This is my first ever online gambling experience and I have to say that Leo vagas is the only company out of 77 that I read up on that I trusted.It's brilliant as it continues to remind you to be safe and asks you to set limits on what you can afford and what you can't, and true to its word, once you have reached the limit it stops you.There is a limit to how much you want to deposit, another to how long you've been playing and another one that once you reach a certain loss thdy stop you using the app until next day... All in all a company that puts its user first, not their own bank balance. So 5 stars!!

Signed up with leovegas in 2018.It is my most used casino and I have:$36,250 Deposited$16,079 Withdrawn$1507,3 Bonus ReceivedEven with a highly negative net position, Leovegas is the best casino I have played at. The mobile site is easily the best, every process is fast and smooth. Everything you need is easily located in the side menu with every option you should ever need. There is a lot of providers and new game releases almost daily. When I uploaded documents for verification I asked chat if they could fast-track the processing of my documents and withdrawal. They checked my documents and processed my withdrawal while I was in chat. So there was no waiting for verification or withdrawal processing. The only problem I have with the casino is the bonuses, the way they work and the reward given is nowhere near the amount given by other casinos. This is made very apparent by my deposits against the bonus received. The casino's unwillingness to award bonuses when competitors are happy too, is why I will be having a break from Leovegas for a while. But i still rank them in the Top 3 if not Top casino and can happily recommend Leovegas to play at.

Please see my other review on this company.A full 8 days after my withdrawal and 7 days after they approved my documents, LeoVegas will still not release the funds as the account "is under review".They have refused to give me a timeframe on numerous occasions or the reason the account is being "reviewed".I complained through Resolver and they said they would reply within 72 hours - You guessed it, they never.They have now put a Self Exclusion on my account which I never requested.Read all the other reviews, this is not an isolated incident - They DO NOT pay out and the CS Team I have spoken to, Kayley, Paul, Sarah have been rude and unheplful. Unethical and deliberately prevented looking in to a fraudulent attempt at opening an account in my name. I noticed a credit check performed by this company on me, despite not being a gambler. The company were deliberately obstructive in giving me information on this. The live chat staff were immensely rude and untrained for such scenarios, or have a cunning and deliberate way to send you in circles which involves 'passing your complaint on', after which you will get an email asking you to log in to your account to continue the complaint (the account that somebody had attempted to set up fraudulently in my name).After days of immense stress and going round in circles with incompetent and/or unscrupulous customer service agents of this company, I decided to report to Action Fraud and the Gambling Commission. Amazingly, several previously 'non existent' departments appeared and customer service agent staff obstructive and rude behaviour died down once I quoted an Action Fraud case number. Reading the other reviews regarding questionable verification processes to get winnings, just know that any integrity this company pretend to have in this department is a facade in order to delay or retain customer winnings. I find it hilarious that the replies from LV to others suggest some rigid and professional verification process, requiring pictures of people's previous bank cards etc, however they managed to perform a credit check on me and refuse to assist me with my investigation in to it. I can't imagine gambling is an area full of well meaning people and ethical practice, however these lot are truly horrific. Staggering that such a joke of a company can hold a license.

Terrible service.1. I wrote to a live chat to solve the problem, waited for more than 30 minutes, when I was connected to the operator, I was thrown out of the system due to inactivity :D2. In the 21st century, you will have to wait 5 days for withdrawal, it's a very long time.

I have been in process of withdrawaling from my winnings and I have had nothing but bad times with them! I have had no contact and bad luck I also am trying to change the name on my account and have now locked me out of my account in my emails to support I have stated that I have all documentation for this to happen and nothing seems to work as well as all proper documentation for verifying my account which is also a big issue! Not sure what to do next

I have playing with Leovegas for at least 7 years. I have always accepted that they are legitimate but finally I must admit that they are cheats. I like to play Roulette and I am aware that you always start with a deficite with this game. I also am aware that for a "legitimate" spin in Roulette that it needs to spin around the table for at least 4 times - to make sure the spin is valid. I have played some systems that make win not much, but as worked out keep me winning some money. Then it suddenly changes when the "spins" become very short and barely spins around the table once -, let alone 4 times as is accepted as a legitimate spin. Thus, it leaves the question whether there is some cheating going on. I have no other conclusion as to say it is - yes. I have prove of thousands of spins where this is happening. I have taken video footage of spins suddenly barely goes round once if it all - and then i always lose. Make you think yes? My only conclusion is that this is another "cheating" online-casino and I can't for my life recommend anybody to even try and play in this on-line casino. They are cheats, and I can prove it. Please stay away from this casino. Cheers. AndreI do have one question for you - do you accept that a "valid" spin in Roulette means it goes around the wheel at least four times ( as per wikipedia") . I need to take this company to gambling commission as they are asking me something impossible to do. I was awarded some free spins and won 19 and when I tried to withdraw I couldn't because the bank card I last used I lost. Now they are asking for proff of bankercard which I don't have because I lost. Can someone please help me I don't know what to do. I have sent them an old statement with the bank card I lost but that's not enough they want pics of a card I lost. Its impossible. Also I was verified before all this! This is illegal and wrong. Someone please help. Also I need to warn people never to bet with this company.

