I wrote a review then deleted it because I thought it was unfair to rate Leovegas based on 1 deposit and playing only once on their site. So here's a review based on depositing 3 times and playing with them 3 times. You don't win. Infact, there's no chance to win, break even or lose a little bit, they want all your money. I played roulette. I covered 5 numbers. I deposited and played 3 times spinning a total of 144 times and not once did I get a winning spin. It never landed on any of those 5 numbers for 144 spins. Can you imagine that? It 'randomly' didn't land on any of those 5 numbers 144 times but it landed on every other number 2, 3 or even 4+ times! Now roulette is a game of chance and everywhere else I've been, that is the case. You could win on a spin then not win for 40 or even 50 spins, it happens. Never once have I gone 144 spins covering 5 numbers and not had a win. When I say win, I mean landing on one of the 5 numbers. Even if I don't win (as in end up with more than I deposited) at least if it lands on your numbers a couple of times, you know it's legit and random. It can't be random. Not in my opinion. Not off of what I experienced. There's something going on. Thankfully I recorded it and we can let someone else decide if it is indeed random. Also to add, once I was cleared out, I had supposedly met some 'loss limit' they had on my account that didn't exist before I started playing. Another way to ensure you lose and stay on a loss because you can't deposit further and actually win anything.

Same issue as other people. Ridiculous verification process. Give you the runaround. Links don't work then they send you the wrong links in an attempt to hold on to the money as long as possible. I have NEVER had any issues getting verified at any other casino but with them it is like pulling teeth. If I can ever get my money out I won't be going back.

I covered FIVE numbers on the roulette wheel, red numbers. This makes my odds around 15/1 so on average I'd hit a win once every 15 spins. I spun approx 150 times and it never once landed on any of the FIVE numbers I had a bet on. It also produced a black number 78 times in a row because it was red numbers I had bets on. Oh it will land either side of the numbers you have on over and over again to keep you going but actually land on it, no way! RNG my foot. Algorithms, that's how they do it

Been betting at 365, but due to some reasons they can't explain I had to change site. Now I tried Leovegas and I must say i like it better. If you win they pay you directly, no waiting 24h to squeeze some extra interest out of their loses (bet365) Had to contact your support to change my phone number, friendly and fast service from your support(Robert). Only negative thing was I tried 2 times from your app and it crashed when I left the chat room to verify myself. But in a browser it worked splendidly ??

They are really scummy, I can see their argument on safe betting, but going so far to withholding and refusing to payout what I had left, which was 720 dkk out of 1000 dkk. I will admit that the bonus on 1000dkk which was a welcome gift, so technically I came out with a positive even if I lost 280 DKK over 10 games(Yes safe betting). I would never reccomend or have any1 betting here, since their terms of policies is very shady at best

My experience cannot be considered positive also because I was able to verify that their algorithm is not at all impartial, in fact there have been cases that are actually unthinkable, and the only one from a frequent visitor to places where serious bets are made. .. absolutely to stay away from us.

They state they have issues with withdrawals to Natwest & Royal Bank Of Scotland. But they are still happy to take the money you deposit from these Banks. However its a pain to withdraw. Does not make sense. They use a third party verifying business - Hooyu who seem to also be 1/5 on trustpilot reviews. Do not waste your time. Play on a better site.

Now they keep saying my proof of credit card ownership is the wrong document but wont tell me whats wrong with it. The document has all the details they asked for. I joined tonight and a welcome bonus was offered plus 100 free spins on Bigbass splash. I pressed claim and it directed me to my bank app log in page asking me to login in which I didn't of course. I pressed back button which took me to Normal looking deposit page so I deposited 10 I didn't receive the welcome bonus of 100% of my 10 deposit or the spins so I spent the 10 on big bass slash and didn't get any chance of scatters at the end I still didn't get my welcome bonus. It says 2% wager so far but I never received anything and claim button isn't highlighted either. I tried live chat I was no 1 in the que waiting and waiting no one came back to me. then the page went off asking me to log back in. I logged back in and ask to close my account as something not right. And have reported to my bank about it going to my log in to my bank account page asking me to log in. Was looking forward to playing on this site and this is first bad review I've ever done, haven't come across this before

Stay alert from this website. I played one month and a half. 2000 e wasted with percent of earning less then 2 %. I tried a lot of games I got nothing. After 1 month playing I got 100 e which I wanted to deposit them back. I was bombarded with emails for verification. I think MGA needs to inspect the rate of winning percentage from this company. Stay away possible scam . ???

