After reading all the negative reviews about Leo Casino I felt quite uncomfortable and tried to withdraw my money. Somewhere in one of the reviews on this site, I read the advice to contact a help desk representative in the live chat to speed up the process. Which is true, it worked very well indeed. What did I do: first uploaded all necessary documents (ID, proof of address, bank statement), then withdrew the money and contacted the helpdesk immediately afterwards. Within 5 minutes my account was verified and I received a confirmation by email. All while being in the live chat with the agent. 30 minutes later the money was in my bank account. I used Trustly for the deposit and pay out. In the chat I indicated that I wanted to withdraw my money because of the bad reviews on this site and that I first wanted to see if they actually pay. No doubt this helped to speed it up. It's not a big withdrawel (€ 500), but because the first payment is always the hardest part - after that you're in the system and they don't have to verify anything - I feel reassured enough to make deposits again. The casino will not be happy with the advice to contact an employee as this is quite an extra burden. But it works extremely well. Use it to your advantage.

I made a bet on tenis game and one player had medical problems so game stoped on second set (retired) and when this situation hapend for 4 times in my life with different bet companys they just returned money back, but this scamer company just sucked my money and told that i lost. When i was reading coments about this scam company i touth it cant be true, but seems like its true, this company is literaly SCAM COMPANY, also they shows bigger odds but when you placing bet it shows lower odds all the time on live sports. And please leovegas dont tell thats hapend becose odds are changing, you literaly give lower odds all the time. avoid!!!! If you do win, they will do everything to stop you withdrawing. My account has been locked for a long time, had to send over multiple bank letters, other letters, ID. Then upon withdrawal (not my first) ive had to send bank statements too. Been told my withdrawal was approved and will go into my bank in 2-5 days to get an email the next day saying my details were incorrect (they were not) and my account was locked AGAIN. For no reason it seems as this time it was simply unlocked upon request.... only for all withdrawal attempts to decline until more time was wasted with live support. Not sure what has happened it the past 4 months but its gone downhill. I use to love playing here. Now ever since they changed the Jackpots that are so low now. They also apparently had maintence of 5 of my favourite games and since that day. You can play hundreds and never get a bonus to just have fun going up and down even if you loose ... it would still be fun. NOT here anymore. Not sure if they got new owners but they surely contacted the games they rent to pull them back from any wins or any bonus. Hopefully they change soon becasue Im not playing as much here anymore . I originally chose the wrong sign up offer. I then contacted live chat in which I was told my offer was now changed to the correct one. When I placed my bet the offer was not applied. I then contacted live support again in which it was confirmed the offer hadn't been applied. I would not recommend this company as they treat their customers like trash.

The site uses a convoluted process whereby you can only withdraw principal/winnings to the method used to deposit. Only they have no way within your account to keep track of which balances need to be withdrawn to which method. If you have used, say PayPal for some and a card for some other deposits, it all gets lost in the wash. This invariably leads to a support and lockout procedure where they tell you which methods to withdraw to. Only sometimes they get this wrong themselves and the process repeats itself. It's just horribly implemented and the staff, while polite, are clueless about this silly mechanism that no other site uses. Stick to one funding source or move on and save a lot of wasted time.

After depositing a few thousand dollars (25-50$ at a time) the site just took it very fast with little to no wins. Talked to support and they sent me $30 free (lost that In 20 min). I feel this site is the worst of them all. I went to Caxino and won $2000 in the firsts month. Had a total cash out of $3500 and received that within 24hrs. I have given LeoVegas many chances but no more. I highly recommend Caxino or Rizk.

This site has turn from great to horrible. I have withdrawn money before and no problems. But as a Canadian player and using your debt card is the worst. I have been told I need to prove that the card is mine. So I have uploaded numerous documents showing that the debt card is mine. I was told they want to see all of the information on one page. But I told the customer service person that I was at the bank and they gave me these to prove my account. We are in a age were we could live chat and show them this is my account. I play on other regulated site(MGA) and never have this much problems.

I have sent them 7 different documents to verify my address, any of them was absolutely OK to verify me at any other casino, but LeoVegas denied all of them. Since one week I was playing that "Verify My Address" quest instead of enjoying casino games. Eventually after long conversation with support, then finally verified my account and I could remove my funds and forget about that nightmare.

Update , I previously wrote a good review, they were excellent for a couple of weeks , no problems, win some lose some , thats the nature of slots however I can categorically confirm they have now completely taken the fun out of playing by FIXING ALL their slots , its obvious because the screen jerks when playing, what was a good experience that was fun & fair has gone down hill , I closed my account, much better online sites out there that give you a longer gaming experience with bonus features rather than 100 % fix the slots
Update , I previously wrote a good review, they were excellent for a couple of weeks , no problems, win some lose some , thats the nature of slots however I can categorically confirm they have now completely taken the fun out of playing by FIXING ALL their slots , its obvious because the screen jerks when playing, what was a good experience that was fun & fair has gone down hill , I closed my account, much better online sites out there that give you a longer gaming experience with bonus features rather than 100 % fix the slots

This casino was a bit better back in the days but nowadays they are nothing more but thieves. A few months ago the system kept logging me out after had won big. Now today they are asking to see a picture of the customers bank card and they want to see the name, and the card number (first 6, and last 4 digits). Unfortunately my bank doesn't provide bank cards with names on it so I went onto my online banking and I was able to obtain a document that clearly shows my name, address, phone number, accounts numbers that the card is linked to, the bank card number, bank logo, bank address, representative name and email address, etc. The document even has a my signature but the bank representatives is e-signed but the PDF has all these built in safety/security certificates to prove that the document is legit. Well, when I tried uploading the document LeoVegas online uploading kept saying "Connection Issues", so I decided to email the document to customer service. Again, customer service admitted that my card was already verified and they wanted a picture of my bank card and they wanted to see me name. I had already explained that in the first email that my bank doesn't provide that and I had also attached the bank card document in the first email. Customer service just kept acting dumb. IF YOU ARE HAVING SIMILAR ISSUE PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE MALTA GAMING AUTHORITY!!!!! Also, if you decide to close your account and select the reason "Unhappy at having to provide identification documents", what the happens then is that LeoVegas site will pop a screen saying something that the player is being "Irresponsible". SHAME ON YOU LEOVEGAS! SHAME ON YOU FOR EVEN TAKING FUNDS OUT OF A "NON-VERIFIED" CARD! What LeoVegas also does if you win is that they'll log you out when you try playing.

Update- Justin Armstrong. I decided to give Leo one last chance and deposited $20, book of dead was supposedly hot. Bet was .40, biggest win was a 4x. Lost all my money in less than 5 min but had a deposit bonus and won $6 in bonus funds. Went back to book and won $15 in bonus money so I played punk rocker and lost the bonus money just as fast. I redeposited another 20 and played wild swarm. Had 2 wins of .08c and one of .80c. Was out of funds in 5 min. Talked to support and they copy and paste the rng. Leo is responsible for their own rng which seems to be the tightest on the market. I’ve been playing her for a few years now and it was great when I first joined, had good wins and could play for the day. Seems to be for the last few months that wins are few and far between. As I’ve deposited thousands and done nothing but lost, I highly recommend avoiding this site as they just scam their players, unless they’re sponsored by LeoVegas and posting videos online to lure people to play.
