I’ve connected to live chat to discuss regarding my verification and that I have added required documents. Mr Valentim closed the chat when I didn’t finish my conversation. Can you please speed up with the process of verification asap. And I’ll change my thoughts on this review when will hear back from you guys

I’ve been using kwiff for a few months now. Everything was really easy to set up the account and get started. Now I’m trying to withdraw some money in the account and they have asked for multiple bits of id the verify. I have sent everything they need and have had no reply. No idea of how long it will take to become verified and no timescale on the withdrawal payment. I have also sent a few emails but had no reply. If this could be sorted out I’d happily use the account again as it’s a very enjoyed site up until now

Don’t bet with this outfit. They request PDF documents for withdrawal but not for deposits. The customer service is dreadful. You send the documents and still nothing. After you contact them they tell you they weren’t acceptable. Just don’t bet with Kwiff

Still awaiting to be verified and withdraw my winnings. Only after I put a review here did I get an email requesting a picture of my bank card for the second time and this is after I was asked to take a picture beside my photo ID also. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I will be contacting the gambling commission today to discuss this company.Too many people are having the same issues so it’s quite obvious there is something seriously wrong here. Even the way people’s reviews are being replied to the tone used is a lot to be desired!! Honestly been very successful on this site. It’s allowed me to withdraw winnings which is amazing. Mistakenly put 500 on Austria last night, when 2 nill down to Turkey I cashed out and they gave me 487 back through kwiff boost. Honestly amazing site. App abit glitch at times but there constantly improving it. Be great if they had a loyalty club but other then that it’s amazing. So… this is my 2nd review and over 2 weeks has now passed and I’ve still not received my withdrawal. This is sad because despite endless efforts of live chats and providing every bit of ID that Kwiff have asked for I’m just being left in the dark. First of all it was the 3 generic forms of ID which is fine and understandable, I then had to reproduce another photo of my bank card, I then got told 8days ago that I needed to produce bank statements, I raised this on the live chat to be told I’ve sent the wrong photo of the bank card I used and I need to send proof of a bank account I don’t even own, again Alfred helped me out loads and I had to resend my bank card with the correct information covered up.Since then it’s just been the same robotic response in the live chat.I will happily change my reviews to better than 1 star but at the moment I just don’t see me getting anything out of them at all. Great shame 😔🤦🏻‍♂️

Well what an app and company. A genuine place you can earn a second living from. Im on a very lucky streak atm and in profit havnt had any issues with payouts only won a few hundred but hopefully continues, will update if i win thousands and let you know if any issues with payouts. Now 4 days waiting on verification. All documents sent in Saturday. Address rejected as no house number, even though I hadn’t updated my address on the account and had moved. Clearly wasn’t even looked at properly. Feel sorry for people on the live chat, clearly overworked having to deal with this crap. It doesn’t take so long to verify documents, staffing levels must be atrocious. Of course verification is only asked for upon withdrawal, never on deposit.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Withholding funds due to larger withdrawal didn’t care on the smaller withdrawal. Will be reporting to the gambling commission as there fobbing me off regarding time to check documents it takes 5 mins. There making excuses and lying. Absolute scum. I am waiting too long for my withdrawal I have sent in more then enough documentation to prove my address and not as much as a courtesy email have I gotten back . It’s a shame as I actually enjoy using the site. Please rectify this immediately. Any other betting apps I’ve used have Never taken this long. To get no reply through email is very frustrating . Avoid. Quick and easy verification before winning but then when you wanna withdraw they ask to verify once more. Annoying but understandable. However, radio silence now, been days i dont have an update and my account will be suspended soon as it looks like it will not be verified. Not what you expect from a British bookie. I will file a claim with an ADR if my account gets suspended and fails to verify. *note all documents have worked with other uk bookmakers.

Requested documents sent everything the asked on the first occasion, asked for more information even though I’ve had the account years, just so happens that this time I won a bet. They take less than a day to answer on here but two weeks between emails. Live chats seem to be bots just generic answers A lot of people saying the same thing on here so potential cash flow issues. I’m currently on day 5 of waiting for my account to be reviewed after I’d checks and proof of address. They first ask me for passport and proof of address they get excepted the. They say they want more after stating they will un suspend my account once these where excepted. Now I’m waiting again after sending the second lot of documentation and it’s been 36 hours. Took funds from my bank account and didn’t credit my betting account. I week later after been originally told wait for 3 days and when told after 3 days getting told to wait 3 days again and they still haven’t refunded the stolen funds. Update: Kwiff have told lies in their response to me and have foolishly deleted 12 minutes of my account history on my profile.I have the bank records that you can never delete.I also have chat history where agent already concurred with the error by KwiffFurther update, I have sent Kwiff team further proof that is indisputable. Unfortunately for Kwiff Revoult provide me with live info on all my transactions which I have. Revoult have also provided me with my total deposits to Kwiff which are exactly €30 more than your deposit information on my account . Info that I have provided to you. Is anyone @trustpilot willing to take a look at my proof? In is beyond repute. Kwiff are quite frankly telling lies on here trying to save face by making me look to be wrong.

Deposited first time on Saturday £100 no questions asked. Win a bet, go to withdraw £125 and £10 and it said pending for 12 hours. I deposited via bank Xfer and every other bookie who has this option pays out more or less straight away. Yesterday I was asked to send 4 documents/pics which I did. Nothing still been reviewed and withdrawal still showing as pending. Started off good with quick withdrawals but now, just like the rest of them withholding withdrawals for no reason except we are verifying your details again. Why does it take 4 days to look at a pdf bank statement 🤔 even though nothing has changed, same bank details, same everything. Great company to start with, love the concept of the bets being kwiffed. Wicked odds. I was send them the documents twice, when I was ask them about my withdrawal on the live chat they block me!! I’d love to know how you can open an account lose 1k then win 1800 a week later then try to withdraw it . And that’s when it begins they require documentation so you supply it and then without no notification your account is suspended but it’s now for checks with no time frame and has nothing to do with the verification docs. And now reading through some other reviews there seems to be a lot of similar things going on. And there’s no response to how long. Or an email stating what’s going on ?

I’ve been depositing into my account without any verification being asked for. Suddenly upon requesting a withdrawal which is so small like under £20 on Monday 17th June still sitting this morning Friday 21st as pending!On the 18th June around 10am I was sent an email asking for 4 documents to verify my identity & bank card I swiftly replied attaching the documents and have heard nothing since! I raised a ticket but I am just getting the same generic reply regarding as regulated they need to verrify etc!I have no problem with Kwiff asking for verification documents it’s the terrible length of time it’s taking to process. Would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your money here! Made a deposit and when trying to place a bet it was restricted to a very small amount. Decided to withdraw my money and bet elsewhere, but after my withdrawal has been approved, they closed my account for no reason, and now no money has reached my account and my emails are no longer answered. They do not ask for any Id, but the momeny you win, or just wan to withdraw some of your money you have to “live chat” with them, the only option they give you to withdraw you money is in “cypto currency” and you have to send them your Id (they wont accept proper bank statements, only revolut, wise, payz etc…) So if you want to pay they will take your money without questions, but to withdraw they make it as difficult as possible – avoid this site like cancel, and bet with bet365 or any other verified sites!!!! Is is a scam

Lot of positives and ‘kwiffed’ enhanced odds are very good. Horse racing odds generally below typical industry show is only slight downside and reason for only giving 4 stars.Overall, pleased with the service.
