excluded. Any information Ka4amba need they are more than welcome to email me for this..I will happily comply.

Absolute SCAMMERS. Signed up to sports betting and went through bet 10 get 10 offer. Deposited 10 and bet 10. Now they won't apply the bet as say because I deposited via my card on PayPal.... BTW they charge a service fee to do direct from your card. Thieves. Their T and Cs below the offer and bonus policy do not mention it can't be PayPal AT ALL. Avoid these cowboys. I have lodged a complaint with the gambling commission

Look up all casinos owned by Aspire Global LTD and stay away from them. In my experience, they seem to be on the side of the consumer (like all casinos have to nowadays) but they're really not. They will make it as hard as possible to withdraw your winnings. Unneccessary verification, rude customer service, a lack of communication and a general money-grabbing feeling all put me off Karamba and other Aspire casinos for good. P.s. you only have to look at their cut-and-paste responses on this page to these reviews to see they don't really care. It's actually kind of sad, they used to tailor responses to the reviews (see next page), but clearly have given up. EDIT: Goes to show when I point out their copy-and-paste responses they respond to me with the same response... lol if you're thinking about starting a business just do it, if these clowns can survive anyone can

I didn't see all these reviews before I signed up on Karamba. Now I regret it. If I saw them before, I would never sign up. I deposit nearly €3000 and I won up to €6600. Then I decided to withdraw everything. I had already uploaded all the needed documents, so Karamba told me my account was already verified and everything was okay. Even my Neteller account. After I put those €6600 to withdraw it took 2 days and a whole lot of chatting before they accepted the withdraw and took it to processing. I got an e-mail which told me that the withdraw would be finished within the next 24 hours. After 24 hours nothing had happen. I contacted live chat. Suddenly I was told that it was within the next 48 hours. Not 24 hours. Well, okay then. Now it has gone almost 6 days and I still havent gotten my money to my Neteller account. When I talk to them about it, they say "Hmmm, something must have happened. We must figure out what has happenend and get back to you". I mean... what!?! So it seems like they "lost my money" somehow when they were going to transfer it to my Neteller account. What kind of a joke is this!? So then they had to make a case for the finance departement to figure out what had happened and to get an answer it would take days. Many days. They say they can't call them. We just have to wait several days for an update. What is this nonsense?! If they don't fix this now, I have no choice than to report them and sue them. My lawyer in my country has connections in Malta, so we will have no choice than to sue them if they don't fix this NOW. They will not get away with this. Every time I talk to them about this they say the same thing: "We will get back to you on e-mail when we get an update". But I never hear anything. Its all lies. I guess they wait as long as possible to see if I back down and forget it, but I don't back down no matter what. I am gonna get whats mine. Now. So people, stay away from this site. I have never had so much trouble with withdrawals on any other site.

Awful! Registered for an account using a 'Bet 10, get 10 free bet' offer. I placed my qualifying 10 bet and asked on their live chat when the bonus would be credited. I was told that I was no longer eligible for bonuses and that it was a 'management decision'. They entice you in with offers but then remove said offers seconds after a deposit! I opened and closed my account all within about 20mins and I'm glad to say that I won't ever be dealing with them again! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

