Went onto sister site Slot boss! Was allowed to deposit and I won. Requested withdrawal, they asked for id which I sent and was verified in 20 mins. While waiting for the withdrawal to be processed I was locked out if my account. Contacted live chat who said that there was a review process , I explained my documents had been verified oh no there's more reviews that have to be done. Woke up this morning to a email to say apparently I've acted fraudulenty by opening a account as apparently I am self excluded!! Which I wasn't under the impression. 😡So deposits and winnings are forfeited!! Find this very unfair! I've asked for proof still waiting! AVOID!!

0 stars. Rude customer service and thieves of a site. Don’t understand how it’s got 4 stars when this is such a bad site. They closed my account after spending all day making multiple deposits and as I wagered loads to finally get into a high bonus round they closed my account during it for verification documents. Now they are refusing my money back and what’s left in the account. If they needed verification they should have done immediately after first or before first deposit not after making multiple and deciding to close account after taking in over £500. ScumBags of a site. Definitely getting a solicitor involved.Funny I have a reply for the company site. Absolute lies they are saying there as I have tried to contact multiple times. I’ve even gone through resolver and got any where with them and their online chat gets cut out every time they are checking my account so I have to re start it every time. They may sound friendly and reasonable I’m their resonance but it’s lies. They are just trying to make them self look good.

The worst casino I've ever been to. I had a pending withdrawal and had to close the account. I have sent all documentation many times to verify the account. They never accepted proof from the bank. Everything was there from my name to the account number and the Bank's logo. Finally, they wanted a complete copy of my bank statements! I refused to send! My bank transactions are private, I don't have to show them to anyone! To deposit we don't need to prove anything but to raise it we have to show our whole life and they are never satisfied

I feel like I've been robbed!!! Never won anything until last week, got up to a £100 so I thought you know what never win on here so I'm withdrawing 👍🏼 waited 5 days nothing so I thought I'll log in and see if it's still pending, ACCOUNT LOCKED!!! I thought what??? So started a live chat they were very helpful and said sorry you need to verify your account before a withdrawal can be made. I thought fair enough so sent documents required, waited checked documents verified 👍🏼 I thought great I'll log in and check SELF EXCLUSION IN PLACE. live chat passed on to department they'll contact you when it's sorted out nothing live chat again you can't log in as you're self excluded!!! I didn't do this what the hell is this company??? Feel like I've been scammed if I don't hear anything positive via email I'll be reporting it as a scam site/fraudulent company to the gambling commission and cyber crime division with the police as it's basically theft.

After winning 750 fairly on blackjack they 'randomly' decided to investigate my account, although they didn't do any checks when depositing large amounts over the course of the year and losing. After over a month, my account is still locked and pending review. I've emailed them several times and get the same templated response, it's like they're waiting for me to forget about it. I read the Trustpilot reviews and thought this wouldn't happen to me, but here we are!

I deposited 50 pound thinking I get 100 percent deposit bonus and 100 free spins no information was given before I deposited that I would have to play 50 times my deposit before I could get these bonuses until I deposited so I tried to withdraw my 50 deposit and was told I couldn't as my bank won't let me use my debit card to withdraw then I was told to use bank transfer and they needed bank statement among other things to complicated for me to do but they said I would also need to deposit a minimum of 10 pound to help this along I have no money left in my bank to do this it was my last 50 pound so here I am penniless with no chance to get my money back its a disgrace they can treat people like this stay clear from this one guys

Safe and Sensible. Leovegas has always been reliable and easy to use. They are user friendly and you need to verify in order to play for real money. The deposit incentives are low compared to the others, however most wagers are 10 or under and in real money. 24 hrs WD to bank. I dont like or trust the crypto sites - way too many dodgy incidents, not getting paid etc - Leovegas is not a crypto site which is great for legit games. Descent amount of providers and new games, sports betting, Live tables etc. I would recommend to anyone who is weary of the bright lights and unbelievable bonus deposits etc that everywhere. Leo is one of the more established platforms and definitely the safest.

This company asked for additional documentation to verify my deposit after I requested a withdrawal.No bonus was taken by me and In fact the amount I requested to withdraw was actually my deposit of 240I have always used PayPal to deposit and they have allowed me to deposit this way without asking for this verification and without an issue but now all of a sudden this has became a problem.As I understand it This is illegal under 17.1.1 - Customer identity verification of the Gambling Authority.Anyway I still provided what they asked for and it was accepted but then they locked me out of my account mid conversation with the customer service rep. I then had to come back to customer services and answer many security questions due to being locked out, this is when I was then told that because my PayPal account is a business account (it is not linked to any business it has all my personal details attached to it, home address name etc) plus they knew it was a business account before I even sent them the proof and if I'm not supposed to use it to deposit then why was I able to make so many deposits totaling over 1000 pounds? They definitely would have been doing me a favour if it had been declined to begin with. Been given the runaround by customer services for six days now and it has now gone from we're checking your PayPal account to it's being assessed by our safer gambling team. I've heard nothing, I didn't even get an email to even let me know what was going on.I wish I never signed up with this company and there is no need to do any safer gambling checks talking rubbish about protecting your customers because I will never play with your company ever again. LEOVEGAS PLEASE RETURN MY ORIGINAL DEPOSIT.I will be contacting the gambling commission to take this further if this is dragged out for an unreasonable amount of time, there is no reason for you to be holding my deposit regardless of any review it is not winnings it is my deposit, send my 240 back to my PayPal Account.

