Terrible experience trying to receive support for a withdrawal that failed on their side. Receiving mixed responses from chat & email. Some say it’s been processed, wait 3-5 days (usually instant) then another saying it hasn’t been processed at all. Logged a complaint…. Likely take 8 weeks!No confidence in receiving my winnings!

Why do casinos do this? It was fin i won 100 200 then over 500. They asking for verification then holding the funds for 12 hours. Like if you can afford to pay out close down. Especially with UK license they mess about so much, Enough reports and they could lose the license. Just makes no sense. Almost never get a kwiff maybe one kwiffed bet in the last 50 accumulators I’ve done apart from the guaranteed one on a Saturday and they’ve been garbage literally just takes the odds in line with other bookies. Just my own personal experience I’m sure other people get regular kwiffs. I can only assume it’s because my account is in profit which makes sense. 👍

They steal your winnings and deposits. Ask for ID checks but still refuse to pay out when you give them valid documents. They have lots of fake positive reviews and they report/flag negative reviews (i have proof). Worst company in UK hands down. Worst odds known to man and your bet doesn’t get kwiffed enough to make up for it. Avoid kwiff.Spamming the page? I’ve got only one review up at once… Don’t report my reviews to get them taken down and I won’t need to repost my review. Simples.

Updating my review. I never had a problem with withdrawals but to play 100 on Book of Dead at 30p a spin and not hit one bonus is disgusting. My biggest win was 2pound not a chance I’d put another penny in if it was going to play so unfairly, 5 years of self-exclusion added

Kwiff steal your money even if you provide valid documents. Been gambling over a decade, worst site in UK. Fake 5 star reviews and they try removing the genuine 1 star reviews. Scamming rats.Edit: you acknowledge that I’m a valid customer, yet you report my review for being fake… some professional company you are. You claim my account is under a “deeper stage of review,” when all I did was place a bet and won and yet you refuse to explain why or give a reasonable timeframe for completion. I have provided all requested documents, answered every unnecessary question, and yet my withdrawal remains blocked with no meaningful updates from your support team.If this was a legitimate review process, you would engage with me transparently instead of ignoring my emails and sending automated responses that go nowhere. Kwiff steal your withdrawals even if you have valid documentation. Ive withdrawn plenty so dont think because you’ve withdrawn that you are fine from this. They do their best to remove 1 star reviews and have lots of fake 5 star reviews. Out of my 20 year gambling experience, kwiff are the worst.Kwiff tell me to contact eCOGRA, but when eCOGRA reach out to kwiff, they say I haven’t completed the complaints process and haven’t allowed kwiff to respond to my complaint… even though the final response was kwiff telling me to go to eCOGRA. Kwiff then ignored any further correspondence. I have all the evidence to back this up (I suspect I’ll need to take them to a small claims court)I honestly hope they suffer in life like they make other people suffer.
