Impossible to win on slots. Should be investigation into this site. There statistics are not correct and the actual gameplay is repetitive to time loss and wins. On 20 cent play you lose one euro per minute guaranteed. The usual response from Leo Vegas is expected bla bla bla! But just don’t play on this site,not that there is much better available in Spain. After playing Leovegas I won some money . They locked my account for temporary 3 months,I can come back until 26 April , and I got a email from responsible gaming department, that I have to withdraw my funds,Due to the larger amount they suggested a wire transfer. The wire transfer was approved and sent on 23 January 2025 , the amount:$180000 CAD and I got the confirmation email in that day . We re now February 15 and still haven’t received my money ,they are blaming the processor for missing money or delayed,they won’t give me name of processor or a time frame when this issue will be resolved . I have withdrawn from them in the past and never this issue .

Can’t withdraw my fund, was told i have to withdraw using the same method as deposit. Deposited using etransfer and now cant withdraw my initial deposit amount and winnings with their Ecashout method because they are experiencing issues with ecashout and waiting to get it fixed. No alternative methods were provided and still waiting for who knows when this to be fixed. 3 days + and they still have issue with their ecashout withdrawal. Feel like the casino is stalling on purpose as etransfer only requires email, but they would not agree to etransfer my fund back to the email address.

Awful experience as a new customer ! Signed up followed the welcome offer (deposit £10+ and wager X1 to receive 50 free spins in big bass splash) that was offered to me step by step including depositing enough, wagered the deposit as per instructions and then was informed I was not eligible for any promotions …This doesn’t promote me to continue using this provider

Waiting over one week for my money . As was my first withdrawal request i do understand that documents have to be sent and this is what i did . As been using only virtual card not phisical , sent over teen screen shots which they rejected even saying that they accepting . Been in bank , get the letter (been waiting 3 hours) finally they accepted. Now it is 3 days that am waiting for my withdrawal to be processed and only what I can hear on live chat is same shit automatic replies that human have to check documents . Just had to leave a feedback as i forgot a few months when I closed my account.Huge watch out! If you want fun and enjoy fairness,stay far away, for me it was dead end on leocasino, absolutely low RTP lack and low bonuses,x amout of deposits,I don’t think I ever had a withdrawal, all in one, very bad experience here with no fun and very low RTP innexistent, just watched dead spins for a few good months while I was paying for that 🙂

Guys,i had a loevegas account since they started. That’s over 10 years ago. I made tens of thousands in deposits across time. Rcently, under the pretext of ‘new UK regulations’ they’ve asked to re-verify my account which was already verified several times before.But this time they’ve asked for my detailed bank statement and my tax return. Imagine that. Nowhere under UK regulations says that a casino should ask for your detailed bank statement.Nevertheless, after refusing to send them the document they’ve closed my account.AGAIN, my account was verified to the point that the only thing missing was my blood type.To conclude, this was a mediocre casino with close to zero rewards system. They will lose many customers. The thing that they’ve locked my account AFTER i’ve made a deposit shows the level of bad practice you have to deal with. If anyone from leovegas is answering please provide the link from UK gambling comission where they require u to snoop thru peoples bank accounts

2 stars is right for this site. I played alot on here deposited alot also. They do not value you as a customer. I like all the offers but kind of feel that the spins should be at least 50 cents spins with the offers as 10 and 20s are just a waste of time just in my opinion and it seems to take a long time to recieve your winnings and it takes 10 secs to recieve the deposit,once withdrawn it shouldnt be allowed to pend

It’s so similar.Long time Leo customer and advocate as being one of the more trustworthy casinos. That all changed over the last year. No loyalty, some terrible loss sessions & re deposits where games continued to play like mud. No game time anymore. Sucking the life & money out of the player.Constantly bombarded with bonus offers emails that want you to deposit even more money for free spins. No loyalty, no cashback, no customer contact. An automated soulless corporation that just wants to be fed with more money to fill it’s greed. It will eventually eat itself. The support is just cut & paste RTP rubbish.Awful to see.
