This company take your money and then refuse to let you make a withdrawal without wagering. Its daylight robbery and this site should be avoided. Jake from support was entirely unhelpful. Do not trust your money here.

Website layout is good. Good selection of games but their initial sign up bonus and withdrawal times are not accurate. I deposited 1210 today at 07:44 and played a 200 spin on roulette winning 900 I withdrew 1900 4 minutes later. I didnt receive any cash back and when speaking to customer services they explained I had to deposit more and then when asking about my withdrawal I was suddenly hit with asking for verification documents even though my account was classed as verified when I signed up. All verification was approved quickly but my withdrawal still shows as pending when I was expecting it within the hour. Overall I probably wont deposit again, if the withdrawal was a speedy transition then I would be more than happy to use Leo vegas. It shouldnt come up with instant bank transfer if they cannot provide this service, If it is received by tomorrow I might think differently.

I really wish I had read the reviews. 19k in credit and hit another feature. Account locked MID FEATURE!!! which was up to a further 8k. Customer service said I had made some concerning comments that is why they locked my account ??? If I get my money which I won fair and square then happy to change review. If not I have all the transcripts and will be escalating to the gaming commission and further. Very unhappy customer.

I have tried to withdraw my money and am receiving the same e-mail copy and pasted back every time i contact the company. The number doesn't work and it refers you back to the e-mail. I have deposited from my card, when i went to withdraw i was told to deposit more money through bank transfer so i can withdraw to my bank. They then told me my bank or card wasnt verfied so I have provided documents to verify both which have been accepted. I then asked if they were able to withdraw and they are telling me they have received nothing from me. This is a scam and everyone should avoid.

I wrote a review then deleted it because I thought it was unfair to rate Leovegas based on 1 deposit and playing only once on their site. So here's a review based on depositing 3 times and playing with them 3 times. You don't win. Infact, there's no chance to win, break even or lose a little bit, they want all your money. I played roulette. I covered 5 numbers. I deposited and played 3 times spinning a total of 144 times and not once did I get a winning spin. It never landed on any of those 5 numbers for 144 spins. Can you imagine that? It 'randomly' didn't land on any of those 5 numbers 144 times but it landed on every other number 2, 3 or even 4+ times! Now roulette is a game of chance and everywhere else I've been, that is the case. You could win on a spin then not win for 40 or even 50 spins, it happens. Never once have I gone 144 spins covering 5 numbers and not had a win. When I say win, I mean landing on one of the 5 numbers. Even if I don't win (as in end up with more than I deposited) at least if it lands on your numbers a couple of times, you know it's legit and random. It can't be random. Not in my opinion. Not off of what I experienced. There's something going on. Thankfully I recorded it and we can let someone else decide if it is indeed random. Also to add, once I was cleared out, I had supposedly met some 'loss limit' they had on my account that didn't exist before I started playing. Another way to ensure you lose and stay on a loss because you can't deposit further and actually win anything.

Same issue as other people. Ridiculous verification process. Give you the runaround. Links don't work then they send you the wrong links in an attempt to hold on to the money as long as possible. I have NEVER had any issues getting verified at any other casino but with them it is like pulling teeth. If I can ever get my money out I won't be going back.

I spun approx 150 times and it never once landed on any of the FIVE numbers I had a bet on. It also produced a black number 78 times in a row because it was red numbers I had bets on. If you win they pay you directly, no waiting 24h to squeeze some extra interest out of their loses (bet365) Had to contact your support to change my phone number, friendly and fast service from your support(Robert). Only negative thing was I tried 2 times from your app and it crashed when I left the chat room to verify myself. But in a browser it worked splendidly ??

They are really scummy, I can see their argument on safe betting, but going so far to withholding and refusing to payout what I had left, which was 720 dkk out of 1000 dkk. I will admit that the bonus on 1000dkk which was a welcome gift, so technically I came out with a positive even if I lost 280 DKK over 10 games(Yes safe betting). I would never reccomend or have any1 betting here, since their terms of policies is very shady at best

My experience cannot be considered positive also because I was able to verify that their algorithm is not at all impartial, in fact there have been cases that are actually unthinkable, and the only one from a frequent visitor to places where serious bets are made. .. absolutely to stay away from us.

They state they have issues with withdrawals to Natwest & Royal Bank Of Scotland. But they are still happy to take the money you deposit from these Banks. However its a pain to withdraw. Does not make sense. They use a third party verifying business - Hooyu who seem to also be 1/5 on trustpilot reviews. Do not waste your time. Play on a better site.

