Gave this site a try again, withdrew some and few days later I could still cancel it, withdraws are slow as hell if they even let you withdraw at all, I think they want you to lose your money before you withdraw it

These crooks were fined in 2020 for with holding customer money. They are still doing it.
An ex employee has revealed how they must hold up withdrawals as long as possible and are given bonuses for getting problem gamblers to play.

LeoVegas is a scam. They will allow you to deposit funds without any verification but they will never let you withdraw your winning fund. All they give you is a date of 4-5 working days and harass you by asking this-that documents but never pay you. I'm still waiting to get my 70,000 inr since 2nd Jan, 2021 and loosing hope.

Leovegas is complete your fraud website I have contacted the customer support team several times regarding my withdrawal and the same has been denied on unjustifiable grounds despite providing all the relevant documents pertaining to the KYC but they manage to block my account irrelevantly . No Resolution has been initiated .They are scamsters. Of they will gona not solve pr refund my money as being warned by me i am going to file. Legal lawsuit against them charging of the mental agony and harassment and wasting the time.

After losing thousands of dollars, I was contacted by LiveCasino’s responsible gaming dept. and was told that my account will be temp closed for a “cool off” period…which I was fine with. The problem that I have is that my account was suspended on the day that I was expecting to get my 10% cash back bonus. I had a terrible week losing, so the bonus was somewhere in the $1200 to $1500 range. Now 30 days have passed and I contacted customer support to reactivate my account and I was told that I no longer qualify for the bonus. If my account would’ve been suspended the following day, then I would’ve received the money. So while you’re cooling off they still managed to take over $1000 from me. The rep that I spoke to when suggesting to take the break told me that whatever funds are in the account and whatever I owed to me will be there waiting for me and that it’s safe…ITS GONE!! Another rep told me that the offer is no longer available and that’s why I’m out of luck…meanwhile the bonus is advertised on their home page. Not cool. Giving someone some time to take a break shouldn’t come at a huge cost to me. I held up my end of the bargain by making the deposits and wagers…and I screwed. Not cool.

Very strange live chat service. I provide all details of my account after making a withdrawal and self exclude for 24 hours. Was asking if withdrawal will be processed when in self exclusion. I signed up today after reading all the reviews and I thought ide give it a go, ive played with various other sites over the years but I have to say the customer service from Kristina was brilliant. I was lucky enough to make a withdrawal, although I was 200 in the hole I changed another deposit and got lucky. So I proceeded to make withdrawal and it said pending for over an hour, I contact their customer care spoke to Kristina to ask on Leo's protocol for withdrawal and she contacted the department for me. Now as I am based in Ireland we don't have instant banking and every other site normally takes 3 days till it goes in. My funds hit my bank before I was able to finish the chat with customer services so thought on this note I would leave a review. Had zero issues with them. I played their Lightning roulette live about 4 hours, finally won most of my money back, went as quick to get my money back as it was to transfer them.

I can read that there's a lot of displeased players here, and they seem to be bonus related. May I offer the advice NEVER to play with / or use bonus money as these often have the caveat that you need to spend a certain amount of real money in order to withdraw money? I mean, there's no such thing as "free cash", so if you get 1000 free bonus money to play for, you probably need to spend at least 2000 to get real money from it.

I never play with bonus money, and therefor I get prompt payouts when I win something and withdraw it. Just a thought.

Had an initial few wins and withdrew money but similar to other reports last 3-4 month nothing. After 17k lose over a year I just simply self banned….I’ll find entertainment elsewhere. Don’t recommend any form of gambling.

I’ve played on hundreds of gambling sites, no exaggeration. LeoVegas or (scamovegas) is by far the absolute worst piece of sh-it site I have ever seen. They locked my account for 3 months all I did was try to withdraw my $ back to my card. Then they tell me to use Idebit, they lock my Idebit stating that’s the only way to withdraw and I owe them credit. After sorting all of this out took about 4 months of daily emails . They’re still telling me I cannot withdraw my money. I wouldn’t recommend this site to my worst enemy. I have wasted months of my life trying to withdraw from this site l. Absolutely garbage! Never again.

I have been playing on LeoVegas for over a year and have not really won anything much. Recently I won $600.00 and tried to with draw $500.00. I have been made to submit document, then resubmit the same documents due to some?? problem. After 1 month of trying to get my winnings I am now told I have to sign up for another method of money transfer and send more documents. This site is terrible. They won't accept a Medicare card as verification which is all I have as i don't drive. They will not let me cash out because the Medicare (government card) is not good enough for them when it's good enough for the other 5 sites I play on.
