Leovegas was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $17200 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. 1. You false accused me of gambling problems which is totally false. The reason why I was having a break is this I didn’t update my account and illness. I recently moved from East ravendale to Accrington Lancashire. I don’t have Internet access from August 2018 to November 2018 and didn’t update my Leo Vegas account.

2. Your emails from resolver.co.uk are very abusive and all I do operated a policy called Unacceptable Behaviour and aggression policy. Your complaint department was telling deception lies to me. Saying that I have gambling issues which is totally false.

The stories are true. They're con artists. I deposit money, go to withdraw the same money I deposited (no bonus) and they don't have any withdraw methods. They will then slow you down with KYC. They will then slow you down with incompatible payment method. They will then slow you down with a pending transfer which doesn't complete. All in all they take your money and will make you spend a couple months to get it back, if you care enough. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE there are good gaming companies available.

Ive seen so many negative reviews, but for me LeoVegas is probably my favorite casino. Never had any problems and when I cashout the money is in my account in like 30 minutes. One issue with my is that the promotions/bonuses are not that great, but maybe they do something with that. LeoVegas thanks!

There was an Esports match which had a technical problem and cancelled. Then officially played again. All bet sites like Bet356, Betsson Group has fixed the market as NIP has won but only Leovegas does not accept official results. They claim that they got every right to settle bets because they can get more profit by standing 1.17 odd match. This is not acceptable. They can't even provide me that my team has lost. Stay away from those thieves. They settle the bets wrongly and you can't do anything because they point out they they got every rights. I was losing hundreds of euros every month to them but they didn't even looked at my bet. Only copy pasting the rules that they are the gods there.

I am very disappointed about your service. I made my withdrawal on 17th March 2021 but I did not receive the money. I uploaded my bank statement so many times as your staffs asked me to upload my bank statement because they could not help me to check their bank transaction. Besides, I raised my issue to your staff via live chat so many times and they would follow up my case. Unfortunately, no one was replying or solving my issue.
I emailed them couple of times as well but nothing from you guys. I took some pictures as your reference, even the seniors decided to ignore my issue. This is how you treated your customer. They simply promise me to follow up but nothing.

I have used Leovegas a lot, however, lately I have a sour taste in my mouth. I withdrew $1000 of winningd nearly a month ago and have yet to see that money that I am legally entitled to. I have verified my identity per their request but they have since ghosted me (as in stopped responding my inquiries as to the status). I will report back if this gets rectified.

Less than 1star but makes you give it that there straight up scam and gonna rip you off usually win first few times after spending lots but then they won't let you cash out. Extreme volatility on the majority of there slots, outright bad payouts i.e. (you lose Far, Far more than what you put in comparably to real life slots). They claim there rtp ratios and games are fair but it is obvious they are not. I can't actually comment on the quality of the offerings of Leo Vegas as I never actually got a chance to play. I signed up, deposited 10, the money never showed. Waited a couple of days in case there was a delay.. Still nothing. I contacted customer services and sent them my bank statement to prove I'd deposited, they reassured me it would be dealt with but after over a week, nothing. Contacted them again, nothing. And again, nothing. It's now been 3 months and I've yet to hear back from my last enquiry.
Avoid at all costs.

First of all, I have played on a lot of online casino's, and this site is the only site that you should NEVER play on and i truly believe is a scam! I chatted with their customer service because i wanted to know how it is posibble that i lost 6.5K EURO over the course of a couple months, without having won a single penny. When i asked that in the chat at their customer service they immediately closed my account and now i lost 6500 euros on the website, and my account is blocked because i asked questions about my losses. They literally closed my account immediately when i asked questions about my huge losses. The site is a scam.

You know i read some reviews on trust pilot and it disturbs me how little respect is given in respect to the the law and leovegass responsibility within that law. They process withdrawals based on making sure that player is legitimate and verified and with me that process took a few days and i was eventually paid and all was good. Speaking to customer service they were very helpful with one or two hickups with communication with the different departments but all resolved. This is a good legitimate company working within the bounds of the UKGC. My experience wasnt good to start with but the reason they get 5 stars is not the situation i was in but how it was respectfully and in heindsight on my part responsibly dealt with me and the issue i had. Very good company with respect to the player and to the laws that govern them.

Have enjoyed this site for a long time, but this site changed after their last "maintenance" after years they have now asked for verification and withheld funds while rejecting the verification they asked for. i entered the sports predictions for football (leo king)
as i recall i made almost 10/12 predictions correct.
10 of my predictions were marked with a – and the last two games were not which both lost?
i contacted the team the same day and the chat told me it was the marketing team who would publish these results
1st chat mod successfully located my account with the info given? and told me to wait.
2nd chat mod could not find my account with the info given????
been with leo for years but not have deposted on site for a long time.
