Happy to take your money. Will allow you to bet and use the casino as long as you keep losing. ... But as soon as you want you're fairly won money back.. They can't refund it back to you for you're security...... Even though its back to the same account it came from... They want you to prove its your account, but, if they were not sure why did they happily take out the money of it. I work in a fraud risk role for a major bank. There agents reasons to not pay out did not make sense (and it definitely was not for my security). Research first before signing up. I wish I did.

Played their Karamguess predictor game, guessed correctly but didn't receive the secure in play token. Contacted live chat and got told that bonuses had been disabled on my account. Surprise surprise. Wouldn't give me a reason why. Have emailed them twice but no reply. Rubbish!

Bad customer service and awful web interface Trying to withdraw money is hard and as I was trying to get the customer service assistant to tell me why there were problems, they just ended the livechat. The webpage always struggles to load and just very slow.

Lots of promotions involve speaking on chat to claim free spins however you can never get through, coincidentally you get straight through the following day to be told it was a 24 hour offer only so the bonus is no longer available. Biggest fraudulent site on the net!

This is more to do with their sister site, one of many btw, so do your research - Atlantic Spins. Really bad. Waiting on a withdrawal since 27th December, at first - when they insisted on every bit of ID going - I could get through to them on the phone... now though, all I get is the engaged beep tone no matter what time of day it is. Emailed, no reply - ever. Just a really bad experience, I understand the Xmas period messes stuff up a bit, but I've had at least 6 withdrawals from other companies within a couple of day's since Jan 1st, so what the heck are they playing at!?

Terrible all round experience. Bad service, terrible website, can't send emails due to a system issue apparently and have been wait over two weeks for a withdrawal. Customer service pam you off saying it's due the holidays but clearly reading other comments its just a terrible company to deal with.

Been trying to withdraw winnings for several weeks now, no success. Always some sort of documentation needing uploaded the first few times spoke to customer service. Then it was an issue caused as I selected bank transfer, had to cancel that and request a wire transfer. That was just sitting pending, customer service told me that it was ok tho and funds would arrive in my account by end of last week...still nothing. Went back into my account yesterday to check on the transfer, and there the wire transfer no longer pending and the money was back sitting in my gambling account! Requested wire transfer again so will see what happens this time. Waiting on over 4k so will not be letting this go, will be takin it further if no money been sent to my account ASAP

I've been betting with these guys about a year and overall they are okay, they pay out wins fairly quickly usually and they have some good offers. Their 'bonus tokens' do mess up quite a lot though, I've had a few problems trying to place the in-play tokens. I think they might get better as time goes on.

Having the same problems, uploaded a bunch of documents, heard NOTHING afterwards, cant review my uploaded documents (edit/delete them for privacy reasons) and cant see the approval status! Still waiting on a 157€ cashout for weeks now without a single notification from karamba...would be great if you guys could at least state wether you are reviewing the documents!!

Left this site within a week of joining it, very poor communication, I partly used my welcome bonus and I couldn't access the remainder of the bonus. On line chat wa not working repeated queries about the bonus by email went unanswered. I was awarded some free spins, the wagering requirements on the 'winnings' from the free spins were horrendous. Also overly complicated to place a sports bet with. Steer clear of them would be my advice.

I had a win which I requested a withdrawal on 4th Dec it's now 18th Dec and still no money, after eventually managing to use live chat I was told I needed to send pics of my card for verification..the same card I used to deposit!! After which funds will be released to me the next day, the next day would of been 17th Dec!!. Very very poor and very off-putting to use as it takes an age if at all to get your winnings, which is why we use betting sites?? My live chat was basically copy and pasted t&cs and ended abruptly. I use various other apps and have not had a single issue like this before.

Don't choose this website. My withdrawals are still in pending 5 days after request. I send them required documents and they said: "Dear Vlad, Thank you for contacting us on Karamba. We are writing with regards to your current pending cash out request. We confirm we have now received documents and can proceed with your cashout request. Cashout processing times differ according to your chosen method of deposit on the site. Please refer to our website Questions and Answers in the help section for information on how long it will take to receive the funds. Unless you choose to change your depositing method, this should only be a single inconvenience. We thank you again for taking the time to send us the documents and assure you of our optimum service at all times." That means they can approve but they don't want. They want to see you lose any pence from that money. Not recommended!!!!!!

Karamba, Happy to take your card details and process and deposit but when you want to withdraw they demand documentation and make you jump through hoops to get the money. The funny thing is that no other online casino does this; Bet365, Coral, Ladbrookes, Casino.com, play.com, playuk, netbet, mr.green... This is the only website i've ever come across that does this. I'm a veteran online gambler have been doing this a long time and can safely say that their website is bad, brakes often and is badly design, programmed and optimised. They charge you to deposit money... No other vendor does this. They have a rigorous "verification" process.. only when you want to withdraw. You cannot add additional debt/credit cards without charging that given card. Bonuses are automatically added. Withdraws are slow and take 2 days. Support chat agents do not pay attention to the customer question, "Jane" ended my chat early on 2 occasions, she didn't understand my question either. Terrible experience using Karamba, I'm a gold VIP member for several other websites and can tell you that this is literally the worst online casino website I've ever used.

Do not use. Deposited 50GBP. Won 600, checked withdrawal requirements which said I had to turnover deposit 500x (25,000) to withdraw. This was 3 years ago, can't believe this site is still running

First and foremost dont register to karamba they do not Like to ree jou win at all. I wagered 500 euro,s on sport betting they send you bonus tokens. These tokens are part of a big scam when you accept them they amplify youre wagering quota. Exemample they give jou a 5 euro bonus to wage on sportsbetting. But by accepting the 5 euro bonus jou now need to wage 236 euro,s in casino or sportsbetting. Its a scam from top till bottom aka illuminati mind games.

