My account has been under review for over a week and I keep being told to wait for the review to be finished even though they have closed the account. I just want to know if I will receive my money or not the withdrawals have been pending over a week and nobody is replying to any emails or giving me any indication what this review is or if I will get paid.

Company gives poor odds and only quiffs bets up to odds that other bookies offer. Offers only 2 places in certain horse races. No placed only markets. No player to be booked markets. Terrible user interface. glitchy trying to place bets.

Absolutely frustrating. After win of over 15k didn’t let me withdraw more than £4300. Even though being a customer for more than 2 years. So when I did withdraw only the amount which they let me. Not clearing the withdrawal after they got all the documents kept on asking for the cards which was used months ago for deposits and have been replaced with the new ones. Which I provided with the bank statements. Now they are lying oh these statements doesn’t show any transactions to kwiff. It’s like they don’t want to pay my money. So frustrating

My account had been on a block since a week now I have got a email saying my account it closed. They didn’t even write in the email if my withdrawals will be processed I have no way to get in contact as I can’t access live chat and nobody replies to the emails.

Hi , I gave them on my previous review 5 star as they were really good and site is really good but this time I won big money and my account is fully varified and I have sent them all the documents that they have asked and received couple of withdrawals but now I won big they haven’t processed my withdrawal request and its still pending after 24 hours , I can’t see any reason behind that . Please be aware , I will update my review as soon as I get my money back

Be warned people they will refund small wins but try and not win big you have no chance of getting paid out so don’t join and if you are a customer close your account

Pay out what you owe regardless of verification you took money in without any if someone who has mental health problems doesn’t have need of a driver’s license or passport pay what they won then close or suspend the account but keeping money they won is in my opinion nothing but blatant theft

I made a withdrawal 3 days ago and then my account has been restricted from that moment. I went to live chat and they are saying just to wait for a email but I haven’t received anything it’s been 3 days and I’m not even bothered about the account anymore, I just want my withdrawal but nobody will help me or even tell me a timeframe and end the live chat straight away when I ask.

Id like to know why on slots if I hit a bonus at the top of my screen gives you the amount I have in my wallet, after I do my first spin the top figure changes to the total amount I’m going to win while the figure at the bottom of page stays at what I currently had, basically I’m asking why I’m doing the bonus spins when it’s clearly pre determined what I’m going to win. I’m gradually making my way round the site. i like the sudden ‘kwiffs’ where your potential winnings get boosted. If it were easier to view selections (there is no logical ‘daily list’ for football- your only option is to view every single game all over the world in chronological order), and if bet builders had more than a token selection available, then it would have been the extra star.

For maybe a year I enjoyed gambling on low stakes sadly in the last month I’ve had one member of staff that’s took out some sort of vendetta against myself I was first gave a warning for change in my activity by spending too long on site and spending too much at 20p and 40p a stake.. and now I’ve had my account suspended for not playing through all the money I deposited and being told I’m using them has some kind of financial storage and not betting enough by seems if it… what is clear is everytime I log in I’m being monitored and from my transaction history I’ve deposited £5500 and withdrawn £5300 there now withholding £407 of mine for no reason clearly they take 200% of my net losses because I’ve breached a little known rule that you must wager all you deposit..
