Paddy Powers reward club is fake spend 100 pounds and get 5 pounds off free spins. OK so first you won’t win with your 100 pounds on minimum steaks. Beware when frying to withdraw any amount over a couple of hundred pounds. They’ll start messing you about ,asking for ridiculous amounts of I.D, citing all sorts of rules and regulations. I think this is done to keep the money in their accounts for as long as possible, earning interest. What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. It is really good, as I am using it from more then one years now, but the only thing which I am facing now days that whenever I am trying to deposit they keep my miney on hold for long tym as in for more then 10 days this is not acceptable, it is my money, yeah but all the other things are good, yes sometime they change bet as well but now onwards I have start taking screenshots, the only concern is deposit money sometime get stuck which they use to credit back after a long time, so mine is still stuck and waiting to be get credited in my account. AVOID! I’ve been betting with these a week, had a few winners, made a few withdrawals, account gets locked and asked to verify. I send my documents in as asked. All this time though my account is locked so I can’t use it, over a day later nothing still. Asked to withdraw my funds as I had done nothing wrong, ghat request got ignored. I have money in my account but can’t access it. I have some shocking reviews, the fact you have to buy or earn best price on horses is a joke. As most of the other reviews here have stated, Leovegas are quite happy to take your money but the second you try to take any back they hit you with a million different requests for verification and reject everything you send.

Sent an image of my card with all details needed, they rejected it because all 4 corners could not be seen… they could.

Resubmitted the same image and the next time it was because my name wasn’t on the document… it was.

A different customer service agent replies to every message you send, and they either don’t read what you send or reply with contradictory information in comparison to a previous reply.

Couldn’t have provided more evidence to prove who I was but it didn’t matter, after 3 weeks of arguing I played through my balance and closed my account – which means they won but I was sick of fighting it.

My advice is just don’t join in the first place.

Just a warning. Have several times tried to get my credit paid out. Instead of getting my money I have recieved 2 automated mails from Leo Vegas asking for supplementary dokumentation and at the same time called me different and wrong names. I have sent in my documentation – but nothing happens. I can only conklude that Leo Vegas is not an honest Corporation and that they do not care about their customers. I sent all my information for account verification after 3 attempts they approved my documentation. I then requested a withdrawal of $4000 they then said they required proof of ownership of my credit card after 4 attempts they gave me approval which they confirmed via email on October 8th. Today October 10th went on chat asking for an update on my withdrawal of $4000. I then receive an email saying that they require proof of ownership of my credit card. I even provided them with a letter from my bank confirming that I am owner of the card. They are playing mind games and finding excuses to delay my withdrawal. How can they provide an approval in writing them retract the approval?

I have made many withdraws from leo vegas ranging from $800 to $3000 without any problems usually recieving funds within a day or two once approved HOWEVER i recently made a larger withdraw $11,000 and have had nothing but problems recieving my winnings ! Withdraw approved 25th sept, made contact 1st october and everyday after due to not receiving winning, 5th october still no winnings and i have been told it has been reffered to another team to sort out ! I am currently attempting to withdraw my balance in my account and am in the identity verification process. All my documents have now been approved 4 times only for my proof off address to have to be resent again and again and again. I'm 4 days into trying to complete this process and have had every single customer service rep inform that the most recent version of the document i sent in is proper only for them to request I resend it. Only commenting on the sportsbook, as I'm not into online casinos:

Pros:
– Incredible limits (at first) – you can bet large sums of money on most sport options and do so pretty freely – that is, until you hit the 5 digit mark a few times.
– Clean interface – enjoyed using the Leovegas website; easy on the eyes.

Cons:
– Limited sports betting options – you can bet a lot of cash, but you can't necessarily bet the cash on very much if you're looking for sports. Still, there's enough to keep you around.
– Lengthy verification process – they want to know every detail of your life and will take some time in doing it.
– One-hundred to zero – when they decide you've won enough, they won't gradually limit you – you'll suddenly be able to bet literally nothing at all on sports. And that's that.

Room for improvement but not the worst out there IMO.

Someone here just mentioned about withdraw via PayPal. When I talked to the agent, she never tell me that. So then I lose all my winning and deposited even more than my withdrawal while waiting for my withdrawals to be arrived at my bank. I don't think they really try to solve your problem. They don't tell you nothing if you don't ask them the thing. So you will end up spending years just try to solve 5 mins problem.

For the slots, it is really depand on how much you spent on the site. For high level VIP players, I am sure they win very easily. Like what another user said here, some of them can't even cash out few hundreds of dollars. VIP won't have the hundreds dollars withdraw problem because it is actually just a number on your screen.

I had played on some online casinos like this before. On one of the sites, I was "lucky" to win 90k. And when I tried to withdraw, I got all the problems you guys are posting here. The winning is just a big number. That's it.
