So I decided to sign up to self-exclude myself for 6 months on LeoVegas almost a year has passed since that, after chatting with customer support they have decided I didnt choose long enough so they give me a lifetime exclusion! I think this is within my rights i always enjoyed LeoVegas its just a shame how fast I lost my love for you guys. Everybody has rights to spend there hard earned money how they like but the safer gambling team dont think so! So theres my review on LeoVegas, ill just enjoy the other betting sites 🙂

I would say this is the worst one yet, absolutely crazy welcome offer, have to wager 35 times your deposit to get a match offer of first deposit ? so have to spend 700 pounds for 20 pound bonus ? what planet do these people live on! The gameplay isnt the best jetted, account closed and will be putting reviews everywhere

I give Leo vegas 4 stars because I have had many years of great safe gambling and service from Leo vegas. Withdrawing has never been a problem. That is the 4 stars rating. Over the last year however I have encountered disappointment in service. I would only rate the casino 2 stars these days… I haven’t had a bonus loaded via the chat team in months and months I continue to get a BIG FAT NO. everytime I ask. I was asked to verify a card that I no longer use.. And it has long been removed from my payment methods because its no longer my deposit method.. I emailed to Leo vegas complaining that I was asked this when my account has been completely verified only 6 months beforehand, whilst withdrawing a large win. The response was that I had to verify the card. This card hadn’t been used on over a year and is not listed as a method to pay and to be requested to verify this after those key points is obsurd. So unfortunately I don’t play on Leo vegas very often now due to lack of bonuses given, no free spins ever that aren’t deposit first ones. And requests to verify an already verified account. (I have previously verified my account over 3 times with them and am sick of being asked to do this!

Poor customer service. Called all day to no response. I person replied to 1 email who was no help at all. Won money but won’t let me withdraw my money. They know this problem but have no contingency plans in place for its members. Avoid at all costs

I had an inquiry about my first withdrawal as there was conflicting information on LeoVegas VS the third party who verifies users before they are allowed to send out the first payment. I was concerned about the evidence I sent and hoped that it would be sufficient, as I wasn’t comfortable sending in certain things, and I contacted Leo for support. The lady who spoke with me was extremely well spoken, polite, and courteous throughout her service, and when she needed help, she was clear that she was waiting to hear from another agent, but continued to help me, and kept me on hold. They may have expediated the authentication, and before long I was told all was well and clear, and my withdrawal was approved.

If youd like to withdraw, then I wouldnt bother. Quick enough to let me deposit but when I want to withdraw they need me to show an OLD card from a year ago. So much stress, especially when you have bills to pay.The reviews speak for themselves. Decided to close my account so I can just forget about it. Luckily its only 50. Thank god.Just found out they got fined for withholding customers money! Do they not learn! Guarantee they just send the same generic reply to everyone they refuse to pay out.

Takes money fine from card then went to withdraw and keep bouncing money back contacted online chat, they said someone in tech area would contact me this was over 2 weeks ago still waiting… and to upload my bank account and have money put into there. First time i waited 5 days they said it didn’t work wait another 5 days so have done still no money ive had to upload 3 bank statements to prove i haven’t got the money. This is absolutely disgusting stolen money and wont refund online chat gives different excuses everyday.

After verifying and confirming my ownership of my debit card with a letter from my bank, they processed my withdraw and I received the money within 2 days. Regardless of all the bad reviews, I was happy with the outcome of my withdraw.

This site is an absolute joke. They were happy to take deposits from my cards but when I tried to withdraw funds they suddenly become really concerned that my cards belonged to me. They wanted proof that my expired card was actually mine and asked for a letter from my bank to prove it. They have happily accepted over 100 from my cards but now won’t pay out. They are a disgrace.

Horrible customer service. I have repeatedly tried to withdrawal and they cancel it every time. Have used the chat option and each time assured it has been approved but never goes through and when you email their support there is no response.

This company is awful. I won some money after 2 bets. When I went to withdraw the money they wanted to verify my account etc. The App continuously kicked me off when I tried to send it. It eventually took my ID but then they wanted more so asked for a photo of my bank card, NIGHTMARE. I have tried on so many occasions it almost reduced me to tears with the frustration. 3 times i got an email to say we are pleased to say your document has been processed, click the button below to continue your confirmation. When i do it says the photo of my card was rejected. And now when I try I just get kicked off the app. J on chat is useless, just reads from a script and gives me no alternative to send it. He tells me the issue is with MY device and to use another, which I don’t have. However from reading these reviews the issue is most definitely with them. I am now on the Gambling Commission website to find out how I escalate this. Emailing Leovegas is useless as it takes them 24 hours to reply to every single one. You get kicked off chat. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY. One star is too good for them but no choice.

Thought I’d give this site a try. I’ve played a few other online casinos and NEVER had an issue with a withdrawal!!! This site took the money, (and my account was even verified) but would not let me withdraw anything!! I find it funny that once you are verified, and they take the money no problem, but can’t deposit it back when requested a bit shady! I contacted ” Support” kept dropping on me…and we’re absolutely no help at all. Quite the set up must say!! I don’t appreciate the way this was handled, or the fact that there was absolutely nobody to talk to but online, which continuously dropped the connection.I literally tried to withdraw $600.00 for about over an hour… didn’t happen…and I tried everything. I will not give my account password, which they asked for to anyone!!! Once your account is verified, and it’s a Ontario site…there shouldn’t be any issues.Very disappointed, frustrated and will never use this site again….If you want to play here…don’t expect to get your money!!!!Complete joke!!! I love this app! Ive never done a cashout but ive won enough times where i could have im just not patient when it comes to waiting for money. I have to write again. Employees & Management of this scandal Company can go to cheapest of levels. They will start stalking you on social media if you file a complaint, they will breach Privacy Act & harass you with phishing emails, I have also read on Reddit of people getting fraudulent transactions by employees of LeoVegas after they submitted their card details. I hope all the employees & Management of this Company are taken to court or set an example like how some extremists/radicals take care of such type of ppl. Their families will then learn a lesson not to mess with peoples hard earned money. Mfkin Frauds!

100 percent rigged. After researching the gameplay on anything on this site I found it to be rigged in favour for Leo vagas. This is probably one of the worst I have researched. My advice would not to put any money on this site. It is not fun and the ROI to player is bare minimum. All videos have been passed to the BGC. DO NOT USE THIS SITE
