If there were 0 stars I would leave 0.It’s been almost 4 weeks since withdrawal. At first they closed my account and asked my to create a new one for my funds to be transfered over as the currency was incorrect. I made a new account and they instead withdrew the money and sent me an email that it will be with me in 48 hours. Its been over 3 weeks and I’ve not received this and they dint reply to my emails. The chat customer support team tell me to come back after an hourfor an update and when I ask the new support team to transfer me to the person I was speak with (Starov) they say he’s finished his shift. Very cheeky. They don’t give you any info. I put in over 50 complaints and not a single one has been acknowledged. If anyone has issues you’re from UK. CONTACT UKGC AND IBAS. I have been trying to withdraw my winnings of £30 from this company since 28/10/24. Whenever I ask when my winnings will be paid or the reason for the the witholding of my funds i have an email which says it has been passed onto the team and then nothing. They also text you after 11pm to entice you to gamble. Finally if you win and want to withdraw your winnings you are charged a fee. Disgraceful behaviour.

What a total joke these are!! I put £40 deposit down with the bonus spins they where offering. I won £2100 and put in withdraw request. Would give negative if I could. They have had my money now for over a week, I tried to withdraw it was processing for 2 days then got declined an returned to my account, when I went to withdraw again it said withdrawals not aloud. 7 days waiting and counting, Avoid at all cost, they will make it impossible to withdraw.Deposits are instant and with multiple options, but once you want to withdraw to the same payment method you used to deposit , they will begin asking for documents with a fair amount of information on them, statements and photos of the card from and back. Customers support have very little English and are super slow to answer, I dealt with a couple different ones none had a clue what document the (supposed) finance team needed to allow withdrawal.Honestly just avoid them. Good so far – a very good selection of slots, pretty well presented. After reading the reviews got a bit scared to use this site but after depositing £250 I managed to win over £5000 and after sending documentation and ID proof I received the funds in two days.