I have sent copy of my card and documents in twice now had payment approved then my second withdrawal a later is still pending as they say my address is wrong even tho I have updated with them on live chat have had an email asking for address tried to reply and it says you can’t absolutely terrible service go on live chat and someone called Jane just sends me a smiley face and keeps ending the chat

The sign up was quick and easy, i got my welcome bonus no problems. the days ago I withdrew my winnings, then today 05/12/19 i received an email asking for a photo of my bank card to verify my I.D. When asked why they state that it is industry standard to do this before releasing funds to verify my I.D, however this is the only site to want this, i have accounts with a number of other bookmakers and i have never been asked to send photos of my bank card in to withdraw my winnings. I've now been on the chat for the best part of an hour and all they keep stating its in their terms and conditions. The following is an exert from their rules "9.6. All payments into your Player Account must be from a single payment source, such as a credit card, debit card or charge card, on which you are the named account holder. Should you use a credit/debit card or any other form of payment which is not in your private and personal name, we retain the right to request further information and documentation from you and from the third party to confirm that you are duly authorised to use that payment method, so if my name on the card and the account are the same then why the need for a photo of my bank card?

Awful, had an offer bet 10, get 20 free bet, didn't receive it, went through to live chat, got told they have things in place to stop fraud and suggested I opened multiply accounts to use free bets, then told me I'd used my free bet with Bet Regal which as far as I was concerned was a different bookies. Have been reported to Ibas for fraud, it's them that disguise themselves as different bookies to con people into using them, also charge you to make a deposit which no decent bookies do.

Absolutely abysmal betting company. Avoid like the plague! Signed up and deposited 20, however it became quickly apparent that the site- which simply doesn’t appear to be optimised for mobile- was practically unusable. Given that there are plenty of options available to the punter nowadays, I decided to close the account and withdraw my money without proceeding further. The customer relations department instructed me to email a photograph of the card used to deposit the funds. Although reluctant to do so, I complied. A few days later and I have now received an email advising me that I need to provide further documentation from my bank before the withdrawal can proceed. Given that I would be wary of handing over such information to a reputable operator, there is absolutely no chance I am willing to divulge it to this lot. Hilariously, the email directing me to the “members area” (where I was expected to upload this information) contained two dead links, thus making it impossible to access. I have now written off the money but am writing this to advise others to trust their instincts and heed the reviews of this atrocious operator: The scores are low for a reason! I can only surmise that this company exists purely to snare desperate users who have self-excluded elsewhere and are running out of options. Do not trust these chancers- they don’t even have a usable website.

The betting experience I can't fault, you get great odds on sports that rival and bet most other bookmakers, cash out function works well and good bonuses paid out BUT withdrawing your winnings have started to be an issue, been with them for about 4 months now and had no issues withdrawing but suddenly they are asking for documents (completely understand why) but the issues that then arise are very stressful. I've sent over PayPal screenshot with all the correct information, passport, bank statement with issue date, all that was requested (don't have utility bills due to private accommodation which includes all bills in one payment which was explained and told bank statement would be fine) so all sent over and heard nothing, spoke to the online chat for around 30mins who just kept ignoring my genuine questions and telling me 'withdrawal 450 pending' when I asked for an update on the documentation and when my withdrawal will be processed. Tried now numerous times with two different people on the chat and over a combined hour of talking to them and I'm still no closer to finding out what status my documents are in and when my withdrawal will be processed. Overall a great betting site that is sadly getting tainted by a very difficult withdrawal process.

This casino seems quite shady with the lack of communication and transparency. I initially requested a cash out on 8-11-2012 and submitted my documents immediately thereafter, and the response I received was confirmation that my documents would suffice only to get my cashout canceled a couple of days later without any explanation, I've since tried to request a cashout again and that was on 16 of November and still not a single response, I find it almost impossible to get in contact with them as they provide no phone number, emails sent back to them are blocked and the chat function is not responding at all. This terrible service!!!other casino do not do this!!

If I could rate zero I would. I created an account and deposited, was notified of the free bet, decided to contact customer service when it wasn’t letting me use the free bet. Half an hour later and a potential virus on my phone I’m here, still not able to contact the karamba team, every time I try to use their site to contact them a pop up appears asking me to open files in one drive and has happened a few times since even off there site. If karamba can see this, please close my account and send me back my 10!

Words can’t describe how i feel towards this company! First it was the issue for charging ridiculous amount for depositing with cards, Secondly after you win, you going to have a tough time withdrawing. They’ll ask you to upload documents upon documents just so the withdrawal process can be delayed a little longer and u can have the urge to cancel your withdrawal and loose it again. I do understand they have to go through procedures of asking for documents which is fine, but they deliberately ask for more which is not even required or has anything to do with your winnings. Have had terrible experience with them and i had to use (RESOLVER) complaint to eventually get the ball rolling. Stay away from this fraud company if you don’t want to loose your winnings.

Let me start by saying I am up. I am not writing this because I've lost money! However, this company is unreal. I deposited X amount of money. Had a call to check I was in control and won circa 75% additional money to what I deposited. I then withdrew it all and started again. I deposited the same amount and won again! this time though, account frozen and responsible gaming team investigating me. It's been 13 days since I requested my withdrawal. The responsible gaming team havent call me in a week and the chat team dont have any power to do anything. All they ever say is 'it takes time to be investigated'. I proved all my income is legit and showed all proof of ID. It wouldn't be that bad if there was only a few hundred quid on the line. I believe they are simply holding my money to gain interest on it. with no courtesy to update you. let alone if you have a hotmail email you will never receive their comms. disgusted

I have spent more time on the phone to customer service that any other number on my phone. Still not paid me out I wouldn’t recommend this site to my worst enemy
