What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. Also Sportnation I hope you respond to this and Ill throw the transcripts in for you too.

It is really good, as I am using it from more then one years now, but the only thing which I am facing now days that whenever I am trying to deposit they keep my miney on hold for long tym as in for more then 10 days this is not acceptable, it is my money, yeah but all the other things are good, yes sometime they change bet as well but now onwards I have start taking screenshots, the only concern is deposit money sometime get stuck which they use to credit back after a long time, so mine is still stuck and waiting to be get credited in my account. When I asked for compensation they denied and now these days chat support is pathetic

I had took a break since February. Logged back in today .. no issue .. deposited .. no issue. Went to play and its saying it looks like Im logged out so cant play. Chat was answering for a few mins then kept logging out. Says there is 1 person ahead of me the last hour.

Shocking withdrawal process I won200 they told me they have to do a bank transfer as was not going through the other way so this is now the 10th working day and still not received I payment .all I am getting from customer service is that they have forward this to the relevant team for the 4th Time I might add . AVOID! I’ve been betting with these a week, had a few winners, made a few withdrawals, account gets locked and asked to verify. I send my documents in as asked. All this time though my account is locked so I can’t use it, over a day later nothing still. Asked to withdraw my funds as I had done nothing wrong, ghat request got ignored. I have money in my account but can’t access it. I have some shocking reviews, the fact you have to buy or earn best price on horses is a joke. It was ok ish untill I started .among withdrawals, oh and I was told its with the safer gambling team aswell so if you like a bet on your day off do use these because if you place more than 1 bet it’s makes you look like your not in control and they review your account to make sure you can afford it. I will be withdrawing funds and closing account as soon as I have access again, when ever that will be.

As most of the other reviews here have stated, Leovegas are quite happy to take your money but the second you try to take any back they hit you with a million different requests for verification and reject everything you send.

Sent an image of my card with all details needed, they rejected it because all 4 corners could not be seen… they could.

Resubmitted the same image and the next time it was because my name wasn’t on the document… it was.

A different customer service agent replies to every message you send, and they either don’t read what you send or reply with contradictory information in comparison to a previous reply.

Couldn’t have provided more evidence to prove who I was but it didn’t matter, after 3 weeks of arguing I played through my balance and closed my account – which means they won but I was sick of fighting it.

My advice is just don’t join in the first place.

Just a warning. Have several times tried to get my credit paid out. Instead of getting my money I have recieved 2 automated mails from Leo Vegas asking for supplementary dokumentation and at the same time called me different and wrong names. I have sent in my documentation – but nothing happens. I can only conklude that Leo Vegas is not an honest Corporation and that they do not care about their customers. I wouldnt recommend using this Casino. With regards

Leovegas is trash, played with for minths and honestly few thousand down. Have only ever won decent a handful of times but im done with this terrible site, hands down worst online gambling platform and im not sure how i stayed for so long

Tried to withdraw 4K from sports winnings and same as everyone else make excuses to return money. Last excuse was credit card company would not take credit back, I called me credit card company about this and they had no record of it aside they would never reject a credit. Beware of leovegas and gambling in general

I sent all my information for account verification after 3 attempts they approved my documentation. I then requested a withdrawal of $4000 they then said they required proof of ownership of my credit card after 4 attempts they gave me approval which they confirmed via email on October 8th. Today October 10th went on chat asking for an update on my withdrawal of $4000. I then receive an email saying that they require proof of ownership of my credit card. I even provided them with a letter from my bank confirming that I am owner of the card. They are playing mind games and finding excuses to delay my withdrawal. How can they provide an approval in writing them retract the approval?

I’m playing here since 2018. About my latest withdrawal $1*** they put pending asking me a Cc ending 9084 to be specific. Witch I know does not exist or use it. Last December 2020 have my withdrawal won $8**** I don’t have issue about the withdrawal process. Got deposited in my bank account.Today October 07,2021 I won requesting $1*** having a hard time to do it because asking me ending 9084 Cc and I informed that the transaction for this card was made August-October 2020. Worst casino ever. If you win at one slit too much, they lock the slot for your account.