Worst gambling site Ive used to date. Im a 50k /year sports bettor. I swapped sites due to the 1k free bonus. Was anything but. . Unimaginably bad customer service. Inexcusable bet grading system. Convoluted and immoral bonuses. Just dont do it. Read the fine print. Realize no one will help you if there is any issueAs you can see they emailed a response. I spent an entire day verifying mine and my brothers information at travel expense gaining the necessary documents as i was told they would release a pending payment upon doing so. I dont think they expected me to be able to prove i was genuine and when doing so, then then ceased my funds and refused to pay. Telling me to complain at help email address. I have done so

Compared to other casinos the bonuses on here give you next to nothing. You have to wager your deposit just to unlock free spins and not win anything anyway. Would be nice to be able to verify your account before you win as quite a few casinos like to come up with issues once you have. Never withdrew from here as I never won anything.

Won 19 from promotion and my account was verified. I took a screen shot. So I put 10 in via my bank so I could withdraw as i lost my previous bank card and when I tried to withdraw it says I need to verify my account with my bank card that I lost. How can I do this when I lost my bank card.

I deposited 100 back on December 19th and without warning these guys locked my account saying they needed verification so I sent all requested documents off only to be told my account was still locked and they couldn't tell me why, I messaged their customer support live chat every day for a week to see why my account had been locked only to be told to stop contacting them as there is nothing they can do and some one will contact me shortly, 3 weeks later after numerous emails sent to them I got a reply saying they wanted 3 months bank statements and 3 months wage slips to reinstate my account, by this time I had totally lost confidence with them so just close my account and refund anything in my account back to my bank,they emailed back saying they have closed account but still not returned back to my bank, I have played online for 15 years and never come across a firm like this, make your own mind up guys looks like not the only one that has had these issues

Never play with LeoVegas. They are the absolute worse on the web. I won 6,700$ fair and square and now they are throwing the book at me because they can't read my photo ID. I had a photo taken by a friend on her I-phone and it was still refused. Never play here all they want is your money and they will rob you blind.

After opening an account and depositing over 200 in multiple deposits I managed to withdraw 200 back only to find my account locked after multiple live chat discussions you have to wait for us to email you 48 hours later Im still none the wiser as to weather Im going to receive my money I suffer really bad with anxiety and depression and not knowing if Ill receive my money is making it worse as Im expecting it back never had an experience like this before and certainly wouldnt recommend anyone signing up AVOID

Everytime I make a withdrawal request , they tell me there is random security check is being done. It is interesting, this random security check never happens when depositing.It is intimidating, as if they tell you without telling you that they don't want you to win a single penny.And I have been verified 3 times within 2-3 months.. My Passport, My bank statement and my credit card. All verified.I don't know why would they do that. Otherwise, casino is fine. Sometime stiff, sometime nice. Decent play.But the management is intimidating and I am considering leaving this Leo Vegas.

I bank with a digital bank and verifying my account has actually been impossible. LeoVegas won't accept online banking screenshots as it doesn't have the bank logo on. The bank have told me they can not provide a letter with my card number on because of security yet every time I speak to customer service they tell me to provide a letter with my card number on. Its something the bank DO NOT provide. Going round in circles and LeoVegas are withholding my winnings, beyond frustrating.

Did not accept a valid ID , been rude with me when asking for help and basicly told me ''just update you passport'' they do not give a damn. I am having issues with providing the validation for my account. The are asking for a letter with my card number on it. The bank that I don't provide letters with the card number on it because it's a security issue. I'm not sure how anyone has been able to validate their account. It's been months and Leovegas won't release my money. My advice, go to a different site. Any site.

They don't want winning customers betting on sports. As long as you lose you can bet all you want. But after winning too much they limit your stakes, so that you can win like 8-10 euros max.

Leovegas is okay!! However all the bonuses are all deposit related.ost of the time you have to deposit to receive certain bonuses. Even the vip club is hard to even get a bonus. However withdrawals and such aren't a problem.

I won 34,000 NZD, cash out 30,000 NZD and played the 4,000 NZD. I waited for a week or so for the 30,000 tobe in my bank account yet it did not come through, my withdrawal was reversed which I did not do. To have a step by step process of our winnings is very help either or bank account or card. I lost it all.
