I actually like leovegas and have played there for years, but in the last year most of the games have become unplayable on mobile due to constant crashing. Some games worse than others, hacksaw for example is all but unplayable. Pragmatic reloads everytime you start a game or when the graphics get too intense. Also cash out times have gone from an hour or two to 48 hours plus. So I just don’t play there anymore. You guys really need to look into your code and figure out why regardless of browser type, incognito, restart, clear cache it ALWAYS crashes.

Faulty game play. joined Leo Vegas July 2023 and play only on Fishing frenzy jackpot game. After a while I started getting fed up, that every time I approached 14 minutes 40 seconds of play time my reels on the next spin would just continuously spin until I left the game and rejoined it, so losing my time played and net position. I complained and they asked me to take a video of it to which I did on the 11th August, and actually took 5 consecutive videos and every time it did the same thing. They sent them to the suppliers and they said nothing was wrong by their checks. Maybe my connection but I'm connected to house WiFi and that was fine, and it wouldn't do it every single time if it was a one off bad connection. Anyone else had this problem?? I'm now contacting ibas, gambling commission and trading standards. I suggest if you have had the same problem to contact them also, as Leo Vegas aren't bothered that their business of you buying a gambling experience that doesn't operate properly is a issue.

Going to contact UK Gambling Commission and Resolver to complain about these criminals and report tbem to the relevant authorities. Also, will be contacting newspapers, TV programmes as well as posting reviews on social media and review sites starting here. Possibly, lawyers and small claims court too if needed. A few days ago I requested to withdraw my balance but was refused and suddenly three days later they decided to ask for three different documents. Two of them were fine, the photo ID was the problem. My expired passport was rejected and I do not have a driving licence. They told me I would need to renew my passport or get a driving licence otherwise they would not allow me to withdraw my money even even though Gambling Commission rules and regulations regarding online bookmakers clearly state: "You can withdraw your money at any time without unreasonable delay or restriction. You don’t have to withdraw it in instalments. They can’t confiscate your money if you don’t log in or prove your identity within a certain timeframe." Does everyone in the UK have a valid passport and/or a driving licence? My name, date of birth, address, payment card and bank details have all been verified. This is obviously a scam they are using to steal players' money or keep it for as ling as possible to earn interest on it. Disgusting and disgraceful behaviour.

UPDATE.. won’t pay out as I don’t have previous card as misplaced it and had to get a new one sent to me. I used the said card a few month ago and withdrew funds on it so they have a copy in my account. They won’t except any other form of ID except copy of both sides of debit or credit card or proof from my bank which has to be signed . I told them just to close my account as too much hassle and they were happy to do this without me sending any other IDI would STAY AWAY from this company !!!!!!

They were happy for me to deposit on my new Apple Pay which I’ve had since April but won’t let me draw money out. They want proof of my old debit card which I don’t have anymore and can’t get online as asking for the long number. Why they can’t refund on the Apple Pay I used to deposit I don’t know. Obviously you’re going to say that but what happened to me the other night was just robbery. If that’s how that game is supposed to play and you’re happy about the way it played then you are thieves. Leovegas is refusing to acknowledge the ownership of my credit card, even though I went to the bank and got the proper documents, they are refusing on a technicality that although the document has everything they need, including a stamp that has my banks name on it, that because it’s not actually the logo they will not accept

This casino does not pay. For the purposes of my review I played over 3 separate days and deposited $500.00, and I stuck to slots and electronic table games. Here’s my experience: Day 1: Deposited $100.00 and played slots, I kept my bets low at $0.40-$0.50 a spin to ensure long playtimes. I played 5 different slots. I didn’t not receive a single winning spin that exceeded my bet amount. Winning spins were roughly 1 in every 25, and the average payout was $0.06 to my bet amount. Day 2: I deposited $50, and I played electronic blackjack. I bet low $1 a hand respectively. I did not receive a single winning hand. Not a single 21, every hand was in other a bust or the dealer got 20 or 21. Every hit when at 11+ was a bust. Day 3: I deposited $350. This day was exclusively for bonus buys. I kept bets low at $0.20-$0.40 for bonus buys. I bought a total of 9 bonuses on various slots. 8 out the 9 bonus buys were total losses, not even remotely reaching the buy amount, with one winning bonus buy which profited $3 above the cost to purchase the bonus which was $28. In summary, I would recommend players avoid this casino. The payout rates are extremely low (and unacceptable) given the competition with online gambling. If you do play on this casino, I highly recommend you avoid all electronic games such as slots and table games, and instead stick with live table games as odds are substantially higher and actually random.

My partner opened a account and she used my bank account to deposit with my permission over a £1000 with no problem whatsoever but as soon as she wine and tried to withdraw from leovegas the suspended her account and asked her to verify herself which she has done 5 times and they are still refusing to settle her withdrawal… absolutely disgusting behaviour from any gambling site and should be investigated immediately for scamming people of there money

This is the worse company for trying to withdraw funds from. I’ve been fully verified for 3 months. But every time I try to withdrawal. It takes AGES. It put me off so I’ve not been playing as much. Yesterday they gave me free spins with no wagering and I won a small amount. I tried to withdraw to my ONLY payment method. 10 hours after I tried to withdraw £40 they email to say I can’t have it because I have to withdraw to the same place I deposit the winning funds. I didn’t deposit them for goodness sake. I’ve no issues withdrawing from other sites. In fact I get most instantly. Not here. So unprofessional.

