Best to use alternative gambling site, lost a chunk of money to this site which is fine and how betting works however, the rare first time I managed to get a bigger win (I’ve withdrawn smaller amounts in the past), the withdrawal process wants to be ridiculous. I’ve deposited and deposited for months playing at this site, the moment I’ve finally made a decent profit from a gambling session, I’ve been met with a verification prompt. (I’ve sent my bank statements which confirm my address and been refused multiple times). I think this is a tactic used to keep your rare winnings. It’s funny how this prompt has never came upon or stopped me losing money numerous times but the moment I win, this happens. My withdrawal will stay pending until this is successful. I’ve been told if I can’t complete verification in 7 days my account will be frozen. This is outrageous from a gambling site but I will continue to send every single piece of information I have in hopes of Verification. Extremely unfair and outrageous behaviour but what can I do, avoid this for your own benefit. + kwiffs response to me sending multiple bank statements is “your verification has to be from the web”. This was the words used, keep in mind I’ve sent my documents from the internet online also know as the “Web” which include my online banking statements straight from my online banking in the form of a pdf as asked but still no hope.Absolutely gutted in this service and really unfair prompt within the withdrawal process. My account is verified, ID and address both verified in a reasonable time. Requested a withdrawal 5 days ago, it still pending today and I been ask to submit extra documents, they asking sauce of fund, which is nonsense.even my account is verified. The withdraw is going to the bank card that I made the deposit.Customer service very bad, bad attitude and helpless.Not time frame for waiting, lack of communication.When a platform take customer’s money and sensitive data, should be reply and response promptly to give customer confidence.The way they do will make everyone anxiously.

Been waiting since Monday to have document verified and all I get told is there is a delay and will not give a time frame and waiting for a withdrawal also they are usually great but failing me this time Will update if sorted

Used this site for a while… always pay in and as soon as it comes to a withdrawal it says failed for no reason as I’m fully verified. Then they make you wait days till they pay you. They will hold your money as long as they can. Quick to take money but do not want to release funds. Even worse you have to spend as much as you take out as each payment method you use it gives you a cap on how much you are allowed to withdraw. This site will lose customers rapidly if it continues like this. I have spent far to much as a fully verified customer to be messed around with my withdrawal every time I try to withdraw. So disappointing.Not to mention customer services tell you the same thing over and over again with absolutely no help! Edit : my withdrawal still not processed by the “relevant team” despite me being fully verified with no problems with bank But my that pilot negative review has been responded to within hours. I think priorities are all wrong! Once I receive my withdrawal I will edit or delete this review. Edit. Received a email saying it could take 8 weeks to resolve. That’s how they treat loyal customers guys beware.

Awful site to navigate through, happy to take your money but when you win they want a million questions from you before paying you, the customer service is run by kids, you tell them to stop emailing you, remove me from the mailing list and even unsubscribe yet they still email!! Morons!! hope they go bankrupt! avoid avoid avoid! far better betting sites out there with brilliant customer service.

Like a lot of the reviews on here, withdrawals take ages. Customer service agents are useless and unhelpful. I have an account that is already registered, yet still can’t issue a withdrawal to a card I have both deposited and withdrawn before with. Odds are inadequate compared to other online sports, hence why they offer Kwiffs. There are plenty of better bookmakers out there. Avoid

DO NOT USE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.Upon an initial £10 deposit and another £13 deposit I ended up withdrawing £17. This was weeks ago, since the initial £17 request I’ve had to provide so much information it’s like I’m trying to get a mortgage. I’ve had to sent pdf files of bank statements; I’ve had to send pictures of my id proof of address and pictures of my id next to my head. They refuse every single one for every little reason. They refused my card because some numbers aren’t covered. I’ve used paddy power among many other betting sites and have never had anything like this in my life. Thank god it’s only £17 I’ve lost as if they can steal that low of an amount you’d have no chance with a high. Please read all reviews thoroughly so you don’t be scammed. I have took a loss of £17 and got them to close my account. I had an easier time taking car finance out. AVOID

During a game, there are 20 technical errors, Error 15201 codes repeatedly crash the game, and many more error codes appear. The games take 50 while giving 1. You lose hours and thousands of spins. Had a relatively small withdrawal which I have now been waiting three weeks for. Customer service is appalling. Live chat can’t do anything to help, no phone numbers available to talk anyone directly and when I followed complaints process I was advised I should have a response in 8 weeks. After two weeks asking for response to my KYC I was asked for another picture, which was sent immediately but still no acknowledgment after another 4 or 5 days. I see others customers have had similar experiences.

Awful Awful site. Been over a week requesting my documents. Chat don’t care either do emails. Needed the monry for an urgent vet bill so withdrew everything in my account. Refusing to give my withdrawal or help in any way. Excuse after excuse. First it’s in a queue then they ask for the same documents I sent a week ago. Can deposit but not withdraw. Makes a lot of sense. Then replied after 5 days asking for documents I already sent. When I said this ans resent them they then stopped replying again. Will be going to the gaming commission and court at this rate. Ridiculous and very much let down by this site.

It’s now day 8 and I still haven’t received my withdrawal or any update from Kwiff, id planned to do something with the kids with my winnings as normally I’ve always received my withdrawal after 24hours but now I’m not sure how long it’s going to take to get anything off them! It’s left me deflated and stressed, they just keep saying to wait which I have now for 8 days they also said chasing money and sending emails slows the process withdrawal process so I’ve not sent a message or email in the last 3 days hoping this would speed things up but still nothing! I have been a member here for a few months and deposited thousands and withdrawn thousands with my account all verified. Every time I withdrawn it’s taken maximum 24 hours to receive my funds. However, now that I’ve withdrawn what they claim to be a high amount I have not received my withdrawal and it’s been over two days now. I have gone on live chat and keep getting the same response of I need to wait. What I don’t understand is you have processed all my withdrawals with no issues but now that I’ve actually got extremely lucky to get a decent win you want to not pay me out! I’ve contacted live chat again to get the same response as every other time you speak to them! (Just wait) I’m now intouch with the gambling commission to try and get my money that way! Would advice never to use this company, still no,funds sent and have had to open case with resolver and report to trading standards.The time it takes amd the with holding of our money is wrong The withdrawal have nothing to do with documents, it’s only the deposit that should be affected , you are the only company that do this .This is totally wrong on many counts I will continue to leave these reviews until I get my funds

Real shame as site games and play overall were a great experience. Really disappointing withdrawal time and verification. Its now been over 1 week since I requested my withdrawal and provided ID documents all as requested from kwiff. No updates via email and each time I speak to live chat I am told be patient.
