Really terrible took 500 off my money easy I won £1000 just not realising it…. This kwiff betting should not exsist there total scammers. I’m taking this further I want my money!!!!!!!

Dreadful betting company, won a few bets now my accounts been restricted, asking me to verify documentation that won’t even let me upload. Exactly how can i have my account verification completed when it refuses to let me upload. Plus have 265 sat on hold which is an absolute joke just pay out and I won’t be using your Dreadful company and frankly garbage customer service team. Just take a peek about the reviews and I need not say anymore.

I gave you a 4 star because on the concept I think it’s the best out there with the supercharge feature the only thing I think that drops it to a 4 is the navigation as I do think for example bet fair offer a smoother site. However I come to kwiff for the supercharger option which more than makes up for it.

Customer service is so bad… messaged to tell them the site kicked me out of a bonus game and when i logged back it did not continue the bonus game…. and gave me no win… messaged customer service who asked for a lot of info ie: screen shots ect to which i advised i did not have as i didn’t know it would kick me out as soon as i won a bonus game…. then got asked further questions to which i was trying to reply to but (Valentim) name of adviser gave me 50 seconds to reply and because i was still typing to which she could clearly see they kicked me off and said i took to long to reply – SHOCKING customer service will not use this site again and think KWIFF need to re train Valentim that it takes longer than 30 seconds to reply to a long message…. clearly she does not like her job!!!

Really enjoy using Kwiff. There’s loads of different types of sports and markets which cater for lots of different interests. The site and app are both very user-friendly and easy to navigate, plus the couple of times I’ve contacted customer service, they’ve been super helpful! If that’s not good enough, there’s the possibility your bet might get Kwiffed which means you can potentially get higher odds and an even bigger payout – love it!If casino’s more your thing, there’s lots to enjoy. And if anyone ever needs any support, there’s lot helpful tools and resources for safer gambling.I enjoy using Kwiff – I’d definitely recommend it!

Kwiff are 1 of the best bookies/casinos out there.You do need to send documents and get verified before withdrawing etc but after that it’s all good with no problems.The kwiffed odds are cool, gives you a buzz when it pops up after placing a bet, seeing it supercharge is awesome. Love it…For me, I play daily on the site, and in doing so they email me every week saying we have give you 50 freespins. Awesome..If I play in livecasino throughout the week, I get a message offering me a 10quid wager in livecasino for 10 quid voucher to use in livecasino. Awesome…And I think every week they give me a little surprise bet. Awesome…..Withdrawals for me are instant, however sometimes it does stay pending for 12 hours or so, that’s fine though. Absolutely awful site. Allowed me to create an account and deposit £260 in three separate transactions. I won £1000, and upon trying to withdraw they refused to pay out due to an old account which I forgot I had and no longer have access to. No welcome bonus so wasn’t trying to seek any advantsge etc and they was happy for me to sign up however.They are now keeping my £260 deposit as well, which is even worse. Requested to resolve over the phone etc, but have to wait long times for replies to emails, in which they don’t even try to resolve the issue and just insist on keeping the £1000 inclusive of £260 deposit. Do not use, they will rob your money as per the case here. Quick to take money, always an issue when withdrawing, as per other reviews.

Ever since I wrote a bad review regarding the ongoing issues they’ve decided to ignore me. They owe me £93 and will not let me withdraw it. I’ve sent over all the documents and now they’ve stopped responding. It’s been over two months. I’ve only experienced this issue with kwiff. Not worth the hassle people.

Do not bet with these con artists absolutely con didn’t recieve bonus until after I’d questioned where my bonus was then they said id opted for a random bet which obviously lost what a joke should be stuck off

It is a great platform. But I thought it was random. I have just found this in one of your responses to a customer complaint “We do have to remind you that casino games are totally random. Especially on very high volatility games like the Big Bass series you can expect to go long periods without wins or bonus rounds – this is how the games work and there is no way for any operator to determine when these games pay out and when they don’t. Stay away from site . They don’t pay out if you win then you have to verify through all sort of documents and then after 6 weeks still can’t verify . 😆 stay well away scam artist and the staff need immediate change the lake of knowledge must be £2 an hour staff I think . Good luck kwiff I can’t see you doing very well scam.

