Its its a bit joke on 27/09/2024 i win some monay not much 150 pound and I try transfer in to my account but its say i have to SECOND verification check , i do them on 28/09 , till now i dont have response from them, everythime when I go on online chat its same story someone will contact with me. The worst thing its when I send monay from my account to do some football bets thats was ok but when I try take monah from them its coming problem

Here is my review of this terrible, terrible company, take it as you will, but first I can assure you, I’ve probably played on 90% of companies out there.This being the worst. Ignore the positive reviews, new users with quick wins, that’s all they are…I deposited £200, lost it, dead spins. Deposited a further £100, and on the FIRST £1 spin, i hit a 100x, funny right? Okay so now I’m on £210 roughly and £90 down. Then I went on Big Bass day at the races, now last week I had a 500x on a 50p stake on the normal big bass on another site…. This time round, on this fake site, I did the £1.50 increased scatter chance spins, and from £210 i had over 20 scatter chances and not a SINGLE ONE hit….I’ve asked them to explain as the maths isn’t mathing and the only thing they can come back with is RTP canned responses.I have now left this site and will never return, I am experienced with online sites and this one is the fishiest I have ever seen.Save your money and take your family on a holiday, I wouldn’t release my bladder on them if they were on fire.Goodbye Kwiff.

I requested a withdrawal on September 25th, which started the verification process—something I understand and am fine with. However, I provided all the required documents immediately, and now it’s been three days without a reply from Kwiff. They have not processed my withdrawal, and communication has been extremely lacking.I’ve sent multiple emails and reached out through live chat, but unfortunately, the support I’ve received has been unhelpful. It’s now been a week since I initiated my withdrawal, and I’m growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of progress.An additional concern is that while they allow you to deposit money during the verification process, they do not permit withdrawals. This feels quite unfair and raises questions about their customer service practices. I hope to see better communication and quicker resolution in the future, but for now, my experience has been disappointing.

Utterly useless…I’ve waited 2 weeks for a small withdrawal after sending documents the same day as requested, I sent a proof of address as requested (I even did it with one of their approved methods) to be told it’s not been accepted. Live chat is terrible, no phone number to call and get sorted in a reasonable timeframe. My account is closed as a result of my frustrations, however they still hold my money asking for proof of affordability, which is completely irrelevant as I’ve closed my account! I’ve sent another document proving my address…..AGAIN and still no money. Takes 48 hours to reply to each email minimum, complete waste of time and will be persuing this through an ombudsmen……nobody wants to help whatsoever

Update- Overall experience of a newbie. I won 2k from a small bet & this triggered verification for withdrawal. Totally acceptable. I sent documents yesterday at 6pm had a few things back sent and sorted by 4pm withdrawal in my account. Thanks. 👌

Once again I am waiting for the verification process to get back to me. It is now a week since all of this started and after you accepted there was an unnecessary delay in the original verification process, one of my documents was declined. I’ve now waited a further two days and there has been no update. As I have said previously, the number of negative comments all surrounding the same topic on here shows there is a problem with your procedures. It should not take this long. I’ll reiterate again, if this isn’t sorted immediately and my winnings confirmed, I can and will be taking this matter further.

Kwiff have been part of my betting life for a number of years now. I consider myself a loyal customer to their product and service. Over the years I have used many sports betting companies but almost all I have left for a number of reasons, whether that lack of appreciation and rewards for my custom, poor changes to their apps, withdrawal of promotions, customer service etc. However, I am still enjoying everything about Kwiff. Yes, their odds sit slightly lower than their competitors but I can accept that. As the product is great, app is easy to use, boosts are timely and I feel valued as a customer of theirs. Deposited money, withdrew 245 and it says it failed? Iv withdrew money from here before but this time it’s failed, not had a reason given to me on live chat atall they just blame another department. I’m fuming with this and want it resolved.. and my money hasn’t been credited back to my Kwiff account. It’s just vanished.Il update once I have more information

