Thought I’d give this site a try. I’ve played a few other online casinos and NEVER had an issue with a withdrawal!!! This site took the money, (and my account was even verified) but would not let me withdraw anything!! I find it funny that once you are verified, and they take the money no problem, but can’t deposit it back when requested a bit shady! I contacted ” Support” kept dropping on me…and we’re absolutely no help at all. Quite the set up must say!! I don’t appreciate the way this was handled, or the fact that there was absolutely nobody to talk to but online, which continuously dropped the connection.I literally tried to withdraw $600.00 for about over an hour… didn’t happen…and I tried everything. I will not give my account password, which they asked for to anyone!!! Once your account is verified, and it’s a Ontario site…there shouldn’t be any issues.Very disappointed, frustrated and will never use this site again….If you want to play here…don’t expect to get your money!!!!Complete joke!!! I noticed many other complaints on this site for the exact same thing… complete scam!!!Needless to say ….I deleted my account.

Last 5 weeks iv deposited and its just perfetic wen u do get a bonus on 4 a go and geting 3,60p back its just utter rubbish there not geting a anouther penny from me again ! I love this app! Ive never done a cashout but ive won enough times where i could have im just not patient when it comes to waiting for money. I like to come play for fun and if i win i win if i dont oh well. Ive actually been credited some free spins just for being straight up about what i thought of some of the games. I have to write again. Employees & Management of this scandal Company can go to cheapest of levels. They will start stalking you on social media if you file a complaint, they will breach Privacy Act & harass you with phishing emails, I have also read on Reddit of people getting fraudulent transactions by employees of LeoVegas after they submitted their card details. I hope all the employees & Management of this Company are taken to court or set an example like how some extremists/radicals take care of such type of ppl. Their families will then learn a lesson not to mess with peoples hard earned money. Mfkin Frauds!

100 percent rigged. After researching the gameplay on anything on this site I found it to be rigged in favour for Leo vagas. This is probably one of the worst I have researched. My advice would not to put any money on this site. It is not fun and the ROI to player is bare minimum. All videos have been passed to the BGC. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

I’ve been told by many about this site so I take a chance, finally win something and now its like near impossible to get my withdrawal. my bank didn’t even want to give me the document they required now 2 weeks so far of communication and its them saying blurr this, blurr that, change this .. on said document that this establishment said they needed for my withdrawal and now they say I need the document to have a bank stamp which it does. So be careful people they don’t pay out yet ask for documents that are more than sufficient and have more info than you need. only to tell you to blurr it then still need more. . meanwhile they could have very well given a list of what needed to be altered instead of the run around infact I’m looking into BBB and legal advice as the document I gave them my bank didn’t want me to give them and that in of itself says alot..

I tried to get advice on how to use a profit boost. The agent was very good at explaining exactly how it should work so I gave a good feedback rating. I then tried to use the advice and found the profit boost could not be accessed so I withdrew the money I deposited and will place my bets elsewhere. Then I got a prompt from LeoVegas to write a review on trust pilot (apparently because I gave a good review on their internal feedback system.) Sorry but with the additional information I have to rate them very low on Trust Pilot.

I have family who have been on this site, they had pretty good wins on it, but started experiencing problems with withdrawals. I on the otherhand have had no issues and it’s been smooth sailing, have had some pretty great wins as well!

i made 4 deposits of 1000 Canadian dollars and finally won big, 4000 dollars on a 10 dollars bet. Then now come to the issues, they asking me to upload more and more documents which i already did and already got verified. So in order to cash out i have no choice but have to upload more documents. The next day i tried to log on to ask about my withdrawal and realize that my Leovegas got locked with out any notice or explanation, but i can still go on line help and then upload more documents. After almost 1 weeks of waiting they sent me an email and ask me to upload the same documents again…now been almost a month and they still not paying my withdrawal and keep asking to upload the same documents…

They seem to have no problem letting me deposit 1000s of $ but it seems when I win I always have to re send proof of this or that. Withdraws are slow reletively speaking . Faster than some but a lot slower than bodog

I had got my account verified with photo ID and bank statement. Used 2 different methods to make deposits. But when it came turn for withdrawal, these scammers just hid with no communication from Support email and 7-8 times I got the same guy Matteo to speak to. On other casino websites, you get different agents. But here same guy who provides wrong information everytime.I made $26,100 from mere $250 deposit, can you believe that. And then when I wanted to withdraw despite account being verified. These scammers, frauds wanted me to upload my banking card details snapshot with expiry etc. I have never ever been asked for such a nonsensical request ever. Terrible casino! Don’t put your money there! If you win and enter the wrong password, you can’t hope to be in there anymore! They always have one excuse to clean the cookes! Just throw this casino in the trash! I don’t know what he’s doing there! One support only tried to help and helped but it didn’t last long! They always had some kind of problems, then they couldn’t transfer money to the card because again it’s the cookes’ fault? Horrible customer service. The agent Matteo gave me so many wrong information. Kept changing information. I got my account verified after such a painful measure. I have submitted my bank statement, used my debit card for deposit. Yet, they are not able to process withdrawal through those registered payment methods? Seems like a scam website. Better to play on Bet365 or Casino.com. The support here are useless and not knowledgeable and payment team are scammers.

Leo Vegas didn’t send almost 1500 dollars and on the top of that they keep on deducted money from my card. Basically stealing money with small amount like 13 dollars or so. Utterly disgusting. I have file a complaint against them in Ontario gaming complaint center. I hope they can resolve this issue. Please do not use leo Vegas website for gambling. Olg is much better and trustworthy.

Do not waste your time and money here, before making any deposit I went online help to speak with one of them to verify my leovegas account. After uploaded all the ID and documents, my account was verify and updated. Even so I still ask online help to see if my account is good to go and if I’m going to have any issues with deposits or withdrawal. They said everything is good. After losing 1000 Canadian dollars, I finally won big on a 10 dollars bet. Got almost 4k so time for a withdrawal, then the problem appears. They asked to upload more documents, after I upload all the required documents then I have to wait for them to review it.The next day I tried to log on to leovegas acc and realized my acc is blocked. Till now I still didn’t get an answer why it’s blocked, so I went online help and wait and wait they come back with no answer and tell me to upload more documents. After everything done and waited like almost 6 hours I went back to get online help and they told me they need more and more documents. Now my acc is blocked and can not get my money back and the winning. Maybe I should not win too much.

If I could give you zero I would of, firstly after jumping through every single hoop you had put up to impede me from withdrawing winnings, I then get the please of my first online chat where I was waiting for 50 minutes before anyone bothered to respond but he then Ridley ended it, so I waited until I had calmed down to try again 1 hr 10 mins waiting to chat and I go from first in the queue to 4th in the queue and then cut off after 1 th 45 mins, your customer service is appalling and in my opinion you are unlawful withholding my money which I won. You put a hold on 2 of my withdrawals but the proceeded to allow me to deposit and lose, rather convenient not allowing me to withdraw but taking my money when I lose, the only reason I kept depositing is because you owe me 130 I was expecting, and its also funny you allowed me to withdraw before this last time so do you withhold money when its a certain amount and let you customers have the small amounts back absolute joke