I have made many withdraws from leo vegas ranging from $800 to $3000 without any problems usually recieving funds within a day or two once approved HOWEVER i recently made a larger withdraw $11,000 and have had nothing but problems recieving my winnings ! Withdraw approved 25th sept, made contact 1st october and everyday after due to not receiving winning, 5th october still no winnings and i have been told it has been reffered to another team to sort out ! The problem i have is that it is impossible to be able to speak directly with the people sorting this and customer service advisors have told me it could be weeks before i receive an update from them on what happened to my withdraw

I am currently attempting to withdraw my balance in my account and am in the identity verification process. All my documents have now been approved 4 times only for my proof off address to have to be resent again and again and again. I'm 4 days into trying to complete this process and have had every single customer service rep inform that the most recent version of the document i sent in is proper only for them to request I resend it. I'm hoping this is resolved soon but as it stands right now it is a very frustrating process with Leo vegas

Only commenting on the sportsbook, as I'm not into online casinos:

Pros:
– Incredible limits (at first) – you can bet large sums of money on most sport options and do so pretty freely – that is, until you hit the 5 digit mark a few times.
– Clean interface – enjoyed using the Leovegas website; easy on the eyes.

Cons:
– Limited sports betting options – you can bet a lot of cash, but you can't necessarily bet the cash on very much if you're looking for sports. Still, there's enough to keep you around.
– Lengthy verification process – they want to know every detail of your life and will take some time in doing it.
– One-hundred to zero – when they decide you've won enough, they won't gradually limit you – you'll suddenly be able to bet literally nothing at all on sports. And that's that.

Room for improvement but not the worst out there IMO.

Had some wins and had some losses, but since begin 2020 it seems impossible to win anything and its only losses on this site. While streamers make tons of money the customers that have less to spend and bet on a lower level win nothing. closed my account and not coming back here.

Someone here just mentioned about withdraw via PayPal. When I talked to the agent, she never tell me that. So then I lose all my winning and deposited even more than my withdrawal while waiting for my withdrawals to be arrived at my bank. I don't think they really try to solve your problem. They don't tell you nothing if you don't ask them the thing. So you will end up spending years just try to solve 5 mins problem.

For the slots, it is really depand on how much you spent on the site. For high level VIP players, I am sure they win very easily. Like what another user said here, some of them can't even cash out few hundreds of dollars. VIP won't have the hundreds dollars withdraw problem because it is actually just a number on your screen.

I had played on some online casinos like this before. On one of the sites, I was "lucky" to win 90k. And when I tried to withdraw, I got all the problems you guys are posting here. The winning is just a big number. That's it.

In conclusion, try to play on local casino's site. Not to play on some random sites you found on internet. Most of them are not legit at all. I never say local casino's games are legit but at least you can see the post at the front door which was paid with your money.

Withdrawals have become more and more invasive. I have had to prove my identity every time in the past few years, including who I am, where I live, where and when I married my husband, every single transaction from my bank account in the last month. Of all the online casinos I have played, this one is the worst out of all of them. Little to no bonuses ever come up and when they do, you might win a couple bucks total. Very few line wins and I even paid to get the bonus on one game and won .86 cents total. Ridiculous. Loads of glitches….screen freezes, reels jolt and I even saw the reels physically change twice after they had stopped. So this site is highly rigged. Go spend your money elsewhere. This casino is a huge ripoff and not even slightly fair.

Well what to say, member since 2016 I decided to play here again, nice winnings as always but now comes the don't want to pay chapter.

I pay with my visa binance card, so it is not good and they refuse to use my data anyway, I have a card physically and online, but this card now looks slightly closer than a viasa credit card but works the same.
photos scans etc nothing is good, now I have to say I only wanted to include 750 euros but what a weird rude way of doing things.
The agents just sit there messing around, one agrees, the other doesn't respond or ends the chat.
I am a player of casumo and more casinos here all is well and the same card is always accepted without any fuss.
Leovegas is really a shame that you are taking money off like that.
You think that you just get a card from visa or something like that, there is already a whole procedure attached to it, so again this is total nonsense!
