Still utter thieves. They have still not complied to my data protection law request for a sar made on the 19th of October, they still have not refunded the 30 euro they have stolen from me and they are still widely recognised as con artists…based in Malta for tax purposes they have indian scammers working for them, so not join.

I don’t recommend this site to anyone if you want to withdraw your money. I would not recommend this site to anyone since they keep your money and not provide information about your account. I provided all documents requested and 3 days later my account is still frozen and zero information of what’s going on. The funny thing is that they let me deposit funds but I can’t withdraw the money I deposited.I can consider this as a Scam

Had no problem with kwiff until they wanted verification documents which i sent and it showed on my account it had been done and there were no more documents needed but it has taken 4 days and still waiting for the verification to be complete. I have £875 waiting to be sent to my bank and money in my kwiff account but my account is also blocked until fully verified. I have been onto the live chat numerous time and they are unable to do anything its a joke it is taking this long. Ive seen a lot of people have had this issue and you would think that would cause them to try make it quicker.

Played for a couple of weeks. I had a few good wins. It’s day 5 I’m waiting a withdrawal of 1770£. I have already updated all the documents they asked and my account is verified. Chat saying that my account is restricted and under review and they’re not telling me the reason why. So basically I can’t get the money till they review? my account. Waiting on verification and withdrawal I uploaded Bank statements Driving license Passport I won over £300 and went to withdraw the money and then they asked for me to upload documents which I have done and I waited over 24 hours and nothing happened so I went into a live chat and they explained that I needed to send a picture and that wasn’t a screenshot of my provisional license so I did so and now still waiting and after reviewing the reviews on here, it seems to be that it is happening to everyone so I’m not too confident about getting my money backIf my money enters my account however great website but until that money comes in I’m confident they are not paying it Money has been paid into my account I think I submitted the wrong documents so I can take fully responsibility for that part great app nearly all my bets won were from them being boosted massively which is a great add

This organisation has been very good in the past. Unfortunately they are behaving in a despicable manner hid in behind the safe gambling umbrella. My initial deposit resulted in a loss so I made a further deposit of around £200 then my account was immediately frozen with to request for further information.I refuse to supply them with details of my finances, I reluctantly supplied then with my passport and driving licence scans whereby they say now they haven’t received them. All I want is the refund of my deposit.Talk about cart before the horse, they seem to be making hay at my expense. I am registered as severely disabled and this situation drains me of all my positive energy.Please Kwiff treat me with respect and common decency rather than forever placing me on a never ending merry go round.

Data protection commissioner time. Its 7 weeks since my data request was made and no reply, there will be substantial fines given by the commissioner, as for me, they still haven’t returned my 30 cash or emailed me to try resolve. They are scammers, do not open.an account they are not trustworthy…they will steal your money, keep withdrawals lingering for days with option to.cancel and fob you off on chat. Never join, there are much more legitimate bookmakers out there.

first time using kwiff and definitely not my favourite site in terms of withdrawal compared to others . Won 1750 and it asked me to split the withdraw £26 and the remaining 1730 . Received the £26 immediately but then my account needed verification so it didn’t withdraw the bigger amount (odd why it withdraw one and not the other)Looking at other reviews I’m not hopeful I will receive the money but if I do I will update my score but personally I wouldn’t recommend for new users -betgoodwin is a lot faster

Recently opened an account, had a email 5 days ago saying my account was suspended until I verified myself so could no longer deposit bet or withdraw. However I still deposited and bet £503 Now they have blocked my withdrawals and now £452 down. Giving Kwiff a 1 start rating is being generous, I have £500 stuck in my account that they are holding from me withdrawing. I’ve sent in all my documents on my account and the same via email. I’m still unable to withdraw my £500 and have now closed my account and yet still won’t return my money back to my bank. All they keep saying on the chat is it’s being dealt with this was 2 weeks ago now, their agents need to undertake some serious customerservice training. I’m now pursing my money via the fraud team with the police and my bank. I’m within my rights to receive my money back to my bank. Don’t ever use this site they are the biggest bunch of crooks going. Kwiff have effectively stolen my money. I logged a data access request 9 weeks ago and they have not even acknowledged it. I have the screenshots of the chat team refusing to log one also, which has been escalated to the ICO. I have been forced to log the complaint through resolver, over 8 weeks has passed without a final response or deadlock letter and have heard from eCOGRA this morning who have picked this up. This has also been sent to the gambling commission. Avoid this company at all costs, the have no intention of resolving your issues and will actively block you. Edit. In response to Kwiffs reply, if you replied by email as quickly as you do on trustpilot you might actually have less complaints. Respond to the emails that haven’t been responded to and I’m sure eventually you’ll find me. Must have a lot of similar complaints that you can’t work out which one is mine.
