Still awaiting document verification and 3 withdrawals despite having withdrawn previously. Very slow service it seems if you win your documents are requested and withdrawals suspended

Best betting company .I love when they give higher odds the one they showing on website also lot of time i get higher cashout . Crazy . great betting company .I seen lot of people’s complain about there documents review and they close the account soooo.When they verified my account it takes 2 days I have 500 in my account I was also very worried because I read those review.But all good they verified my account in 2 days . Also no problem in widraw .So far I have no problem and I recommend this betting company.

Illegally asking for documents only after I’ve had a big win… won £1004 then withdrew it and decided I didn’t want to bet anymore so self-excluded. Then they decide they want ID and proof of address due to me wanting to withdraw my winnings although I had withdrawn before. They verified my documents but still waiting on my winnings to be paid out! Anytime I contact them they just say it’s still being verified which is a blatant lie… Their T&Cs say 24 hours but into day 3 now – STAY AWAY!

I was told it would take 48 hours. It’s now 5 days and my money has not been released. You speak to the agents and they are not helpful.I’ve had enough and now I’m taken matters further.I wouldn’t advice anyone

I have been asked too verify my account which is fair enough…5 weeks ago they asked for proof off adresse and passport, since then I’ve requested bank statements so I could show my adresse.It got requested 2 weeks ago as the passport wasn’t signed. Now again today I have resent the documents now they want pdf versions. I am not computer illiterate so I don’t know how too do all this. All I want is my verification too work, and for me too access my funds in my page. From a very loyal customer 👌

Been a member for months now. Have had multiple payouts and have had account verified. Used a new card. I have sent multiple copies of my bank statement in all formats but they are saying it is not accepted. I have downloaded it straight from the banking app. Still not accepted? It’s funny how now I have won a substantial amount they won’t let me withdraw!! I have sent all sorts of documents and been verified. It’s really not fsir. Happy to take deposits off this card but not give me my winnings!!

People do not use kwiff, they closed my account as business decision and I have money in it, I asked them to transfer it to card on account they wont answer. I request a Subject access request under the data protection act, they refuse to reply for 2 weeks now.

I very rarely leave reviews. But how this isn’t one of THE most popular casino/ betting sites is truly outstanding. Fast payouts, no faff, and the kwiff feature is phenomenal. Your regular bet can get kwiffed to multiple times the original odds. I’ve had many a winner with this group, and I just hope that they carry on as they are and not get greedy like other sites. I’ve closed all my other accounts ie ladbrokes / william Hill etc etc as they are rip off merchants. My one teeny weeny criticism is that those who play the horses, the odds are considerably smaller on kwiff up until virtually race off. Had a day off yesterday and a few quid in my kwiff account, so backed a couple of horses (I never normally do horse races , just football ) and the 2 horses I picked were more than half the odds less than what was shown on sky racing. Overall tho, superb site 👏

great idea, glitchy website, takes ages to load and tricky to navigate. cashout rarely seems offered but the boosting of the odds sometimes makes it worthwhile using kwiff

I’ve had no real issues up untill this weekend. I’ve gotten payouts no problem but they’ve randomly requested me to verify myself and bank again before receiving a payout. The live chat keeps glitching out and I’ve not had a response to my emails in the last few days. I’ve lost my bank card but I have sent my other details (passport, bank PDF) via email but to no response yet. I’m hoping this review gets some attention to help sort the issue. I’ve had no problems before with kwiff payouts so I’m hoping to review soon.

After some questions around how I bet I have found Kwiff to be honest and fair. Get good odds and especially like when your odds are increased (kwiffed).One little niggle is the next days racing cards don’t seem to appear until the final race of the current day.
