Warning for anyone wanting a few hours of enjoyment.I have a monthly deposit limit which has never been altered, I’m fully in control and have never increased this limit and would not be able to go over it. But today I was in the middle of a slot game which was suddenly stopped with an obnoxious and anxiety driven message demanding I sent private and confidential financial information to an overseas casino popped up on the screen & had to respond within a strict time limit and threatened with account closure if I disobeyed. I was then logged out of my account automatically. I knew for certain I would NEVER send any financial private financial documents to some back street online overseas casino. So I proceeded to simply stick the whole balance on one bet and self excluded permanently. I wouldn’t even put myself through the worry of trying to withdraw after receiving this threatening message. There’s ways and means to ask players for documents and this is before ANY deposit is taken NOT mid-way through a game when the player has a deposit limit in place. British people are pretty laid back but the minute you start delving in our private financial affairs you overstep the mark. Customer lost.

Have used this site for a while now but it seems that behind all the kwiff features that randomly happen normally when you opt for an unlikely outcome the general odds on offer are vastly reduced. ( example of this in sports betting where a horse was 3/1 with coral and will hill where it was 1.75 with kwiff which is odds on. You should be able to take an SP I think so you don’t get ripped off with the smaller odds. Or at least best odds guaranteed like nearly everyone else. Also, have placed a limit on my account now due to winning a few times.

Decent site but have let me deposit and withdraw for couple of months and now won a decent amount £1800 they are trying to hold it up with id checks that were not required before?I have uploaded and emailed proof of id and address. I have had my bets restricted to a certain amount due to the fact that I won a few. The company’s algorithm allegedly doesn’t allow for kwiffed odds to be stopped but ever since I got restricted due to a few wins, it’s been well over 50 bets since I’ve had a ‘kwiffed’ bet. If you win you get restricted!

So Kwiff have rejected my complaint and offered me 0.40 pence instead of my £440 withdrawal! The request for documentation apparently triggered with a balance of 0.40p. This is just laughable when they took £200 from my account to place the winning bets just 90 minutes earlier. This company are liars having told me to opt out of providing obtrusive documents and they would refund my stake, not my winnings, which is £200. They now have the audacity to offer me 0.40 pence after taking £1600 because of a trigger that is buried somewhere in hundreds of pages of terms and conditions. You’re a disgrace and I’ll continue my complaint through the appropriate channels until I get a satisfactory outcome. Beware if you are thinking of opening an account with this company as there are many reputable online gambling companies out there who do not treat their customers like this company does. Worst online gambling company I have ever come across by a LONG WAY

Absolutely terrible. Have made two withdrawals that both say approved and apparently there has been a issue via there end making the payments. Even though I have received withdrawals multiple times before without any problem. They are now requesting current bank statements, again even though my withdrawals are ‘approved’ . Under the documents section it states ‘ no requested documents’ . Customer service/ live chat is useless. Continuously ignores any questions asked. They also aim to resolve complaints within 8 weeks! Go elsewhere, the promise of instant withdrawals from Kwiff is a false one.

Scammers, rigged fraud this casino only eats money. Lost £3700, never had decent return Always loose £800 n get return £200 everyday they do this and lure you to play again again. I deposited £50 which I have never used. I logged in and requested the money back. My account then showed a balance of £0 so I assumed they were transferring it back, I kept checking my bank account but nothing went in. Kwiff never emailed or anything to say they needed more information. They are quick enough to take your money but to try and get it back is a nightmare. Avoid this site at all costs

Been depositing and withdrawing for a year, finally hit a win where it would exceed my NET DEPOSITS meaning they have to pay more than what ive put in over the year and this is where the problem starts. they will ask you for 1000 documents, tell you you have sent them in wrong or hey cant view when they zoom in, once thats done they will request more doucments and then tell you its edited and to resubmit as pdf they when you send edit history to them and take it as a complaint they tell you, you will get a reply in 6 weeks and every email you send in after that time they will mark as complet and you get an auto response to say how was the experience! Live chat tell you to wait for an email, emails arent responded too and currently i have £1500 sitting to be withdrawnEDIT TO THOSE WHO USE JOINT ACCOUNTS DO NOT btoher depositing if you share a bank or have a joint account as they will pull all terms to say you wont get your funds and request written agreements, ID and details from the joint account holder, OVER A YEAR WITH THIS SITE WITH PREVIOUS WITHDRAWALS TOO AND NOW IVE WON MORE THAN IVE DEPOSITED THEY ARE IGNORING ALL CONTEXT OF MY COMMUNICATIONS

Feels bittersweet having to write this review as I quite liked this site at first, had a couple of big wins, lost a bit, but hey that’s gambling.I then received an email saying I was breaching terms and conditions by not gambling what I was staking, which I thought was weird cos who wins and then carries on gambling? I sent them an email back to clarify but had no response.Carried on for a while and won £60.50 – that’s when the nonsense began. They asked me to send I.D and explain why I wasn’t gambling my entire stake. I sent in the documents and explained I have a limit of £10 per day and withdraw if I win anything that takes me over what I’ve staked – you win some you lose some, the essence of gambling surely. Anyway, like many others, the ID was rejected and I was asked to provide more to satisfy their requirements, which they didn’t tell me and failed to respond when I asked why they weren’t valid.I am now in the limbo of emailing them to receive a generic ‘how did we do’ email back, or asking me to send my complaint to the same email I have already sent it to.I am sure they will respond to this by saying please send your complaint to such and such, which I have already done. As it stands I believe they are illegally withholding my money so would advise others to think carefully before gambling with this site. My complaint is now with Resolver so I hope to have a resolution shortly, but really could’ve done without this stress and hassle.

An absolute sham.I won a small amount of money on first deposit… £120 to be exact which isn’t going to move mountains in the modern times we live.They then asked me to verify my account and I sent the documents 5 times all different variations, phone bills council tax bills passport drivers liscense the full works and they are still telling me the documents are insufficient 1 month later.Avoid this bunch of crooks. I haven’t had a single problem on any other website and my Meager £120 sits in there pocket in pending withdrawals rather than mine.
