Having trouble trying to get winnings off them I won in the shop then it is paid directly into my ladbrokes account but it wasn't been trying to get money of them staff have tried to get it for me they have told me it will be in my account in 24 hours still waiting. Its time we as clients got together and got advice on how we can get our money back

I have won large amounts several times on ladbrokes, always paid me out within 2-5 days, only issue was being able to cancel a withdrawal but that has been stopped now so all in all a decent site to use. There's a lot of folk moaning on here about having to show id etc, its standard practice afraid, ive always been relatively happy playing the slots on here and haven't personally found the bonuses to come any less than other sites.

Blody rip off never use Ladbrokes online i started using them online because of the Covid outbreak and they was closed for the lock down i signed up with my details bank all that crap only played the irish lotto just like i always do when their shops are open numbers came up so i won but now they want photo id i don't have any don't drive i only ever holiday in my own country England so i don't have or need a passport when you sign up they never mention anything about verifying your id but they been letting me deposit money every Wednesday and Saturday to play now i am struggling to get my money what i have won give Ladbrokes a wide birth they are robbing gits

Ladbrokes took my money as i had no photo id. Ok so because of medical conditions i can not drive or fly so i have no photo id . Ladbrokes allowed me to deposit then play for 5 min before placing a hold on my account . I received a email saying they needed photo id , hence the fact they allow me to deposit first why not ask me for id then , ok so i was in a live chat today with a prat called jonnel who sounds not english at all . He was very rude when i asked for the transcript ti be sent to my email address. He then just cut me of . So lets get this right Ladbrokes takes I'll peoples Money then cuts them of a chat when they are polite as ever could be . They give you no chance of putting the funds you have deposited from your bank back into it . This is classed as internet fraud. Entrapment. What is against the law. As they allowed you to deposit then they block you from your account so you can not get your funds back is this really fair is a company allowed to do this and do the government know what they are doing well they soon will find out when i contact them up today . Ladbrokes is a place of con artists so please read this and make your own minds up . Please note they are getting 1 star as i can NOT give them no stars

I Placed a bet with Ladbrokes which got accepted and thought nothing of it, money left my account as normal it wasn’t until the bet had won I noticed that it had been cancelled a minute after being placed? They first said it was my responsibility to make sure bets are placed and now saying there traders rejected my bet then I didn’t accept. First time I’ve ever had a problem with Ladbrokes but this will by my last ever time using their services.

What an absolute joke, done an each way bet with Ladbrokes on the 5:45 and leopardstown.. the race card said they would be paying out Up to 5 places! My horse Came in 4th and they paid out.. I go back on to the app 20 mins later and they have changed the result to a loss and taken the money out! How is this even legal? If they made a mistake Surely they should have to absorb the loss!! And if not, I should be getting my stake back at the very least! They took the bet under false pretences! Scumbags

I joined Ladbrokes online years ago, a few years after i couldn't get into the email address i had registered with, so I called them, they were pretty good then, anyway she said do you have a different email I said yes and gave her one, on looking she said oh that emails already been used at your address, I said i dont see how, but I found out my young daughter had signed up alredy using my email she had no card so had not used the account at all. the rep on the phone said its ok i can close the account in her name and you can use it, and i did from 2017m deposit deposit odd wins, anyway up to date since the new ugly website how things have changed, i deposited several times and won nothing then i won 800 pounds i was so happy, i made the withdrawel it looked ok,today i decided to deposit nd it wouldnt let me the money i had won was there and it said revervse so i did, i thought maybe the deposit wasnt working, afyer that i tried withdrawing and its now not letting me, so i looked for live chat nowhere to be found except on some other part of the site im already signed in but its saying sign in and comess up with eorrorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrso i decidedto email them, all i get is we have noticed the email your using is registered to another account, the one deleted in the phone call three years or so ago,anyway the messages go like this please change your email or provide i, i dont have any mever been on holidays abroad so no passport dont drive so no drivers id and my bank didnt ask for id when i joined im 61 so ive nothing they have the money and they are not going to listen and ive done absoliyely nothing different been depsiting for years withdraeekd rare but have done them and now its the takeover the sites ruined

I've spent over 4Hrs on their live chat trying to get a $20 poker ticket I won. Not that I'm desperate for $20 but it's the principle. How many chats have closed when they can't address the question or you ask how to raise an official complaint. Try asking who they are regulated by? Then you will sit for 20 minutes with no response.
This was once a trusted brand name, it's now not much more than an online scam.

App is now terrible after recent updates. Presumably designed by the P G Tips monkeys or that would be an insult to them. Takes five minutes to login and then very slow to work if at all. Quicker to walk down to the betting office. I have since uninstalled it.

I wouldn't advise anyone to bet with Ladbrokes. It took them two months to pay out a winning bet from the Cheltenham Festival. Apart from one switched-on individual in customer service, the level of help I received in trying to get my money paid was poor. Worst of all, I have been a Ladbrokes account holder for 25 years and yet they were repeatedly unable to find my personal account details. How tiresome to listen to the chirruping PR person, Nicola McGeady, selling the company's betting services on RUK. Compared to bet365 and William Hill, Ladbrokes are a pound shop outfit these days.