Honestly, Leovegas needs to do better. I've always withdrawn using PayPal and received my money instantly. But I've been asked to wait for 5 business days after I made a withdrawal over the weekend (18/2/23). Today is 7 days and have been asked to wait another 4 days to make it 11days in total. The whole time I'm being told I needed to provide my paypal statement to show proof that I didn't receive my withdrawal, after providing the proof I was told I've been verified and the payments team is processing my payment., now I'm being told to wait 4 more days as my withdrawal was processed on the 18th and "could still be on their way to me" it feels like their customer service team will say whatever to get rid of you. In all this, my transaction is showing as completed and I received an email saying withdrawal processed, someone is definitely stealing. This needs reporting!

The 'bonus' offered by this site is pure garbage. The requirements are insane and even before I was even 10% into clearing it my account was limited. I reached out to CS and they said there was no limit on my account but it was clearly limited as I could barely bet anything. They lure you in with the bonus but don't even let you complete it. This site is trash!

By the lucks of this company it can't improve.its a micky mouse set up.all the reviews are terrible.i watched this casino on TV and within an hour 3 times when a number come out they didn't show it on screen which doesn't luck good.i had the same experience twice my number came out but said it wasn't confirmed that was with a different company but I've had no problem on pay outs etc.this company seem to rely on a button which explains only utter frustration to reply to trust pilot.take people money but wen they win they want to know wat colour your mams hair was wen u were born to pay out

This is my first ever online gambling experience and I have to say that Leo vagas is the only company out of 77 that I read up on that I trusted.It's brilliant as it continues to remind you to be safe and asks you to set limits on what you can afford and what you can't, and true to its word, once you have reached the limit it stops you.There is a limit to how much you want to deposit, another to how long you've been playing and another one that once you reach a certain loss thdy stop you using the app until next day... All in all a company that puts its user first, not their own bank balance. So 5 stars!!

Please see my other review on this company.A full 8 days after my withdrawal and 7 days after they approved my documents, LeoVegas will still not release the funds as the account "is under review".They have refused to give me a timeframe on numerous occasions or the reason the account is being "reviewed".I complained through Resolver and they said they would reply within 72 hours - You guessed it, they never.They have now put a Self Exclusion on my account which I never requested.Read all the other reviews, this is not an isolated incident - They DO NOT pay out and the CS Team I have spoken to, Kayley, Paul, Sarah have been rude and unheplful. Unethical and deliberately prevented looking in to a fraudulent attempt at opening an account in my name. I noticed a credit check performed by this company on me, despite not being a gambler. The company were deliberately obstructive in giving me information on this. The live chat staff were immensely rude and untrained for such scenarios, or have a cunning and deliberate way to send you in circles which involves 'passing your complaint on', after which you will get an email asking you to log in to your account to continue the complaint (the account that somebody had attempted to set up fraudulently in my name).After days of immense stress and going round in circles with incompetent and/or unscrupulous customer service agents of this company, I decided to report to Action Fraud and the Gambling Commission. Amazingly, several previously 'non existent' departments appeared and customer service agent staff obstructive and rude behaviour died down once I quoted an Action Fraud case number. Reading the other reviews regarding questionable verification processes to get winnings, just know that any integrity this company pretend to have in this department is a facade in order to delay or retain customer winnings. I find it hilarious that the replies from LV to others suggest some rigid and professional verification process, requiring pictures of people's previous bank cards etc, however they managed to perform a credit check on me and refuse to assist me with my investigation in to it. I can't imagine gambling is an area full of well meaning people and ethical practice, however these lot are truly horrific. Staggering that such a joke of a company can hold a license.

I have been in process of withdrawaling from my winnings and I have had nothing but bad times with them! I have had no contact and bad luck I also am trying to change the name on my account and have now locked me out of my account in my emails to support I have stated that I have all documentation for this to happen and nothing seems to work as well as all proper documentation for verifying my account which is also a big issue! Not sure what to do next

I like to play Roulette and I am aware that you always start with a deficite with this game. I also am aware that for a "legitimate" spin in Roulette that it needs to spin around the table for at least 4 times - to make sure the spin is valid. I have played some systems that make win not much, but as worked out keep me winning some money.
