Worst online gaming site ever. I have played most of the online gaming sites and have to say that Ladbrokes is by far the worst. Few if any payouts on the slots, features non existant and custermer service terrible. Total Rip Off. take my advice if you are going to play online slots, DON’T USE LADBROKES

If i could give it no stars i would, theres so much wrong with this place, between the unhealthy work environment which includes rats in the ceiling and leaks everywhere to customers verbally and physically abusing staff while the managers do nothing about it, staff safety is at the very bottom as priority for this company it actually just does not exist, theres absolutely 0 incentives whatsoever for customer service managers while the line managers and above all have bonuses. Theres 0 work-life balance, even when you try to come up with certain changes that would improve that they just feed you made up rules they made up, but when it suits them as a company they dont hesitate to smash those same rules to a million pieces. I wish i had the money to sue them but it just shows that no matter what moneys gets you everything even modern day slavery! Never get close to this place if you value your soul even a little!

Hi after all the negative comments on here I would just like to say that I have just been into a store on Belmont Road bolton and was served by an amazing young man named John. Have never been in a betting shop on my whole life but my husband just had an operation and asked me to pop in for his weekly bets as this is not somthing I wanted to do I was really nervous. As soon as I walked in he welcomed me and asked how could he help as I looked lost ha ha he was amazing was with me for 20 minutes one to one and helped me through everything I needed I even had a game of bingo while I was there after he showed me how simple it was. Shops are atrocious staff are quite Hostile and confrontational they offer customers a cup of tea to make them stay on the Apparent rigged FOBTS, never seen anyone win anything out of them,on a final point the shops are less busy because i think in reality customers are waking up to how poor they operate

The poker site customer service is like some mindfuk where you ask a question or report and issue backed up with screenshots and evidence, yet their reply has no relevence to what you asked, it’s as if it’s done either by a poor AI system, operators who do not understand english, are just plain stupid, told to deny & dodge anything difficult, or a combination of all of these. when you reply again asking that your question be answered, you just get more of the same, sprinkled with insincere standard BS like ‘sorry for your experience’, ‘hope you are doing great’, ‘have a great day’ etc. the top and bottom of it is i wouldnt bother with them, the site is just a skin of party poker anyway.

I am a veteran card player I have enjoyed playing cards for years. I have had many bad beats over the years but I tell you the amount of bad beats you will receive wasting your entire bankroll playing with ladbrokes poker, I gurantee you will lose it all too one of there bots or maybe you will get beaten by multiple boats consecutively. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) Ive wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the free bets werent always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and its almost as if they couldve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I dont feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH dont care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give 5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and wont pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my 120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse.
