They promote responsible gambling and they have tools in place to stop that so called deposit limits which I set on £10 per day I deposited then it said it didnt go through so I did it again and again till I realised the money I'd gone through its in my balance but when I set limit no more than £10 a day should this of happend it's bad company customer service terrible stay clear beware this company is a frued and lie and false advertise p.s still never got my refund as promised and they have admitted there wrong doing

Firstly the wagering requirements are an absolute joke.. you never feel like you have a chance to hit anything big.. just get drip fed a load of small pathetic bonuses.. i had a bonus on eye of horus megaways on a fiver stake and it payed me £10… £10 pounds mate… and theyv even got the balls to take money off you when you want to deposit your own money….. there really is better casinos out there people..

Okay so I see a lot of bad reviews. Mostly based on withdrawals. Most sites I use payout within an hour. These days that’s a while. Most are instant. But let’s test them out in real time and see how they do. I joined up an hour ago. Tried my best to verify myself before deposit but at no point was I encouraged too and I can only upload picture ID no option to send bank statements. It is Tuesday 24th October and I requested a withdrawal of £50 around 6pm snd £25 around 6:40pm. I have emails confirming a request has been received but no other information. If it takes longer than 24 hours I would consider them to be very slow at processing. If it takes longer than 48 hours I’ll consider it not worth using. If I have funds in my account by 9am tomorrow morning without making me jump through hoops, I will give them a 4. A 5 is not possible as they charge you money to deposit and money to withdraw and I do not agree with that. ———*EDIT*———No extra checks requested. I just sent passport pic. I had the money in my bank within 90 minutes.

Nothing went wrong with king casino. I went on deposited some money. Got my bonuses, won a few quid and withdrew my cash. What I do not agree with is the 2.5% charge for depositing cash. Also the £1.00 fee for withdrawing cash.

OK....so I lost a few hundred, then won 2.6k. I had no passport or driving licence and only a citizens card. I was asked for ID. I provided the citizens card (UK). I went onto chat and to be fair there not great, couldn't understand that I wasn't asking if my ID had been accepted or verified, just if they accepted that ID method. This was at 11.50pm UK time on a Friday. The withdrawal was requested at 10.00am on the Friday. I ended up in a bit of an argument and was worried after reading some reviews. I was given the 48 business hours for review nonsense....I have just checked my account on the Saturday 11.00am and the 2.6k is there no problems. Apart from bad communication with chat this casino cannot be faulted and thorough deserve 5 stars!!

If you read this - don't use this website, it's a scam. Was using the sportsbook. Took my money when I lost, then over Christmas I won a few hundred pounds and they refuse to process my withdrawal and are ignoring my emails. Jackpot King is a total rip-off I have played as a low roller for hours and spent about 80 pounds at 10p per spin. They show huge prizes but any time i get a feature its less than a pound won. At no point was i ever ahead and it seems to me they are laughing at their customers as they totally rip them off with not a chance at a decent win or even breaking even. Their deal or no deal slots are brutal please avoid if you value your bank balance. You will have 20 spins with no win at all then 10p then another 20 spins with nothing and round and round it goes until your bankroll is 0.