The App is so bad it is laughable. It just doesn't work properly. Links to races are incorrect. It is ridiculously slow. It keeps logging me out. There are far better betting apps than this

I love the card aspect you can use in the shop. Look at the reviews online and everything is absolutely true. The system is weak for such a large company, in real time football…SKY has already changed the bets, cash out and status as the ball hits the back of the net. Ladbrokes I literally wait for the change in odds, cash out is a joke I have noticed that.The customer service Live chat at midnight please see enclosed how poor ladbrokes are. I won on games and withdrew money. Checked my account after 5 days nothing in my bank from them. I get in touch online raise a complaint. They say contact my bank as it left their account. I ask bank they said it was not us you should be contacting as there hasn't been any transacti ons. This is 2 weeks now and they tell me I need a bank statement to show nothing went into my bank. I'm finding it hard to get into a bank and it won't let me copy statement or screenshot from my phone. Now I have to get bank to give me printed out statement and get back to ladbrokes. Anton else had this problem not getting paid.

bet on a football game yesterday in the balarus amateur league and my team won 3-0 yet for some reason ladjokes decided to void my bet when clearly my team won 3-0 and i only found out today they had won 3-0 so on i go to live chat to be told there is nothing they can do now the bet had been voided so why was it void in the first place? you basically stole my wininngs and refunded me my stake so yes your are cheats and thiefs theres the result there you can clearly see the away team i bet won 3-0 and the match is finished so why did you void it?

In the spirit of honesty, the main reason Ladbrokes only gets 1 star, is due to a little known industry-wide practice of discrimination against customers that actually dare to win. However, in my experience, Ladbrokes are the worst in the industry for this practice. Read on if you want to know more.

After only a few relatively small wins, my account was restricted to the point I was only able to place around 20 on a Premier League match. They are too savvy to actually ban winning customers – that would look bad. But they routinely restrict the accounts of winning customers to the point that they might as well have banned them.

How can it be fair that I am only permitted to stake 20 on a Premier League match when the next customer (one that has a history of losing money) is allowed to stake up to 10,000? The bookies want to ‘have their cake and eat it’ – happy to take as much money as possible off most customers (including sometimes vulnerable ones) whilst refusing to lose relatively small amounts to other customers who have had the temerity to win. This industry-wide practice is a deep social injustice.

Having been restricted online by all the high street bookmakers, I can honestly say that Ladbrokes are probably the worst for this practice which is why I have given them 1 star. Their website is OK – reasonably navigable with a decent number of markets covered. Payouts appear after a few days after some mucking about with ID etc, but again, all the bookies do this. But I have to single Ladbrokes out as they restrict accounts the quickest of all the big name bookmakers.

You should avoid using Ladbrokes as they are not a fair play operator. No bookmakers are, but especially not Ladbrokes.

Ladbrokes rejected my quidco cashback stating I didn't spent 10 pounds when gambling.

I anticipated this and took screenshots of my betting history and made sure everything was valid and correct.

I contacted the manager about this (09133217) and they said "you will need to contact Quidco with regard to this offer, as there is nothing further to be advised. "

I told them again and again that Quidco rejected this because YOU (Ladbrokes) claimed I didnt do this.

They never miss a trick to pull some totally transparent scam. All bets on cancelled matches "Suspended" as opposed to being declared void so they can keep hold of your funds. Every other company seems to have reimbursed money back to one's account immediately. I was told they "need time to settle the bets", yet the change of status was done instantly. The irony is most people will not be withdrawing this but punting with it anyway.
Alongside the appalling website and insistence you provide documentation after making deposits, this company shows it is only interested in the morons who would be attracted by its moronic advertising.

I used to bet in their local shop every now and then but never win nothing just dead spins! Plus the lady in the store was rude as she had "paid a lot out that day on horses" E-mailed head office etc. Had an e-mail back saying they would look into it but never did. won on tengo bingo had 5 numbers anywhere when they scanned barcode said i had not won, explained i had won they checked then said i had won, and must not have been checked properly by other staff. no i don't think so it is scanned into a machine when bet is placed and scanned on barcode when you have a winner so why would it need to be checked manually, this has happened several times that i won on higher payouts, think they have a policy to avoid paying out

Had ago on the Irish lottery, placed in the shop on the Saturday paid by debit card, money came straight out of account, numbers came up won 6k went to collect winnings from the shop on the Sunday winnings to go straight into my account via my debit card as they didn’t have enough cash, now Tuesday still not got my winnings called Ladbrokes apparently can take anything between 3-5 days to appear. Fantastic, put about 150 and played rainbow riches and cashed out 2k.few weeks later started playing again and won 3k. Admitadely I did put a bit back after my first win but not hundreds. I'm guessing they'll be wanting their money back so probably need to stay of it lol