Good app until you try to withdraw. They’ve locked my account and asked for the same documents I have had verified 3 times now but this time it has taken them 3 weeks now as there’s money to withdraw and they keep telling me ‘there is no timeframe on this documents being verified’ whereas before they was done within a day don’t waste your money bet365 boost your odds too

Withdrawal still pending after 2 days. They said my account was being verified. I sent my bank statement and passport then they said I had to take a selfie with my passport which I did. Now they saying they have my documents but still being verified, I mean what is this. Been betting on different sites over the years never ever had this problem. When it was time to deposit nothing was asked as soon as I tried to withdraw got a pop up on documents required. How frustrating this is only customers know. Live chat is useless same old cut copy paste format.

Right, enough’s enough. I won some online games on 21 September and withdrew the winnings the same day. On 23 September it said they were still being processed, so spoke to the live chat facility to find out why. I was told I needed to send verification details. I duly did, but after hearing nothing, I went back to live chat. Having done this numerous times over the past three days, I keep getting fobbed off with the department’s busy, they’ll do it as soon as they can, blah, blah, blah.This is a DISGUSTING way to deal with customers. You never update people until they contact you, you keep making excuses and by withholding MY money, you are making extra interest. And the fact I’ve seen numerous negative comments regarding this type of situation, you need to get your PR and responsibilities in order.Your live chat operatives tell me to be patient. That would not be the case if you were owed anything.So STOP making excuses and STOP using delaying tactics. If this isn’t sorted immediately, I will be taking the matter further.

Recommended this by my housemate so I signed up. Account immediately suspended, I sent all the required documents and two weeks later I get an email saying sorry I can’t have an account due to a business decision. It’s a shame as they get a lot of positive reviews and my housemate raves about them.

Signed up and used Kwiff without any issues until I wanted to withdraw some winnings, then the delays and issues began. Asking for various pictures and I.D which I have sent. Then asked for details of employment, which I have sent, yet still no withdrawals. I’m really upset at the delay of me receiving what is rightfully mine (winnings). The live chat is also fairly useless as they will just issue you with template responses and not actually help you with any issues.

Poor experience please stay away as this company is very untrustworthy. They gave me a 30 welcome bonus as advertised but they picked the bet and I didn’t even know and am very suspicious as it was like it was done after the result was known. Appalling service. Allowed someone to open and account and commit fraud. Company refuses to engage other than on the frauders email and said a passport was not an accepted verification document , only the email address is… poor verification standard. Chat team are rude and unhelpful, they simply close the chat immediately upon opening it claiming “we’re going round in circles”. Apparently the investigation has been completed but.. sent to the fraud email. I did then submit an access to data request which was denied without exemption reason, seems Kwiff did not wish to commit fully to that being “my” account. Complaint raised with ICO for failure to comply to a data request, bank for fraud and eCOGRA for them to conduct an investigation on the casino. You’re only as good as your worst day… kwiff are setting a new low standard 👏

Odds are awful. You have to take below market value in the hope you get kwiffed which will only be the same as what you’d get elsewhereI see Kwiff has no problems with all the five-star reviews appearing, but the moment any bad reviews appear, they have an epic meltdown and take it personally.The person/people replying just can’t help but make snide comments to every bad review, no doubt thinking they’re clever, but they just come across as whiney, sarcastic, bitter, and spiteful. Terrible customer service. Deposited £350, Bet a winner and withdrew £515. Email next day saying withdrawal withheld. Send in documentation and please explain why you didn’t gamble your full deposit. Sent them everything they asked for and explained that I bet a winner on my first go and decided to withdraw a nice little profit. Im a 51 year old man who has Gambled for nearly 35 years and have never had to explain why I’ve wanted to withdraw my own money before.Four days later still not a peep from them ( They told me id hear from them within 48 hours)Can honestly say no other company have kept me waiting this long for my money. Probably have to report the problem to the ADR if I don’t hear anything soon.
