I inadvertently deposited using another persons card (shared computer, auto-fill) Kwiff are more than happy to take funds from an account not in your name but good luck getting a withdrawal. They want 8 identification documents and a written letter all to get a refund back to the card that was used (I could understand it was a different card). Why are they allowing deposits from accounts not in my name? I think I'll reach out the commissioner for assistance.

From the company is that they are waiting for the game provider to look into this! It takes time I really don’t care that’s for them and the provider to sort out! I placed a bet it was accepted it won - I want paying my money and compensated for having to wait for over a week Crazy part of it all is I never received a reply to emails only on here and have told me I may have to wait upto 8 week which what it says in there T&C Unbelievable! Having problems with withdrawal, won't let me withdraw, spoke to a customer service agent, says she escalated it to payments team, no word yet. 5k just sat there because of a bug in the withdrawal system. How convenient eh? Will update once I've received withdrawal. Not a good start for a first time user kwiff....UPDATE, Customer service advised splitting the deposit into 2 and 3k increments. Worked a treat then got asked for Identification and address and proof of funds, all accepted within 5 mins, payout immediately received. Not a bad casno I just wish they told me all this from the start.

My withdrawal has been rejected for no good reason by your payments department, and I have had my account closed without reason. I don’t even think I was asked for ID.I deposited over £700 without interruption to my account, and as soon as I want to withdraw £247 it becomes a problem for your company to pay out.I will raise this with the Gambling Commission and eCOGRA.

Only joined a week ago, forget any bad reviews about this company, it has been nothing but great to deal with. Free bet which was a winning one, the Kwiff boost is amazing and my winnings were doubled from a bet that came in yesterday. Verification was quick and that's even after I had sent in a letter older than 3m so my fault. I made two withdrawals late last night after 11pm and another at 730am this morning and all money paid in at 11am today. I cannot believe the bad reviews and so glad I didn't listen to them. Only regret is i didn't know about this site earlier.

I don't normally do reviews but feel the need on this occasion.So here goes.....Joined kwiff yesterday afternoon, made a withdrawal for 600 at 8pm.Withdrawal was stated as pending.After reading reviews on here I was really worried about receiving my money.9am this morning, spoke to George on live chat, he reassured the withdrawal would be completed soon.11am, all done, completed and in me bank 10mins later! No request for any additional documents ect...I feel I need to stick up for kwiff against the bad reviews as my experience as a new customer was very good.Great play, bit of winnings, chat service was good and withdrawal in my bank the next morning.I will definitely use kwiff again!

Still waiting on winnings but helpful Have been playing for just over a week I think , had no problem in withdrawing a little amount as soon as its a larger amount they want your documents (this is fine ) but what would of been helpful knowing this from the start! When you lose they are not interested but the minute you win some money they start their KYC process and take as long as possible to process it.I would avoid using this company as withdrawing winnings will be nothing but hardwork and a headache!Also I have raised glitches with their system on two occasions when cash out was offered but the system prevented me from taking it…. Their response was “market was suspended” becareful when you try to cash out it doesn’t let you if it’s a substantial amount and they will just use the excuse “market was suspended”.

Where to start.....I would give zero stars but can't!! anyway,I opened an account and ended up winning £60 which I then applied to be withdrawn,2days after placing withdrawal it hadn't appeared,I questioned this via chat and got told I needed to provide verification information.....so this i did......then 2days after this I still hadn't received my withdrawal,i entered chat again to be told they need proof of my income.....I took a screenshot of a recent wage slip and sent it only to be told they needed it to be in a pdf file and they won't accept the screenshot despite it having my name and employers name on it...... again i enter chat to explain I cannot send the file as pdf as when it is clicked to be opened a password has to be inputted to allow it to be view and for obvious reasons i won't be divulging that to kwiff.....so 5 days after winning(and trying to withdraw £60)I'm still waiting for it to appear and kwiff seem intent on being as unhelpful and unresponsive as possible.i strongly recommend nobody to even think about opening an account with them as if yiu are lucky enough to win even a small anount they will make it as awkward as is ever possible for you to ever see it in your bank account.It appears I'm not the only person who's had these difficulties as other reviews show.....maybe the gaming authorities would like to take a look into their distinctly uncooperative actions.Kwiff leaves a nasty whiff and it smells abhorrent just like the company....avoid at all costs.

