Avoid. One of the worst betting site. I had bad experience. Two of my winning bets was push. Claim app error but same match first innings I lose some stake there were settle correctly because those bets was lose. I ask to close my account due to that bet settlement. They push my last withdrawal and ask to submit identification and adress proof to close my account. I submitted all the documentation but so far I haven’t get my withdrawal.

Absolute total thieves, I won 367 pounds in the casino and they refuse to pay out saying that I hadn’t submitted an electricity bill to them. I have now submitted it and still nothing heard. Their website gives three different time scales for payout or withdrawal They didn’t worry about these checks when I was depositing did they or when I withdrew very small amounts. Avoid these thieves they are mafia and will do everything they can to keep your winnings. Don’t use them.

What to do is win a few times big with them then never use them again, I kept winning and after a while they required verification that was a nightmare to do, after they finally accepted it their slots became rigged 100%I’ve spent many days week by week game by game session by session and no matter what the circumstance is I will not get a bonus, not one. It is always 1 bonus symbol off and my last game session before this one I had just over 600 spins and not a single bonus which is ridiculous.All in all I’m at about 1400 spins without a bonus which I know from Kwiff telling you how many spins you’ve played and what you’ve won n fair to say they’ve made a lot of it back, will definitely be reporting it to the gambling commission unless they want to get in contact and look over my account.

Would put 0 stars if this was an option. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Kwiff closed my account with 4 bets in play with no good reason I sent all relevant KYC documentation requested I had over £400 staked. One bet in specific was a 5 fold 4 of the teams had won with psg still to play cash out was £500 bet payed £795. Haven’t received any money from these scam artist literally day light robbery please AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am pursing legal action.

Nightmare for new customers. went to sign up yesterday. took ages to get approved. went to deposit/sign in today. couldn’t so i had to download alternative browser. went to place the required £10 to receive the welcome offer and the system took £5. so placed another £5 on the same event same outcome so no idea if i now qualify for the welcome offer. have placed just one bet and win or lose it will be last

Another day goes by, a week later.. and with sadness, I am still waiting for progress. I was, 5 days ago, going to give this site five stars on Trustpilot due to how enjoyable the site is, the variety and the brilliant games; however, it’s 1 star for now due to my experience over the last week until this troubling issue is resolved. I am happy to delete/adjust/change this to five stars, but I placed my first of many withdrawals after signing up a week ago without any success or processing at all (still pending). Since then, I have provided four different requested documents for verification, and I am still no further forward and no update if it’s even been verified. Rare communication and constant delays in moving any of my withdrawals to being processed, this is worrying. I have spent a lot of money and expected my withdrawals to be processed just like any other site usually does. In light of this poor expectation, I deposited and spent more anticipating to receive my money as per regular process, with regret. Since these existing withdrawals are not even going anywhere, I am not going to deposit and play any more until they are, despite your regular ability being there for me to deposit and play how I wish. I was hesitant due to my experience, but since I have seen the reviews on here, I am now even more horrified and anxious I’ll even get my money back. Like I’ve said, I love the site, the games are great, and the functions are brilliant but until this important issue is resolved, I think one star is fair. Such a shame for what started as such a great experience, now this is causing anxiety and worry. I hope you(Kwiff) rectify this issue as soon as possible to restore confidence and so I can continue enjoyable play with you and gain confidence in the service you provide.

I’ve not used Kwiff for a while but they have recently introduced Bet Builders. What I find good about this is that the minimum selections you can do is two. This gives the bettor a good chance if only needing a double. They also do Bet Builder multi which is another good variety of bet and gives the punter an interest throughout the whole game. In addition to this on occasions your price will be “Kwiffed” which is the sites way of giving you better odds than you originally placed the bet on. I have had bets go from 3 to 10 with no change to your original selection. On the whole a great app.

Casino never allows you to leave with a win. The slots here are relentless. So many dead spins and terrible bonuses that’s if you even land one. I received a free be notification, to bet on horse race , which I found a good gesture and I placed a bet on a horse then the horse was declared Non runner and didn’t compete in the event so the Kwiff team said they are sorry as any free bet that gets pushed or the event is cancelled cannot be re credited.That’s actually a mean policy that doesn’t make them appealed to customer .Also for the claimed kwiffed odds they end up matching other bookmakers so l don’t see much difference in what’s called kwiffed odds since Kwiff odds are lowers than other bookmakers anyway Another thing for the instant withdrawal , they used to have it instantly upon clicking months ago but now l have to wait one day for them to approve the withdrawal request to go instantly to my bank account, so I used other bookmakers where instant payment means instant payment.

I’ve been a customer of Kwiff for years, I’m fully verified and have had no problems depositing or withdrawing in the past. My two withdrawals are pending.there is no update from them on email and withdrawals are still pending. Chaser emails are being ignored too. It’s a shame to be honest because all this time I’ve had a great experience and I enjoyed playing with them.Customer service should be more helpful obviously then just saying will get sorted .hopefully someone from the team will see this and get sorted.I Will update my review and betting normal as usually.

