Total bunch of arrogant cowboy's… OK when backing losers, but dare to win, and the arrogant e-mail arrives!!! Removal of all offers and promotions, with restrictions that are insulting… Don't bother e-mailing your complaint, they just ignore you… I tried a couple of e-mails, but still waiting a response?? Go elsewhere, and hopefully, if enough of us do, they will lose Millions in turnover…

I have played bingo on their site for a number of years and I've never won a thing?! I've noticed how the same names win over and over again though??! Hmmmm… Talk about a fix! I honestly think the big prize winners are Computer generated players!

My initial withdrawal experience with Ladbrokes earlier in the week was great. Withdrew 24th, cleared funds 26th. Can live with that. That same night 26th, withdrew a much larger amount. It sat pending from evening of 26th, until yesterday 29th at 4pm. Funds have still not cleared but assume it will this afternoon. Not impressed. Their website terms state 6-24 hours. Their customer service say, no withdrawals on the weekends. But the 26th was Thursday. If they processes it within their stipulated 6-24 hours, I should have easily had funds to bet on the weekend. EPIC FAIL. Not only don't they realise that faster payouts mean happy customers, but no where do they state their weekend terms (that I have found) so they seem to have made it up suddenly. I will therefore never be back. AGAIN, no excuse for poor payouts times in this day and age. And on that subject. Why exactly do funds need to be approved? If they show up in my withdrawal balance it should be instant. Absolute nightmare. Dropped a star for the amount of days it took to process and clear. Sadly there is no zero!

Apologies to everyone who like me was stupid enough to play slots with Ladbrokes. I cannot believe how rigged the returns are and I have asked them why they don't bother to respond to all the complaints. Basically it's because they don't give a s**t and treat the player as a no brain mug with the usual speech on fair gaming. This site is nothing more than a scam and will literally take you for all you've got. One day they will be investigated and all will be proved they are operating a one sided operation.

Save your money and play the lottery, you've a better chance of winning.
Ladbrokes slots are a massive scam. They all play the same way, i.e big wins never fall in you have to either try to gamble, which is rigged to lose 99% of time or wait for the magic 'feature' to drop, then you've got a tiny chance of a decent win.
This is all from my experience of losing big time.
Played 'big banker' on 50p play. 300 later i had one, yes only one shot at 3 bankers and won, wait for it….. 10!!!!
92% payout… B@@@@@@S, Ladbrokes slots need to be investigated, its legal robbery.
I'm putting my money into an expedition to find rocking horse sh@t, got a better chance!!!!!!

Great welcome bonus but hard to take any significant winnings after the first couple of times, I use if from time to time, still being able to get small winnings, some occasional losses.

Ladbrokes casino STAY AWAY!!! won 730 on horses and cashed out but they left it in my pending withdrawal funny that it was the weekend and they didn't bother to withdraw it back to my bank, anyway as a result of this (my fault I know) I decided to give their slots a go and as a result lost the lot no bonuses no wins xxxx all I know it's all supposed to be random pay outs etc but the possibility of winning nothing is obviously fixed as I lost the money in instalments of 50 and hardly ever got above my initial deposit WASTE OF TIME don't be an mug like me

Ladbrokes dont get a star they are total butt holes. The Bookmakers that work for them blocked me from fixed odds betting in 1 night. ( NEDS is ladbrokes and so is bookmaker! )
I signed up to neds and placed and each way bet and they changed my selection for the place to another number. When you select each way its on the same horse! I explained this to them but it was them that done it.. The only good think about them was they give the 1st deposit matches even though its illegal in NSW karma should get them they are crooks working for crooks. Whatever you do dont sign up to them or any of their other sites. And another tip ! Take snap shots or pics every time you place a bet. Photograph the bet and your balance in 1 pic if you can because ive had issues with multis not even turning up in my betslip but confirmed the bet and watched the stake vanish from my balance as well. A bit of evidence for when they try to rip you off. Theyve got petty thieves working for them these sites! Im going back to the TAB never had an issue with them.

I placed a bet with Ladbrokes on 14 February on a 6/1 2 mile hurdle race. Owing to the delay and very slow transaction by the cashier they refused to pay when my horse won! They said I was 15 seconds late but this is a lie. The cashier was too busy chatting to his mate behind the counter, only one till was open at the time!

To add insult to injury, Ladbrokes refuse to refund my stake money (despite the fact I still have my betting slip in my possession) it appears that one of the Ladbrokes staff decided to cash in my bet!

This is the worst company for customer relations, I am getting nowhere with them and they will not even reply to my emails! Why can customers not take this up with their CEO, it is impossible to contact anyone with authority within this organisation. They are happy to fleece the public!

This was 5 stars on my last review after my big win… but months and months n months have passed now and absolutely nothing..not a sausage.. Starting to wear a little thin.. Shame as I loved this site.

Basically I spent about 2000 pound last month (I lost and I don't blame for that). But this month lost about 400 pounds what annoys me is the fact while playing slot came up the Jackpot symbols in the 5 wheels, just to not do nothing, not bring me to the jackpot wheel or anything, the last jackpot symbol in the last wheel changed for a blue symbol…. I don't remember in which game happened. However, big scam. And on the online roulettes is crazy how many times 0 comes, or how the croupier can make repeat a number 3 times on a row, or make big variance all time, or make 0 come a lot.. at the end, is pretty obvious this small roulettes are not 100% random.

Did a 13 accumulation and on West ham vs Chelsea said Chelsea was 1-1 and I cash out only to find out it was 2-0 you are thieves ask to speak to someone in charge, have to wait for a reply been 3 days. illegal and should be under inspection. The online slots are ridiculous. I have spent ages trying to get a bonus, the payouts were awful and it cost me a fortune trying to get bonuses, then when you actually get them they have the cheek to pay out nothing or less than your bet, I mean where are the payouts? I've been playing for 3 months now and I've not once ever experienced a profit, never mind the 93% pay out rate advertised. DO NOT go on this website online, they don't stay true to their payout claims and obviously have some deal going on with the gambling commission. Believe me it will all come out one day on the media that the gambling commission is corrupt. Literally the worst site I've played on second to virgin.

Can't see why anyone would use this sham of a site when there's better ones out there the site is constantly down for maintenance but yet nothing ever improves there's also very slim chance of winning most rigged slots out there I put 200 pound on and played 50ps all the way and on occasion you might win a few pound never more then ten pound the wholes site is crap laggy glithy slow and rigged

Barely played with ladbrokes for more then a couple of months before they restricted me to 5 and banned me from all promotions.
My crime? Apparently those odds boosts they push in your face at every opportunity, and send out frequent emails to remind you to use them…. Yeah apparently they are actually not allowed to be used.

And, of course, customer services said how "sorry" they are, all the while refusing to make any effort to lift the ban, so really not sorry in the slightest! Still, what more to expect from the GVC group and their incessant need to take over all UK bookmakers and ruin them!!

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star went to withdraw money from my ladbrokes account. When clicking withdraw money came out of my account instead leaving me with no money. They then tell me I have to wait 24 hours for a withdraw request then 1 to 3 days for my money back. Completely disgraceful. Quick to take money but slow to admit mistake and correct it fraudsters!!!!!!!!

it usually has good offers on, the site is easy to navigate and i always find customer support to be friendly and helpful if you give them the same in return, occasionally there will be issues with the webpage but nothing as of yet to break my trust or warrant me from taking my bets elsewhere. Odds could be a bit better as well as in-play experience