However, I finally got an answer, that there has been some changes going on at Leo vegas Vip program and also with the withdrawals. They said that the withdrawals should soon be faster again. So I hope theese changes were worth the wait 😊

First time using this site. First deposit at 10.50pm. It's now midnight and my I'm through £500. On £1 stakes. I've have only never seen worse slots in my life. Nope.Avoid.Had won £16 from free spins and obviously wasn’t able to withdraw before depositing.So I went ahead and deposited and played through some funds before withdrawing as it wasn’t looking great.The withdrawal confirmed back to my PayPal account I had used to deposit.Later that night I got a notification asking to upload PayPal screenshots to confirm the account was mine, I did.My account had also been locked so I had to contact via live chat.The screenshots weren’t being accepted, I sent more-clearly showing my name and emails associated with my account, my confirmed phone number and address as linked to my account.The email address I use is linked to the name of my small shop where I sell on Etsy-hardly a large business by any means and my PayPal is my personal account. If I could give no stars I would, I was able to make multiple deposits however soon as I go to withdraw my money my account is locked and unable to withdraw. It's been over a week now no further forward all information has been sent (and accepted!!) I would NOT recommend this site at all as its a complete con. Maybe writing my negative review might see my withdrawal being released, they can keep my account closed as I w will never deposit here again.

And sent proof that its same account just different long card number! THE BANK DO NOT GIVE LETTERS AS PROOF OF OWNERSHIP OF OLD CARDS! FOR SECURITY REASONS! Sent bank statements & everything! You won’t win, they odds are really bad, I spent £100, and I haven’t won a thing, it was extremely hard to come up a bonus, which made me to think they make it harder during the night so you spend more money. Don’t waste your money on this casino, they are not honest, certainly their odds are not being followed by law.

I opened an account with LeoVegas earlier this year mainly for a bit of fun on the slots nothing major. Lost a little won a little then withdrew my 1st lot of winning no trouble at all, in fact it was in my bank within 10mins! 2nd withdrawal I was asked to verify my account via a message asking me to follow the online instructions this was to upload copies of both bank card & bank headed statement dated within last 3mths. I did this expecting it to take a few day as is normal with other sites however my verification came back within the hour. I contacted the online chat to check all was acceptable and I could continue with my withdrawal, the customer service agent Thias was great, Thias had my document double checked and assured me all was good also that my pending withdrawal had also been verified and was on its way to my bank. Honestly, this is the best online service I've had from any online gaming site usually they dont give a toss & it takes forever to resolve thats if it does get resolved.

Good selection of games, but you Bonuses are extremely poor. They are not set out like most gaming sites. If I was to use a match deposit offer I would have wager my own money first for example 35x times no access to the bonuses until you have done that, not even when I have lost all the money I have deposited.On nearly all other site they would let you use you match deposit bonus as soon as you lose all your deposit. Leo Vegas does not let you do that so the bonuses are useless.

I set up a account and deposited a few times. And I finally got a win. When trying to withdraw it wouldn't let me. They then said my bank don't receive payments from gambling companies that I know to be a lot of rubbish as no other site has ever had a issue. I then had to do a bank transfer to "get my details on system" they said ill be waiting 5-10 working days for my £550. Then they ask me for documents. If I knew this I would have never have signed up and won't be playing on them again. If I don't get the money will be taking further. Stay away people not worth the hassle and still waiting on my money

What a mistake using this site. Deposit loads of money did thousands upon thousands of spins and the most I won back at 20p spins was about 60p... This company needs to be looked into asap. Also set me a ridiculous deposit limit for what I earn, of course that's them hoping a gambler will spend every penny they have. I have been using leo vegas for about 2 months now. I did check the reviews and there was quite a few mixed ones about people having issues with the verification process. However when I was asked to provide documents after making a withdrawal, I quickly uploaded them and had a quick chat with an advisor called Andrew on the chat service and my account was approved and funds where cleared in my account very quickly. Couldn't be happier thanks again to Andrew for his support and I hope everyone else having issues with verification gets the same service i did and if anyone else has any concerns I can assure you leovegas does have strict policies and procedures to follow (which can be a pain I know) but as long as you provide what they ask for specifically you will have no issues and should be verified in no time.