When writing this review, i'm writing as a whole for sites on the Aspire Global Platform, rather than just for Karamba itself. I've been playing on their sites since December 2019, and have to say that it's been consistently the best playing experience i've had online, thanks to their consistent match bonuses, fantastic variety of games etc. Across their sites, they offer 100% new customer bonuses and free spins with a small minimum deposit of either 10 or 20 (dependant on the site). Match bonuses have a low wagering of 35x, and there's not a large number of games that are restricted when you have bonus funds. It did take me a while to get verified on a few of the sites (Standard with all casinos), but once sorted the withdrawals were getting processed very quickly into my neteller, no hassle involved. I've just had a fantastic few months on Aspire, but has come to a temporary halt as they've requested proof of wealth documentation (Due to the numerous deposits & withdrawals) and still awaiting a response, as well as an issue I encountered where I deposited on 3 of their sites, they were declined but the money did leave my Neteller and hasn't been refunded, but once sorted will remove this segment of the review. They charge you money to even deposit and when you make a withdrawal they declined it and hold your money for weeks . Pls stay away. I have opted for one star cuz that’s the only option available ideally I won’t give them any ratings. Also pls be aware that the organisation is linked to different or several companies trading using different company name . To conclude I have issued them a notice to proceed to the small claim court to recover my money. The sad thing is that I’ve not won a penny I’m only withdrawing my money that i deposited. I recently emailed the UK gambling commission to get clarification on the rules that companies like Karamba are obligated by law to follow in regards to the provision of ID. This was the reply I got. As you are more than likely aware we introduced new legislation 07 May 2019. The new rule is that all GB licensed gambling companies must fully verify a consumers age and identity before allowing them to place a bet. They can do this by using electronic checks, such as checking credit referencing agencies and the electoral roll. If the check is successfully completed electronically, consumers will be able to place bets without providing copies of their ID documents. If they are not able to verify you electronically then you will be asked to provide copies of your identity documents such as passport, driving licence and utility bills. They cannot ask for identity documents once bets have been placed, the changes in May 2019 were introduced to prevent gambling companies placing obstacles in the way of consumers withdrawing money. If you feel that an operator has not acted in line with the regulations, you are more than welcome to provide us with information of this. Information from consumers helps us to see how operators are acting and leads into our compliance work. All documents sent for verification over a week ago. Karamba responded asking for an email, knowing all emails to that email address bounce. They dont accept emails, what company in 21s century doesnt accept emails.. I have wasted hours on the phone speaking to call centre agents who say the matter is urgent but nothing is done. Disgrace. in response to your reply, please note my username is username is kilama90 I sent all documents Last Monday and was told a few more needed to be resent which i did a few days ago and a lady called Elaine these were fine. I only use PayPal as it’s do much safer anyway got an email saying that after security checks that I used a credit card that was not registered to me and if I wanted to use it again then I would have to send in documents to prove that I can use the card with both parties hand written signatures, a copy of PayPal, not sure exactly what I’m meant to take a copy of, passport, driving license. Tried to email no reply. Tried chat all I got was the copy of the email explaining it all again but could not answer why the SECURITY checks said I used a card when I only used PayPal. I will be contacting PayPal to return my money as I think I’ll never get my withdrawal. SO PEOPLE STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SCAM SITE. If by a slim chance that I will get my withdrawal then I will certainly update.

Do not join this betting company. They are crooks. If you sign up for the welcome offer, they accept your registration and your bet. When your free bet doesn't appear, they tell you that you are already a customer of their related businesses and therefore cannot have the free bet. They don't tell you that when registering, which they must know. Complete criminals. Do not give them your money.

Ive played many sites and played this one for years now, when I 1st joined I submitted my ID and have had no trouble withdrawing. I play a lot here and the choice of slots is very good, the chat is ok as long as your clear what your query is. Lately its been upgraded and the chat can time out if you don't keep moving your mouse but they are aware of this and sorting it. I get 40 free spins every sunday and I have withdrew good amounts form my free spins and also I get good bonuses. Today due to lock down I called and asked if I could be moved up a VIP level as I would get 50 Pound free and 50 free spins on a sunday and 3 days of good bonus offers, I spoke to Shaun a VIP manager as I prefer to call them now and he rang back after 10 mins and said even though I was short of 1000 points to the next level I was being moved up so yes good outcome. I just told him how fed up I was with lockdown etc. So If you join and upload your id and details etc as soon as join through the upload button you wont have any issues. I have had some bad days play but Ive also ha some great ones so yes I would recommend this site.

One of the single worst experiences on a betting site ever. They claimed my withdrawal was cancelled because of a "new law" introduced in the UK that meant betting companies couldn't withdraw to MasterCard. When I asked what statute this was under, they closed the chat. Over 15 live chat experiences and 5 cancelled withdrawals and I still haven't received my money. On the 1st February, a live chat agent informed me they've sorted the "legal" issue and everything is okay. Then two days later, another issue. Avoid at all costs. It is very very hard to get any money back into your bank account.