They say faster withdrawals which is a blatant lie. This is the second time my withdrawals have been pending. They say upto 24 hours. Well it’s been 14 now and if like last time I’ll have to jump through hoops just to get £40. Glad I don’t use these much as they’re the worst site for withdrawals.

They took £10 from my bank account with no permission. My bank blocked my card thinking it was fraud. Once I found it was kwiff. I kindly asked for a refund. They then suspended my account and asked for proof of who I am and said we can’t give you your Winnings or your £10 until we say so. I’ve submitted everything and they just ignore you. Real shambles. Its funny how it took you so little time to respond to a negative review but still have not responded to my email as if you guys are busy. Focus on finding the solution rather than pretending to care.

Very dodgy company. Won a few bets, totalling to £60. Attempted to withdraw, checked back five hours later and it was just marked as failed. The balance had not come back to me, so it clearly hadn’t failed. Customer support said it would take another 48 hours, to send payment, which is obvious nonsense. They have not asked for ID, they have just decided they don’t want to pay out.I have photos and video of all bets and bet id’s and if the money is not in my account within 48 hours I will simply pass it on to IBAS and they will deal with it.

Why does it take this long to verify an account, I literally made an account with coral got verified and been paid. Looking at the reviews clearly I’m not the one person this has happened to. I’ve withdrew £200 and it’s still stuck on pending but was okay depositing. Literally want to get my account verified get paid out so I can deposit more money in for the international games. Live chat agent also had a look at my documents who advised his opinion and said my documents look okay.

I am going through this again. I sent documents needed to reactivate my account and process my withdrawal I forgot to do the selfie one. I then sent the selfie one same day I was asked to send it in this was the 26th of August it is now the 3rd of September! How on earth does it take a gambling company this long and they don’t even help in live chat they just say please wait while we process your documents but how can it take so long to process one piece it really astonishes me it’s 2024 like come on there’s so much in place for stuff like this. When you deposit it’s instant when you want to withdraw there’s so many barriers placed preventing you to do so? Please kwiff come on. It’s only 270£ I’m withdrawing the withdrawal has been pending since the 17th of August all my documents have been verified apart from the selfie please sort this out.

I’ve used Kwiff for years and generally found it great however service now is absolutely terrible , copy and paste replies and sometimes taking days for that response , no phone number to speak to anybody. Account blocked and pending withdrawal of £200 held for over a week due to the withdrawal having to be done on an expired card ( now asking for a picture of this card as well as 2 other documents , this is with me already been verified for years with plenty of deposits and withdrawals ) nobody to speak to and not any attempt to clear up or respond to what I’ve said AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO KEEP WITHDRAW YOUR WINNINGS

It’s a bookie how dare I win !!!Completely fine with everything, had a run of bets win and all of a sudden restricted bets to the point of a £1 too much!What’s the point if bookies only allow customers who lose, surely the point of betting is to win!!!On the positive side they paid the withdrawals fine (a couple delayed pending for 24hrs, but paid), liked the kwiff boost when it happened. I deposited and withdrew on my account on the 29th. I then asked live chat about 5 hours later how long the withdrawals usually take and it wasn’t until I reached out to them they told me they needed documents to verify my account before I could withdrawal. But I was fine with this as some betting sites do this on occasion. However it’s now been 4 days since I have done this and have no update on the verification just that I need to wait. The wait time for something as simple as verifying you say who you really are should never be this long in 2024. I have used my own bank account and my own driving license so I can’t imagine what could possibly hold them up for this long. Word of advice to anyone who wants to use this site, if you are thinking of signing up, I would make sure your documents and account is fully verified before making a deposit, although it might make our wait times longer at least you won’t have to be in this position.Update: 02/09/24 I have received an email saying my documents have been rejected. Waiting to see how long it will take for them to be reviewed. Hopefully it’s not too long.

Very disorganized bookie with a lot of things that they need to fixThe odds are terrible compared to other bookies websites. They “Kwiff” your odds every 4/5th time to improve the odds, but this in most cases is a slight increase in the odds in my opinion. I’d much rather a proper odds option than their Kwiff option.Their Verification team are absolutely terrible. Expect to do some arts and crafts when confirming your identity with paper and scissors. Very stupid policies or maybe just their interpretation of the Regulations.I will be contacting the regulator shortly as they have withheld £400 after I closed the account. They seem to have no interest in repaying me as their verification team drag their heels. Not sure if this is driven by their corporate policies, just laziness or maybe incompetence.Still waiting for a resolution on the issue, but you risk all of the above by proceeding with them….

Still not had my withdrawal processed…Still not had my withdrawal processed and keep getting told the same rubbish that my documents are under review. I never had any problem with any other site regarding this. They seem to be quick enough to take you money but when it comes to paying out you just get told the same thing over and over again. I just want my withdrawal processed so we can move on. The customer service agents don’t seem to know anything and are no help whatsoever. Total joke.