So this company told me I could opt out of providing my personal information and my money would be returned. I've tried that through live chat and apparently I must provide it as it's in their terms and conditions so have I been misinformed? The online chat tonight completely contradicts their reply to my review on 16 April where they said I could opt out by contacting them and my money would be returned. I will be sending a third complaint letter to the Gambling Commission tomorrow with screenshots of their reply to my review on 16 April as well as the chat tonight which clearly shows how obstructive they are being in paying out. I will also be copying the Minister for gambling in who I will not name here. It's unbelievable how obstructive this company is being in paying out a small amount of money...think they need to consider their strategy! The guy in the online chat also said your account has now been closed at your request but I have the whole chat saved and nowhere in that chat did I request to close my account. Beware...this company will NEVER ask for identity documents while you are depositing money but always at the point of withdrawal which is against Gambling Commission guidance. I've been gambling for 40 years both on the high street and online and I can honestly say that this company is the worst I've ever come across by a long way.

HONEST REVIEW I thought the design of the website was cool and it seemed like there was lots of ways to play. Of course we all know the thing we look out for most in an online casino more than anything is withdrawal processes and time scales. I signed up last night 02/05/2024 - They took deposits from me with no issues (of course) I then went to withdraw around £1000 (I had a good streak on black jack) Straight away the KYC checks began. Now usually this only happen once you have withdrawn large sums a few times I did not expect it from my first withdrawal. None the less I began to upload the documents requested. I noticed that I had actually signed up with an old address (my parents) so my bank statement would show an incorrect address, I spoke to live chat which I must say was quick and prompt and the guy helping suggested I upload it anyway and then email Kwiff explaining the mismatch of address. I have done this and am now awaiting a response or my funds. I will update this review once I receive the funds so I can give an accurate time line of how long everything has taken. UPDATE 03/05/2024 14:33 I have had an email to say my address has been updated and that I should continue with the verification process on the app. They have asked me to resubmit my passport photo.. The picture I did send was pretty clear but nonetheless I have resent it.UPDATE 03/05/2024 15:06They have rejected my passport picture again, this time because it's a scanned copy. (Really are making this more difficult than it needs to be) UPDATE 03/05/2024 16:54 They have rejected my image again (this is crazy!)

***Update*** In the Bank - don't know why there are son many bad reviews of KWIFF - cash is in bank less than 24 hours - and I only signed up yesterday at 20:30! UPDATE ABOVEIts only a 3 star at the moment - but this site appears to be great and will certainly be updating to a 5 star dependent on how long the first withdrawal actually takes...first bet was KWIFFED from 5/1 to 7.25/1 and won and a free 30.00 Suprise bet! I'm awaiting a withdrawal and dubious given all the bad / mixed reviews on here - however I have contacted KWIFF and they replied quite quickly to say they were making final checks before releasing and in fairness they appear to be on it - haven't been asked for any supporting documents yet despite having everything ready to submit! My fear here is that if they ask for them this will certainly slow the process down! - Withdrew yesterday evening at 21:27 - I've used other sites and they pay out within 24 hours - 48 hours. I will update - but in all honesty if KWIFF get on and process that first withdrawal and verify me for future withdrawals - I don't think I'd use another site! - Its unique in its own way and I like it!

Complained when a £25 EW which started at 33/1 and won at 33/1 bet was paid out in my opinion wrongly at £470 instead of £1,050. Unfortunately the chat staff have not a clue. When i emailed and didn't recieve a reply I was informed that they were too busy to respond and I would just have to wait!! I still waiting 3 days later.They have a button which states "Accept all price changes" which was switched to ON I have closed my account with them and as they haven't bothered to offer me a resolution/explanation I will write to the Gambling Commisson.My opion "Avoid them like the plague"They have eventually replied real piti it too a trust pilot review to make them get off their a###s and do somthing about it I.e. a reply no where on their site di they mention the do not offer BOG and no where does it tell you what the accept all bet changes button is for until you query it but it has taken tvis review to get a reply do you really want to ise a company that isn't interested in their customers. Read the other negative review before you make a decision who to bet with

They don’t pay out any withdrawals or communicate with you at all. My withdrawal had been pending for just over a month now they will ignore you even though you are fully verified. Don’t play here you will not ever get your money and they don’t even do anything about complaints so you can’t go to ecorga or start legal action until they give a final response which they will avoid giving. You will not get your money at all.

