Hi so I’ve been using kwiff for a while now I was first skeptical as it does seem harder to withdraw than to deposit however they do normally after 24 hours sort your withdrawal once fully verified however at the moment I currently have 3 pending withdrawals one of £2000 one of £2480 and one of £550 had a big win on casino and they have now taken over 24 hours and my withdrawals are yet to be processed so I don’t know what to think it’s the first time ever happened to me on similar amount withdrawals however I did contact the live chat and was told to allow more time so I’ll keep updated but is a bit of a shambles saying it’s 24 hour to process and taking longer so if they hurried up would be a bit better and I could leave a better review

How can a gambling firm let me deposit 1390 after 900 they want details and 3rd party im on gamstop and they verified all my pdf bank file , photo.id my disability benefits and now I came clean as I’m a gambling addict they should not of verified my account so I’m asking for 197 what’s in my balance as I came clean and basically robbing a disabled person that’s not on , it’s not much just asking for my balance they should not of verified me full stop and let me deposit , they done no checks

Here I am again…(2nd review)Withdrawal still pending from 25th of November 🤒 the staff are dummy’s who can’t even talk properly. Just pressing “ computer says no” instead of talking to me. I’ve sent bank statements, pictures of cards, passport, driving license, council tax bill! Still not enough. At the end of my tether now.I want all my money back, all my deposits! 6 weeks to pay out! No one in your service team gives a f****!!!!Please can someone help me get my money that I have won! I have tried logging a complaint through the email but they just send an automated reply asking for my ID again. Really bad scam is this site. Don’t bother. I use them all and never experienced this.

Same as all the reviews below if you win small it will be in your bank when you wake up win big they will do everything not to pay out at Xmas time stay away from this mob. They want sensitive passport information and utility bill even though you are confirmed as soon as you open an account. This information can only be wanted for stealing later down the line

EDIT: Clearly you won’t find any details of me as a fraudulent account not in my name used my card on your site. Yet despite this you ignore all my emails when I proved the card belongs to me and your allowed payments to be taken when they should not have been. You need to refund me right now. A fraudster used my bank card to deposit with Kwiff. Being in hospital at the time meant I couldn’t check my bank and over £6000 was taken. The fraudster also admitted they was underage in an email to Kwiff. I have never given anyone authority or permission to use my card and all the transactions are unauthorised. I have emailed Kwiff many many times about this, and all my emails are ignored. They are clearly happy to profit of fraud.The money taken was for disability equipment for myself and now Kwiff refusing to acknowledge any of my emails or refund the money taken has left me in a very vulnerable position.

After opening an account and depositing I won a decent amount of money and tried to withdraw it. In the verification section of my account it said no documents required which I found strange but hit withdraw and after 2 days of no confirmation I opened a live chat to be told my account needed verification. I sent all relevant documents 2 of which were denied very quickly so I resent both to how they were asked for. I was told I needed to await confirmation and now 3 days later and after email and chat conversations which were not helpful at all, I am still waiting for confirmation. My withdrawals have been pending since new year’s eve and now the money that’s rightfully mine is neither in my bank or my account so effectively it’s not mine and there is nothing I can do about it. Really disappointed in the lack of communication or help I have received

Just like with most casinos, more than happy to take deposit after deposit but when it comes to a withdrawal make you jump through hoops. Can’t accept this, won’t accept that, just makes the enjoyment of a win less so. They do seem to get to the document review quite quickly but overly picky about what documents they like. All casinos need to validate before accepting any deposits, as a test whilst I was waiting for validation and withdrawal, deposited another £10, more than happy to accept that! Still waiting on my address validation, bit disappointed

Very poor customer service. I’ve been trying to withdraw funds but keep asking for documents these have been provided but say it’s modified. I’m only uploading a statement from my bank??? I have been using kwiff for a couple of weeks now and find that getting “kwiffed” indeed adds a bit of intrigue . So today I won a few bob then put another bet on tonights football and noticed that i was “kwiffed ” from 8.11/1 to 23.39/1 . I find that amazing then i decided to look at trustpilot to ascertain if this was too good to be true . Generally there are very good reviews but some were suggesting slow or no withdrawals . I decided to withdraw £250 from my balance of £270 to test the water and it was in my account in 18 MINUTES !!!Thats some service !! I can now sit back and enjoy my heavily kwiffed acca .Derek

This app is good when you can use it. Started off ok but then after I started winning, they wanted documents, which i provided. My account was back in use and thought it would be fine going forward but now after trying to withdraw some of my winnings, they now want more information about my employment. I’ve sent that off but the response time is appalling.