I have no problem with withdrawing money how ever I realised it is impossible to recive a good win my net is over 3000 and not one good hit and I play regular and is hard to get a bonuse before you get a bonus it will probably take hundreds of pounds on other website it seems to give bonuses gambling is gambling but I must have very bad luck if every game I play doesnt seem to give a bonus and when I did recive a bonus locked me out I went back in and no bonus yet it took my money I was spinning on I have been playing for a long time and I have not won a decent hit I am not saying to give bonuses out on regular bases however it would be nice to get money worth and see at least one bonus I play evening morning or whenever I feel like it but it never seems to give a tease on bonus although you play for an hour or so

I joined tonight and a welcome bonus was offered plus 100 free spins on Bigbass splash. I pressed claim and it directed me to my bank app log in page asking me to login in which I didn't of course. I pressed back button which took me to Normal looking deposit page so I deposited 10 I didn't receive the welcome bonus of 100% of my 10 deposit or the spins so I spent the 10 on big bass slash and didn't get any chance of scatters at the end I still didn't get my welcome bonus. It says 2% wager so far but I never received anything and claim button isn't highlighted either. I tried live chat I was no 1 in the que waiting and waiting no one came back to me. then the page went off asking me to log back in. Stay alert from this website. I played one month and a half. 2000 e wasted with percent of earning less then 2 %. I tried a lot of games I got nothing. After 1 month playing I got 100 e which I wanted to deposit them back. I was bombarded with emails for verification. I think MGA needs to inspect the rate of winning percentage from this company. Stay away possible scam . ???

I had a problem with a deposit that I asked the site for help with, I was attended to in less than 5 minutes and my problem was resolved in a simple way.In addition, I have never had problems with withdrawals and I have been using the site for just over 5 months.

Honestly, Leovegas needs to do better. I've always withdrawn using PayPal and received my money instantly. But I've been asked to wait for 5 business days after I made a withdrawal over the weekend (18/2/23). Today is 7 days and have been asked to wait another 4 days to make it 11days in total. The whole time I'm being told I needed to provide my paypal statement to show proof that I didn't receive my withdrawal, after providing the proof I was told I've been verified and the payments team is processing my payment., now I'm being told to wait 4 more days as my withdrawal was processed on the 18th and "could still be on their way to me" it feels like their customer service team will say whatever to get rid of you. In all this, my transaction is showing as completed and I received an email saying withdrawal processed, someone is definitely stealing. This needs reporting!

Customer service is terrible i won 100000 thousand of Leo jackpot spent 7 playing Olympus gates logged out of the game and my 930000 has disappeared this happend on Monday and nobody in customer service seems bothered about no was of contacting a manger or someone above them they tell me they have no boss so tried an email directly to Leo vegas on Tuesday and still no reply i and my game history for that period has disappeared also were do u go from here any advise would be great iv screenshots of the game with my name and the money beside it also screen shots of a customer care agent telling me I spent 7000 play them well its obvious it came out of the hundred thousand I won because I only deposited 550

The 'bonus' offered by this site is pure garbage. The requirements are insane and even before I was even 10% into clearing it my account was limited. I reached out to CS and they said there was no limit on my account but it was clearly limited as I could barely bet anything. They lure you in with the bonus but don't even let you complete it. This site is trash!

Withdrawal approved via ewallet but its been 2 days and no money on my PayPal account. Normally, as soon as they approve your withdrawal, your money is in your account instantly. Also, their website states that ewallet withdrawals are instant, but after contacting customer service, I been told it'll take 5 days. Which is which then?.

This is the worst casino ever! They have blocked my account for no reason for the last 3 weeks for routine checks!! They dropped down the wagering limit to zero!And when I try to contact them Tey say that they are going to respond by email ASAP!Unbelievable! Completely unprofessional

By the lucks of this company it can't improve.its a micky mouse set up.all the reviews are terrible.i watched this casino on TV and within an hour 3 times when a number come out they didn't show it on screen which doesn't luck good.i had the same experience twice my number came out but said it wasn't confirmed that was with a different company but I've had no problem on pay outs etc.this company seem to rely on a button which explains only utter frustration to reply to trust pilot.take people money but wen they win they want to know wat colour your mams hair was wen u were born to pay out

They refuse to release your money when you win its been weeks now because i called them out on withholding my funds the banned me from the site which makes it impossible to sign in then the live chat made me add docs which off course was wrong then after 3 days more off trying they say money will be 10-15 days

I have used many sites so I understand the verification side of things so when asked more than happy to provide, upon doing so was then told I was in breach of use using a friends card to deposit at the time due to only having my credit card on me, they accepted the payment and let me spend my money like everything was fine account was showing as verified then I went to withdraw fund after having a nice time playing. Then the problems began tried logging in to see how the withdrawal was going the account showed as suspended contact cs team them bunch of robots couldn't help so send you away to wait on an email I have now done a reverse charge on the bank as I have not been given the service I was suppose to and not provided anything! Be warned people this site is not the one!