Firstly I want to say I've never had any issues playing here to speak of with anything, including withdrawals, untill this week. I had made one withdrawal and requested a second when suddenly from nowhere, agree around 6 months, I get a message asking for proof of ID, proof of funds, and proof of address. Now that's no problem to give this as I did. They then rejected several address IDs, a bank letter, government letter and for various reasons.In the meantime they have, and they still are now despite now having accepted the proof of address so no outstanding docs are required, not releasing my witndrawal. I explained that the Comission have made it clear that operators cannot ask for documents at time of withdrawal if the operator could have reasonably asked before or at deposit. They cannot hold money to ransom in effect. I've had nothing but argumentative responses and agents kicking me from chat and now no documents are required it's still *withdrawal pending*. I have just asked why this is and now I get live help saying they can be no help because they don't know why my money is being kept from me and that they will send a message to payment team and they will be in touch. Could not say why or how this is happening or when the relevant team will let me know so I hope it will be before the second coming of Jesus but they can't guarantee this either.24 hours max pending period is the statement on side. This pending period is tad over now at 75 hours pending.. I'll keep this section updated as soon as I get the update myself.Update. 29/04/2024. Just logged in now to discover my account is now frozen with a pop up at log in stating "your acct is now frozen, we need some documents from you. Head to documents section" blah blah blah. So I knew I did not have any outstanding as supplied everything they asked for. Clicked "Verification, documents" and green message reflects "No Documents Needed." So much acct is frozen, pending documents they already have and dont need and the verification section reflects that yet the withdrawal is still being held for ransom. They simply don't want to pay out and are now making up reasons to freeze my account by claiming reasons that's are self evidently not true. I asked for their ADR and the agent said he does not have access to that info. I had to go find it myself, ecorga. Now they have essentially said if I don't like them stealing my money, make a complaint to them then ecorga which each will take up to 8 weeks. Again, I've screen shot them the actual statement on UKGC site that says they are not allowed to do what their doing as players have, quite "the UNRESTRICTED legal right to withdraw their cash balance at any time." And that requests for docs cannot be used to withhold the players money and this is exactly what they are doing. If you play here, at any random moment, this brand will simply refuse to pay out, cite reasons that done exists and if they did are illegal anyway then freeze your acct. and not give you your cash balance withdraw, thus restricting an UNRESTRICTED right. If you play here, be aware they will freeze your acct, refuse to pay out and ask for verification docs that that they have already accepted .Update No.2 - 29/04/2024:As to your reply below . . . Why couldnt someone have said that when I asked instead of leaving me in total confusion? My account was frozen after supplying everything you asked me for. So are you now suggesting theres a suspicion I'm money laundering? Is that what "red flags" you refer to? That's an extremely serious crime with same consequences. If that's what's your implying in order to continue to withdraw a staggering 50 quid, I would suggest thats farcical. 1600 sounds a lot, tell the readers over what period of time that is. If you dont pay that withdrawal of fifty quid today because you suspect money laundering, I'll retain a solicitor because that is an extremely serious allegation to make.Ps. Just checked my bank and the £50 is not paid. You say of all is ok it will be before the end of the day and I'll update later around 7pm accordingly. I cannot check the status myself because I closed the acct after being frozen after supplying the things you asked me for. 3rd & Final update. . .Thank you, Kwiff, for paying the withdrawal. A simple explanation could have avoided all of this. Anyhow, done now, acct was frozen so I closed it. Will say in general, it's a good place to play, minus this one incident.

Just be careful.Great app but....I have deposited and lost alot of money with Kwiff probably a couple thousand pounds. My own doing. However I finally won and tried to withdraw £200 and SUDDENLY they can't pay out without further documentation despite still letting me deposit further payments. I have requested to close the account as I am gambling too much but I have been told I can't have my withdrawal without further documentation. I do find this alarming as no further documentation was required for the previous months I have been losing money. I asked to close my account but they I will keep this review updated when they finally give me my money. At the moment, I feel like this is stealing to be honest. Really not happy as this is a good app.

I demand the return of the £200 that you have taken from my bank account. £200 staked...winnings £440 and you have been withholding the whole amount for over 3 weeks now. I don't care about the £220 winnings anymore but I want the £200 you withdrew from my bank account returned as you have no right to hold on to it. I've sent a second complaint letter to the Gambling Commission today and will continue to pursue this until it is returned. It's worrying that you can't find my account - how many pending withdrawals over 3 weeks old do you have?
