Quite like the app but the verification element is a nightmare. Holding on to my withdrawal until verified so very frustrating. Needless to say, they didn’t care about the verification when I was depositing. I have uploaded all the paperwork but they keep finding new excuses to reject. You then go to the back of the queue and have to start all over again. Tried online help but it’s stock answers and no one is escalating this to get it resolved. Very frustrating.

I made bets for 150f and when I won over 700 my account was suspended. After several months of attempts and contacts about what happened and why I couldn’t withdraw the money, no one was able to help me. Finally, when I filed a complaint and the following months passed, someone replied to my e-mail saying that the bets had been voided, and when I asked why, no one was able to answer.

This company took my money and my bets and still haven’t paid me out because they want me to provide documents (they were happy to take my deposit without documents). I now have provided the documents they require (driving licence, bank card etc) they still haven’t paid out my withdrawal request. WHY NOT ASK FOR MY DOCUMENTS BEFORE I DEPOSIT NOT WHEN I WIN AND WANT TO WITHDRAW !!. A new start up company that is obviously happy to get new customers and take their money hoping they will disappear if they don’t payout when you win. I still have a bet outstanding with them (one leg has won and the other still to run) but I’m not too bothered if it wins because I don’t think they will let me withdraw the money anyway. They also appear to have a very odd rule that a husband and wife are not both allowed an account. BEWARE PEOPLE.

At first this company seemed very good and refreshing. However, they are willing to take thousands from your debit card but when you actually win and try and withdraw , they suspend your account and make you jump through hoops to get your money. I was a fully verified member for 6 months until they suspended me. Same went for the people I recommended Kwiff too.

Well thought at last a decent site withdrawal was fine then won a substantial amount of money wouldn’t let me draw it they wanted verification sent everything off apart from id (lost my passport) so ordered a provisional license…everything was fine with my documents and they did keep intouch but since sending my id (provisional) nothing back at all!! Live Chat are helpful just feel sick thinking I’m not going to be paid out really bad this! my card my bank statement my id so what’s the issue 🤔 really not happy hopefully if and when paid I’ll change my rating

This betting site is the worst site I have ever had dealings with, my health is poor,and all they do is withhold winnings until you send docs ,they don’t mind it when you lose ,I am waiting for £230 I personally think that all money is held on for interest reasons so they gain more money. I have honestly won but they still relent, this is not good for my health the stress they can coarse could be very damaging.

I have to say, broken promises from what looked like an exciting new betting brand!Sadly, it follows recent review’s. Withdrawal request of around 300 (says will be done in 24 hours) it’s not been the case. Asked for verification documents which I get, but don’t promise to have reviewed in 24hours if you can’t do it.Still none of my money back and customer service shed no light on what’s happening and suggested that me chasing up to find out what’s going on moved my verification to the back of the queue. Really disappointed with what looked to be a bit of a disrupter in the betting app space!

Wouldn’t even rate 1 star awful company NEVER again will I bet with kwiff.I’ll keep it short I have an ongoing dispute at the minute to withdraw my winnings, sent all documents over required now they ask for more, constant back and forth chats and emails going round in circles. STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO NEVER USE THEM AND CLOSE DOWN ANY ACCOUNTS WITH THEM!!

Pros: on the odd occasion you get a great kwiffed bet.Sometimes your cash out can be kwiffed although the cash out is often lower than other what other more reputable sites would offer.Cons: withdrawal can be quick or can take a full day.Odds compared to every other betting site are a disgrace, although i can only attest to both teams to score odds.Regularity of random kwiffs decreases after a while.When you do get a kwiffed bet it often just takes your odds to the same as what you would have got from a comparable site.Staff seem to be very defensive and hostile for some bizarre reason.Lack of any offers whatsoever you’ll get an odd surprise bet if one leg of your bet lets you down but even these are pointless low payout bets most of the time.Hope this helps but make up your own mind 😁

No actual time scale on withdrawals after youve been verified. Ive sent over 15 emails and 1 had been replied to. And the live chat is very bad most people like Daniel just leave the chat after youve waited in queue for like 10 mins and have to wait again. Very quick to take your money but dont want to pay out big money like my 9379.75 after ive been verified.

The site itself is great.I have won around £200 and I am unable to withdraw my money. I have sent all of my ID and everything else that was requested, they have suddenly just stopped responding to me. I am really disappointed. I would suggest if you are joining maybe confirm all your ID up front just to make sure you don’t run into my problems. I am not hopeful of getting anything back.

Depositing is easy, just make sure you don’t win. you’ll be asked for verification documents (which is normal), however after sending around 15 emails containing various documents I’m staill awaiting verification. When asked how long this would take I was told there is no timescale. When asked would this be a day or potentially a year I was told it could be either. Being that they verify 1000’s of documents I asked if there was a simple way of provising a conservative time estimate and was told it was impossible to do this. Has been going on for weeks now and suspect my money has now gone so please people avoid if you can.

I have made a £350 withdrawal and it is stuck in pending, when I spoke with Live chat I was informed I need to send in docs, I did this immediately and all I get is the relevant department will process, they won’t give any timescales. Do I have to wait weeks on end for a response, I’m sure it’s not that hard to verify, I was never asked to send any docs to make a deposit. I have emailed in a complaint and the now wait time is to be fulfilled within 8 weeks, a complete joke of a company. Iv put £50 a day on here over the past 2 weeks , don’t get me wrong u come to a gambling site to pretty much loose as its entertainment for ur yourself. Account showed as verified and 2-3 withdrawals were also processed instantly. Then a £900 withdrawal was not processed without any reason given for over a week. I sent a complaint email explains the consequences of this matter. My account was then self excluded for the next 3 years. Then conveniently i was asked for verification documents which I was unable to upload as I was now restricted from the site. I have written complaint emails and have now got over the 6 week period and taken the matter to eCOGRA. Please save your money and avoid the stress. A few small withdrawals are processed then you get withdrawals pending without reason. Also a clear violators of UKGC guidelines which clearly state the following players must not be asked for information at the point they request a withdrawal from their account if the operator could reasonably have asked for this information at an earlier time. My advice is to steer well clear of this site and use a more reputable provide such as Betvictor or PaddyPower etc. Tried to write a complaint letter to chairman’s office but all contact information provided is pretty incorrect and their email just gives automated responses.

Everything was fine until i had to upload documents for verifacation,i uploaded driving licence both sides passport and uploaded a pdf of bank statement,said images were blurry which was absolute nonsense,requested a withdrawal of £90 on Friday 19th jan,withdrawal will not be processed until i upload documents which i have done on numerous occasions which they won’t accept yet Kwiff still accepted a deposit of £40 on Saturday the 20th from the bank card that i have been using which if i had won anything it would have been impossible to withdraw.Live chat was helpful but was nothing he could do the company are a disgrace AVOID
