Very very low payout on the casinos. Ok its common sense that casinos are businesses and theres only one winner but Ive never ever known to wager 80 and not win anything substantial enough to keep me playing. On Saturday morning I had an amazing win on the Spartacus slots in total about 6700 went to withdraw and they asked for documents and Id. Unfortunately I dont have a valid photo id at the moment but I sent all documents witch clearly proved I am who I say I am. Never have I come across a site that holds withdrawals, other sites its in within minute. Ive cut my gambling down never had a problem with it I just occasionally have a game on slots and this time I got lucky, Ive looked up this on the gambling commission site and its says that they dont have the rightToo withhold your winnings when they should of asked forId before you gamble, so basically kwiff lets you loose but not winnings it says they are breaching one of their codes 17 or something. Im worried that their experienced at doing this too people I would give 5 stars but after this Im stunned at what they are doing too customers.

I have made several withdrawals recently, My account shows as verified. Yet I made 3 withdrawals today and then suddenly I have to provide KYC.I’ve seen a few reviews on here saying its a terrible experience so I will update as things progress.I have all normal KYC documents ready to go so “should” be no problem given these were all good enough for every other site I have ever used.Kwiff have a great site as well shame if it would be tarnished by the KYC experience.3 stars for now but I will update after this procedure, otherwise its a 5 star site.

As other users have mentioned I was allowed to deposit money but as soon a so went to withdraw it they suddenly needed me to do kyc and sent loads of documents. Why is this not done before you withdraw? Worst expirence ever. Will be reporting to gambaling commissions

Can’t autospin or fast spin Wich I find a little suspect, also have found it rather rough getting anywhere over starting deposit value worth speaking of in the slightest.. I think max was ten bucks over my initial deposit, 3 stars for now as I will continue to remain optimistic about playing my slots with kwiff. Never in my life have I left a review good or bad for anything but for these kind of humans deserve 1. My mum Accidentally deposited 2000 instead of 200 withdrew HER money immediately once she realised her mistake bare in mind did not even place a bet didnt take a penny of their money and yet they still wouldnt give her it back without putting up a fight. Questioning her where she got HER money. After sending maybe 10-15 emails back and fourth they finally realised they couldnt win as had done nothing wrong, I cant imagine how the experience would be if you actually took money from them. Disgraceful. Nearly had the woman in tears thinking they was going to keep the money.

Casino plays very strange here, no sign of any wins and if there are, minimal, played slots long enough to know something is not right here, will get the usual jargon about 3rd party, but would suggest more reliable brands.

Excellent site. The supercharged bets are great and odds are great, very user friendly although can be a little slow at times. Gambling controls are fantastic also loads of options. I have used many similar sites and Kwiff is definitely up there.

This is a fun , well presented site. I don’t think they provide quite the best odds but they do get boosted pretty regularly . Overall, there is definitely a place for Kwiff in a crowded marketplace because they offer something fresh and different. That’s no mean feat !

Dont really get the bad reviews, I have placed numerous bets now and had some supercharged, one winning me 250 off a 5 double and I withdrew this morning and it was in my account about 20 mins ago. Can only state from personal experience but its been great for me.

Signed up, deposited, bet, won, and tried to withdraw. My withdrawal was taking ages, so I asked customer service how long I can expect it to be, and i was informed that my withdrawals were not being processed because my account was not verified. I was never informed that my account needed verification, and it was completely fine for me to deposit, bet and win without being verified, but withdrawals? No chance!Trying my best to get my account verified but they are being absolutely absurd with their requirements. They want me to give up and just forget about it.Absolute scumbags.

Your funds will reach your personal account based on the payment method used: Paypal – Instant” In reality they hardly ever process my withdrawals within 24 hours, so they should be honest and update that. Currently waiting for a withdrawal to be processed, was told on a live chat that large wins need to be checked. If they consider a low three figure sum to be a large pay-out we have a problem from the start! After making a complaint and questioning again the reason for the delay on their live chat, the pending withdrawal was paid to me but long after the 24 hours they indicate had passed. Also concerning that the live chat assistant advised me it takes longer as withdrawals to Paypal are processed manually. I have heard the same excuses before from operators who are in financial trouble and are using delaying tactics as they can’t pay-out. Hopefully not the case here but why delay a withdrawal that could have been processed yesterday or earlier today?Also have asked 5 or 6 times on live chat about my casino play history and have been told each time the relevant department are dealing with my request as a priority, yet SIX weeks after my initial query there has still been no response? Shameful really. Total lack of support, unwilling to assist and now any trust in them has gone. Certainly will need investigating by their regulators which is the route I will be taking now. They say withdrawals take up to 24 hours with small print.After 12 hours you email them, they say shortly with small print again.23 hours in you chase and they say security verification needed etc. ONLY AFTER YOUVE CHASED THEM.24 hours in, no money in your account, no proper answers.

Possible the rudest live chat staff in history. Every single time I have gone onto live chat the operator takes 15 minutes to answer a question. Each additional question you ask takes a further 15 minutes for them to reply. They clearly are chatting to multiple people at the same time, which shows very poor customer service. I went onto chat today as when I deposited a pop up message came up saying wager 50 more to win free spins and then before I could read the whole message it disappeared. I went onto live chat to ask what promotion this was. I was asked my DOB and postcode. Once submitted it took 15 minutes for them to come back to me saying the usual please wait a moment another 10 mins go by.. I write hello anyone there I finally get a response asking if I could send a screenshot of the pop-up or tell them the name of the promotion. Are you joking! If I had that info I wouldnt be asking about it on live chat would I!Im sorry but they are useless. Trained monkeys would do a better job. Kwiff.com don’t relize what 48 hours mean, the CEO Charles Lee, does not either, If you win they will block you and then say you need ID again. You gave ID at the start of opening an account with them. But if you win over 100 they will block you. The Gambling Commission will hear about this. Kwiff.com customer service have no idea worse service I have received. You get no apology or compensation for them blocking you when ever they like.

Kwiff is a bookmaker that is genuinely different but in a good way. Random free bets (placed for you!) and lovely jeopardy as to whether your bet will be ‘Kwiffed’.Not the best odds straight up but lots of fun

Was OK for a start but should of took note of some reviews as just randomly out of nowhere couldn’t place a bet so contacted customer services and apparently when they want they just put a block on your account great gone back to trusted company now the kwiffs a lot of the time are basically normal odds for other bookies but admittedly the odd one was good boost. Shame I’d avoid.

I’m being generous with the 2 star review Where do I start It says you get supercharged bets not true because you do when you sign up and on selected days The promotions they promise you never get customer service are quite quick to respond but offer no help for the customer The slots are absolutely shocking do not waste your money on them They hardly ever offer cash out and when they do you can’t see what the offer is You can’t build a bet or add 2 multiples to 1 bet as in kane to score and 3-1 England it’s all just singles allowed or accas I would highly recommend to not use this company I get that this is a fairly new betting company but for someone wanting to bet on football or slots this company is far far behind the others