Absolute shambles of a bookmaker. Allowed me to deposit and lose over £600. Then when I won £245 I went to withdraw to my payment method. It would only allow me to withdraw £185 to my paypal account. and the other £60 was supposed to go into my bank account.However when I checked my account the next day I had only received £185 of my withdrawal.When I went onto live chat they said the £60 had bounced. this would be because my old card is no longer in use but the actual bank account its self is…I then went on live chat and was told that I had to send in pictures of my bank card, screen shots of paypal account, provisional licence, and me holding up a photo of my ID next to my face. as well as bank statements! I have sent these in and 3 days later I am still waiting for the £60.I understand that bookmakers have to keep players safe hence the ID checks but a few months earlier I had sent in all of the same information and my account was fully verified. So their was no need to ask for all of my private ID again.THE BOOKMAKERS HAS SINCE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT DOWN BECAUSE I WON £93 OFF A FREE BET.LIVE CHAT ARE GORMLESS ASFAVOID AVOID AVOID

Its its a bit joke on 27/09/2024 i win some monay not much 150 pound and I try transfer in to my account but its say i have to SECOND verification check , i do them on 28/09 , till now i dont have response from them, everythime when I go on online chat its same story someone will contact with me. The worst thing its when I send monay from my account to do some football bets thats was ok but when I try take monah from them its coming problem

Here is my review of this terrible, terrible company, take it as you will, but first I can assure you, I’ve probably played on 90% of companies out there.This being the worst. Ignore the positive reviews, new users with quick wins, that’s all they are…I deposited £200, lost it, dead spins. Deposited a further £100, and on the FIRST £1 spin, i hit a 100x, funny right? Okay so now I’m on £210 roughly and £90 down. Then I went on Big Bass day at the races, now last week I had a 500x on a 50p stake on the normal big bass on another site…. This time round, on this fake site, I did the £1.50 increased scatter chance spins, and from £210 i had over 20 scatter chances and not a SINGLE ONE hit….I’ve asked them to explain as the maths isn’t mathing and the only thing they can come back with is RTP canned responses.I have now left this site and will never return, I am experienced with online sites and this one is the fishiest I have ever seen.Save your money and take your family on a holiday, I wouldn’t release my bladder on them if they were on fire.Goodbye Kwiff.

I requested a withdrawal on September 25th, which started the verification process—something I understand and am fine with. However, I provided all the required documents immediately, and now it’s been three days without a reply from Kwiff. They have not processed my withdrawal, and communication has been extremely lacking.I’ve sent multiple emails and reached out through live chat, but unfortunately, the support I’ve received has been unhelpful. It’s now been a week since I initiated my withdrawal, and I’m growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of progress.An additional concern is that while they allow you to deposit money during the verification process, they do not permit withdrawals. This feels quite unfair and raises questions about their customer service practices. I hope to see better communication and quicker resolution in the future, but for now, my experience has been disappointing.

Utterly useless…I’ve waited 2 weeks for a small withdrawal after sending documents the same day as requested, I sent a proof of address as requested (I even did it with one of their approved methods) to be told it’s not been accepted. Live chat is terrible, no phone number to call and get sorted in a reasonable timeframe. My account is closed as a result of my frustrations, however they still hold my money asking for proof of affordability, which is completely irrelevant as I’ve closed my account! I’ve sent another document proving my address…..AGAIN and still no money. Takes 48 hours to reply to each email minimum, complete waste of time and will be persuing this through an ombudsmen……nobody wants to help whatsoever

*Update* They quickly sorted my withdrawal failure and sent the cash, Kwiffed Xs the odds and is unlike any other! Give it a shot, customer service needs work though it’s like it’s completely automated