Went to put a bet on for 1500 pounds for some reason they said maximum bet 388 pounds so I went to put my money back into my bank account and now it has been pending for the last three days and now they’re saying they want ID which I have given them driving license passport bank statements utility bills and they say they can’t see the pictures curled up in the corners just making excuses.ill keep you upto date with what happens. so since you’re reply you have denied my ID once again for about the tenth time

Initially I thought this was a good company offering good selections and rewards. However once it came to a withdrawal I’ve never seen anything like it. Very very slow- been waiting on verification for over 4 days. Sent 10 pieces of proof for address and they haven’t looked at the bank statement I sent in 2 days. Seems to me like they are just trying to dodge complaints and customer service is shocking. Hoping I’ll get my money, based on my experience I would be advising people to stay away

Further to my review below, Kwiff responded that I “refused to provide documents”.Kwiff rejected my documents. No reason given. I made a formal complaint and asked them to detail what exactly they needed. Kwiff refused to answer and closed said account (I closed it earlier anyway).In their response below, they now say that my account will remain blocked until I submit documents (which I already had but they won’t tell me what else I need to submit, which I have explicitly asked).However, in their email to me, they wrote that the account – I closed it by then – was permanently closed. Funny! LOL!Emails and evidence all available.The truth hurts… but the truth will set you free!P.S. Someone needs to teach Kwiff the meaning of “permanent”.P.P.S Even the +£10 is not true. That is only the case if Kwiff honour withdrawals made.P.P.P.S. I am commencing civil proceedings. So I won’t respond further to whatever they write.

I’ve been using this site for a couple of days and at first when I was winning, the money was refunded within seconds. I played a couple of times that day (27th December 2023) and won but the money wasn’t being refunded straight away so I contacted them on live support and the guy was asking me the same question over and over again that I was repeating myself then on the last conversation he took ages to respond so I put a 👎🏽 when then he decided to tell me it can take up to 24 hours to get a refund. The next day (yesterday 28th December 2023) I got my money refunded and I also played again and won £339, again it didn’t refund straight away so because of the conversation I had with the agent the day before I waited 24 hours. I checked my bank account this morning (29th December 2023) and the money hasn’t been refunded so I went to go to the live chat and it’s not in operation so I’ve sent an email. Don’t trust this site. I just want my money back. Absolutely awful. Once I get my money back I will not be using this site again

The withdrawal method was a bit frustrating. They will accept deposits off my card, but I have to add my bank details to withdraw. And you can’t just add bank details, you need to deposit with it first.They are a bit limited with regards to betting options too compared to other bookies.

I have withdrawal on pending for 5 days now. Everytime i asked the live chat they tell me it is under review and u will hear from us when it is done. Have a feeling they don’t want to pay and hope that i lose the money….but the concept of the supercharger is very cool, so i just hope they pay so i cant trust the site to play on it.

If there would be a zero star I would choose it.Decided to join and head over to casino, bonuses drop rate – zero. Some games took 500 spins to get any bonus. Hit rate – zero. RTP – low. I spend over a grand to get out empty handed, after every deposit never got above it. I know casino wins either way, but cmon, how can it be even fun if you actually not hitting a single thing.

Zero star is what they deserve! Unfortunately, Trust Pilot does not allow you to choose ZERO.I have been using Kwiff for a couple of months. I made a withdrawal. Three withdrawals actually. Now, they are saying that my account is under review. The reason? I am pretty sure it’s because my withdrawals would mean that I am up against Kwiff.I took screenshots and this is going to be escalated accordingly. I have accounts with all the main players: from household names like WH and whatnot, through well-known brands like Grosvenor, to challengers like DAZN. No issues with any of them. Only with Kwiff! The above tells you everthing! There are other players out that – better ones! You’re better off sticking to the main players like Bet365, etc. Trusted brands.Stay away from Kwiff. You have been warned.

Been having a hard time making a withdrawal I’ve sent everything that was asked but I’m being told a rent letter in my name is rejected and also to send screenshots of my PayPal! Anyone with a brain knows PayPal info cannot be screenshotted due to security reasons. Very quick to take your money but the worst casino I’ve ever played at when trying to withdraw. The documents they ask for is uncalled for! I await my withdrawal and will update but tbh play elsewhere save your stress.

Had a previous self excluded account. I was allowed to open up a new account and deposit funds without any age verification or identity documents which is why the self excluded account wasn’t flagged up. I’ve tried to explain this to the customer service but they respond with we have taken a business decision to close your account and not mentioned the self excluded account. These people like all bookmakers abuse and they prey upon the young and weak. They aren’t to be trusted and whoever says that they are good are in a small streak but as you can see if you start to get a few wins like all the other crooked bookmakers they will want ID, want to slow it down and want to know why you won as you aren’t allowed to win. SHAMBLES AND TOTAL ABUSE.. So guys again after I sent the review I get a silly reply about Gamstop. Yes everyone know Gamstop doesn’t work because if you merely change your email address then the gambling companies can use that as an excuse to allow you to bet. We aren’t stupid and we know it’s a scam and not worth the money spent on it. That isn’t the question in my case as I have a self excluded account already with yourselves and have been able to open an new account with the same name and date of birth which never change.
