Withdrawals have become more and more invasive. I have had to prove my identity every time in the past few years, including who I am, where I live, where and when I married my husband, every single transaction from my bank account in the last month. Still not acceptable. No winnings for me, sigh. Games were OK though.

A really poor site for slots pay probably because circle smaller than other top casino's but they advertise on tv or socia media as much as them, now they too have joined the responsible gambling at end advert blaming customer's just because the sites are poor and they spend over 5 million a year out all your deposits to advertise gambling to then claim responsible gambling at customer is a joke, where is sites responsibility when they put slots at one pound and 5 pound stakes to start them off and sometimes they can spin without triggering the spin button they now crash on pc when trigger bonus as many slots made for apps now ever since flash removed off computer, Not only advertising gaming gambling but sending plenty emails and notifications that there is a poor promo available that will win you all of 40p at best from there 5 or 10 free spins. Of all the online casinos I have played, this one is the worst out of all of them. Little to no bonuses ever come up and when they do, you might win a couple bucks total. Very few line wins and I even paid to get the bonus on one game and won .86 cents total. Ridiculous. Loads of glitches….screen freezes, reels jolt and I even saw the reels physically change twice after they had stopped. So this site is highly rigged. Go spend your money elsewhere. This casino is a huge ripoff and not even slightly fair.

Well what to say, member since 2016 I decided to play here again, nice winnings as always but now comes the don't want to pay chapter.

I pay with my visa binance card, so it is not good and they refuse to use my data anyway, I have a card physically and online, but this card now looks slightly closer than a viasa credit card but works the same.
photos scans etc nothing is good, now I have to say I only wanted to include 750 euros but what a weird rude way of doing things.
The agents just sit there messing around, one agrees, the other doesn't respond or ends the chat.
I am a player of casumo and more casinos here all is well and the same card is always accepted without any fuss.
Leovegas is really a shame that you are taking money off like that.
You think that you just get a card from visa or something like that, there is already a whole procedure attached to it, so again this is total nonsense!

Investing your money here is the worst mistake you can ever make. They take and take and keep on taking from you till you have nothing left and then you are discarded like a piece of rag left out to dry. They stole a lot from me and would not recompense the situation until I got help from by filing a complaint through dubbymia via ins.tag,ram this was when I started noticing positive results concerning my stolen money. About 8-9 days later I got everything returned.

They just stole money from me. I made a withdraw, it got approved, then I never received the money. Every time you chat with an agent they tell you something different….they need paperwork, funds are back in my account, problem has been escalated…none of which is true. They don’t respond to your emails so I guess I just have to let them steal it. Please don’t ever use this site. It is a complete and utter shady, shifty scam.

One of the worst site I’ve ever used, I submit documents multiple times and they all get approved except one but without reason so they won’t release funds, quick to take your money but will find any excuse not to process your winnings. Find a better casino

Hey I withdrew $9095 on your site on July 28th 2021, for the first time I withdrew a new type of way which was direct deposit since it was a large amount. Fast forward 3 days I contacted one of your agents to make sure I submitted all the right information and they confirmed and said everything was good. So I waited another 2 days now its been 5 business days, I contact the agent again now they said there was something wrong with our finance team that releases the funds and it should be stored out and that I should get my money by Friday(Aug 6th) and latest Aug 9th which is Monday, I wake up to check my bank account and there was no deposit i contacted a guy he said that I need to submit proof of funds to see that I didn't get the money, which I don't understand the past week all your agents said everything was fine and that there was fault on your end and now all of sudden you guys want me to submit proof that i haven't received my money! Anyhow the proof of funds got approved and he said I should get an update hasn't gotten any updates, so i message an agent again right now as I am typing this and he says the money has been approved and sent out on JULY 28th!! and told me to contact my provider I have been contacting my provider which is TD bank every day asking them if they see any money coming in and the answer is always no! and what's worse is he says that he has to escalate this situation and says to wait I wait and he comes back and says "sorry for the inconvenience I have to end the chat" so basically what happened here is I got scammed by a LICENCED WEBSITE ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! every agent I talk to has a different story all they say is summit all these documents they all get approved and then they don't know what do to, it's been 2 weeks I haven't gotten my money I am concerned that I just got scammed, all these agents are giving me a different story i just want my winnings this is rediculous!! and no one has gotten back to any of my emails!!!

Make the math yourself:

I had 872 DKK on my account (after acouple of weeks winning and losses).

Got an offer today 28th of july 2021 – deposit 100, wager 10 x = 1000 and get 50 freespin on Book of Destiny – (worth 100).

Deposited 100.

After wagering most of the 1000 on Starburst I changed to another slot hoping I at least could stay above my initial deposit – TOO many spins not even coming close to decent RTP on Starburst.

Wagering 1000 I ended up having 647 on my account. Loss 972 – 647 = 325!

Loss = almost one third of my wagers! RTP close to as little as 67%. And not even close to 96%!

I made a withdrawal for $731 Canadian, at first I was able to withdraw a small amount of $98 which I never had problems with, I sent them my ID, my card, proof of address prior to this and got an email that my account has been verified. so there I try to process another withdrawal and they kept on asking same information and locked my account out of no where. I kept on chatting with customer support but they are not helping me. They said the was a concerning comment made on he live table when I never chat anything bad. I play on various online casinos and have always been very careful with my money, I never spend more than I can afford and deposit 20 a week maximum. I have played on leovegas for years now with no issues. Then suddenly I receive an email saying my account has been locked until I send three months of bank statements for them to go through and proof of my income. I understand that they are allowed to do this but I just don’t understand why they require this of me when I spend so little with them. I sent proof of my inheritance that I transfer small amounts from but this wasn’t sufficient apparently so my account has been closed. Their loss as there are plenty of other places to play that aren’t so intrusive. I’m not happy with them sifting through all my finances for the sake of spending 20 quid a week on slots that I can play at a hundred other websites. I will stick with Paddy and ladbrokes who actually want my money.

This is not a brought message lol 😂 excellent service and awesome range of games! Started with 100 got up to about 25,000 then down to 16.. then cashed out and the winnings were in my nz acc within 3 days.. first withdrawl took about 20 hours to complete but then I got ahold of one of the customer support guys and it was accepted and all my other withdrawels were accepted within 4 hours.