Despite the negative reviews I wanted to give Leovegas a try because their game selection is so extensive and I've had positive experiences with other online casino's whose reviews weren't great. But unfortunately Leovegas drops the ball when it comes to Withdrawals. After weeks of trying to get my account verified I finally gave up and kissed my winning a good bye and closed my account. Would not recommend if you want to actually withdraw money.

Played again and won £3000 went to withdrawal needed verification checks again this time it’s been 3 weeks sending all documents in and still no communication apparently on line customer zero ices says the same thing it’s under review. I have deposited loads of times but when it comes to withdrawal they are withholding it. I contacted my solicitor to take it further afield as they getting away with robbing people I’m not letting them get a way with this.

I have on numerous occasions, provided my drivers license, proof of account and bank card to withdraw my winnings. And still, they refuse to pay me what is owed. They blamed my bank saying that my bank were the ones blocking the withdrawal, so I walked into my bank and asked what’s going on? They reassured me 100% that it was. Leo Vegas, not wanting to pay me my winnings. This will be the fifth time I’ve provided the information they have asked for, and they are still refusing to pay me my winnings. No explanation, no reply to all my emails, nothing. Also I did sign the permission to have a look into my personal bank private finances to make sure that they could be satisfied! Having quit gambling by registering on Gamstop, I was surprised that over the last 7 months, I have received emails from other casinos contacting me using the email address I signed up to LeoVegas with.When I joined casinos in the past, each had their own unique email address assigned so I could easily tell if my information was being shared with other organisations. On this occasion, it's proved prudent. As someone who has registered with Gamstop, these people should be making no attempt to contact me and advertise gambling promotions and offers. I will therefore be submitting a complaint and forwarding all corroborating evidence to the Gambling Commission; these companies need to be held accountable for targeting people who could potentially have gambling issues and should be protected

I was using LeoVegas without any issues, until they decided to 'randomly' do some security checks on my account after three reasonably large withdrawals (all fairly won via Blackjack). It was obviously a bit annoying as they happily took my money without any of these checks, however I obliged and submitted all of my details as requested. Three months later, absolutely nothing. I contacted support on several occasions and received pretty poor responses, no timeframes, no updates, no explanations, nothing. It wasn't until I left a negative review on Trustpilot that someone eventually reached out and asked me to supply all the relevant details for the THIRD time. This time, they required even more documents to be provided, as well as cards that I hadn't used in years (before a self exclusion).After some more back and forth, they decided to refund my recent transactions (limited to the previous three months) and close my account without any explanation at all, which still left me £250 short of my fairly won winnings and to my knowledge, my account does not break any of their terms.I'd previously read reviews for LeoVegas and thought it was probably people who lost some money being bitter, but this was by far the worst customer 'support' experience I've ever dealt with...Honestly, I would stay well away from gambling here as after a few decent wins, they'll investigate your account and find some reason or another to close the account without an explanation. Also, "I'm not welcome" to setup an account on their sister sites lol.. guess they don't like you winning 🙃

Does everyone else keep getting their play frozen, and the reels just keep spinning?? Joined a few weeks ago and only play fishing frenzy jackpot game but every time I go on it freezes. So I have to restart and loose my game time played and net position. I clear my cookies every time I go on, as when I first went on my net position didn't move at all from '0' the whole play. I won 7k when i first started playing just for my account to get locked. This took only a day to resolve so that was fine as they just needed documentation however a few days after i had one a similar amount and they locked my account. No e-mail about why or what i had done. I have contacted support multiple times and get the same answer of my account is under review and please wait for an e-mail. It has now been 3 weeks and the same thing is happening. The second you win they lock you out of your account. I dont know if i did something wrong or not but the lack of contact and not even being able to give me a time frame for how long the review will take is frustrating. Wouldnt recommend as only have had issues with them.

I've tried several betting apps recently and to be honest the experience hasn't been the best, for instance when going to your freebies the sites just kept going round in a circle and eventually crashing. Leovegas has been the best one Ive used so far and I think I've pretty much tried them all. It is the only site however that I've actually won any money and when I withdrew it, it was in my bank in a couple of working days. I would recommend other people to try, all in all cant fault it, thankyou leovegas

So money was returned to my Leo Vegas balance and lots of documentation requested for confirm my identification 🤯and they requested from me to upload them again ID PROOF OF ADDRESS PROOF OF OWNERSHIP OF THE CARD 🤯and proof of bank statement 😡 and I’m never use any of this payment which proof they requested ..😩 they have returned my withdrawals like for 5 times in 48 hours !

Also my personal email address is not the same as my work email so it won’t match either, and they continue to claim this is all required to confirm identity, they already have my Passport, they already have my drivers licence, they have copies of bills, my identity is pretty much confirmed, Any how eventually after months of messing around and contacting Paypal I was finally confirmed, and allowed to withdraw my money, A few months later I credited my account again and remembered just how horrible they had been so then tried to withdraw it straight away without actually spending any, unfortunately I was not allowed as I needed to be verified again.This time After days of trying to get verified I get the above email.I have not violated any terms and conditions, I have not participated in any “Prohibited Practices” and the money in my account is not even Winnings, so they have absolutely no right to withhold it.They will gladly let you sign up and deposit money into your account in under 5 minutes with little or no checks, however if you dare try to take it out you are required to go through near impossible hoops, and even then there is no guarantee that you’ll be able to get it out of the account.
