Lol I believe they are all sister company of LeoVagas. It's a good thing I did not deposit much with them. It's a pure scam guys. 100% scam. You guys should play with lotoquebec and trust is it's the best option out there and managed by gouvernment. They will not get single dollar from me and my Canadian friends. Crazy bad service... So i played for fun with some friends over a weekend and managed to get myself a little bonus.. nothing big just some extra. Now its been 3 weeks since i won that money and they still havnt paid it.. because they apparently need more documents? I've sent them everything the asked for, i even got VERIFIED ONCE. They then procced to remove my verification status the next day and this stuff started all over. Ill advice anybody to stay as far away from this site as possible. They can take your money but they certainly don't pay your winnings. Legal Thiefs.

I wouldn’t even give this site 1 star !! They are nothing but robbers! I was depositing on my boyfriends card without any problems they was taking every bit of money without a hesitation until I had a big win and then all of a sudden it’s against there t&c’s to deposit on a third party card !! If I had never had that win they would of continued to take my money full well knowing there was no chance of me getting anything back !! Would not recommend this site to anyone after reading other reviews especially it is clear this site loves to take money but does not like to give back !!

I’ve only put in like 60$ over 4 months of time but here’s my Leo Vegas experience. The first time I played I put 20$ in from that I won 200$. Not as much as some people but 200$ is still a lot to me so I’m happy. But of course they don’t deposit money to half the well known banks. They can take your money from them but not send it. So for the past 4 months I’ve been trying to figure out how to get my 200$. I set up a whole idebit account like LeoVegas wanted me to do. The start of this month I’ve been all excited thinking wow now I’ve figured out this idebt stuff it will come forsure now. Nope was pending withdrawal for a week nothing happened went right back into my Leo Vegas account. I’ve tried to contact Leo Vegas for help with withdrawals I sent ALL of my verification documents they were approved. They don’t respond. I feel like a f***ing madwoman going on to my bf “ don’t worry that 200$ casino money will come in”. Yeah right. Everywhere says leovegas is legit and I wanna believe it but I got jipped outta this 200$ so many times now. If I ever do receive the money I’ll come back and update this but I have very little hope.

Comparing to other sites, promotions are really good. Live casino is nice (didn't got any profit but still good) , Sports section is great but stay away from "ESPORTS" their provider and support agents doesn't have any idea about anything on esports. Your coupon can be voided anytime by non relative reasons. In one week like 6 bet void with silly reasons that you cannot see any other site.

After been using this site for 4 yrs, it became time to verify my account, so I was asked to update my photo I'd, so I paid for a new copy of my licence. Its now 1 month down the track of them needing rediculous docs asking for letters from my bank with swift codes etc. Now they are saying I have another bank that I've used on the site, I have had the 1 bank for the last 20yrs. I have 2000 in my acc I want to withdraw but they keep finding somthing stupid to ask for. I have asked for a complaints details but they won't give me one. I have been trying to re open my account with loevegas for about 3 months now. I keep getting told they have technical issues. So last week my friend decided to log back into his account there and see if he could re open. And of course they re-opened his account straight away + cool down period. Now im getting told by the chat the technical issue only applies to my account. When i ask what the issue is all they say its technical* ive been told in the past 3 months that at the start of the next month i will be bale to re-open. VERY STRANGE. Also 5 times they have promised to call me to go through some information and that hasn't happened. Very bad customer service!

I became super stupid reading a false story of an Online India news paper TOI (Times of India) I am one of the stupid who believed the story ... okay so what happened after reading the false news and being exited more than greed (honestly) , I created one account and deposited INR 1000.(For Indian standard its not a bad money compare to $) I started playing Hot Spin and I lost most of the money then again I deposited INR 2000 and started playing, so I started wining loosing and mean time I kept checking my history where I can see how much I bet and won. Then I tried to touch base with customer care explained them but then they were trying to convince me my current balance what I see that is correct .. I played Hot Spin Nd Live Mega Ball. Really don’t know how this scammers got license to operate in UK, recently played and wanted to withdraw 50 after 5 days still pending contacted support just to be told that payment failed to the same card that was used to deposit and asked me to send copy of the card for confirmation and to choose another payment method even my profile was fully verified. They just wait for people to cancel the withdrawal and play again. Can’t believe how much is corrupted the gambling industry, and how greedy those people are. That will put me off gambling for life, will never play again. Just to let you know there is life out there and you’re not collecting just money but curses as well, one day you will pay but not with money.

Just joined this site and wish I'd looked at the reviews before I did which I usually do when buying something/joining something. I joined this site and managed to play a couple of slots on my mobile phone. I was getting a few small wins and went on to play some more earlier today. I logged into my account on my laptop and for some reason when I log into play games its asking me to log in to play specific games but instead of taking you to the game you get taken back to the homepage. Contacted Chat service twice and the first time the adviser I spoke to told me to clear browsing history etc to see if that would help which I did but still didn't work and went back to Chat service and the 2nd adviser told me they were having `technical difficulties` . I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that it is a technical fault at their end but I have funds of 12 or 13 in my account. I just wonder if most of the rest of you are saying here that they block your account when you start accumulating winnings and then when you do eventually get into your account to play games and your money goes and you have nothing left you can log into your account with no problems because you need to deposit funds again.

I had played won 100,000 on the games and I had managed to get a few Payments of $4000 from them and then they blocked my account as I send them an email asking for a lump sum coz of work commitments. However, they were supposed to refund the rest of my balance which is $80000 but I still haven’t got it. Please, everyone, do not trust them. They are definitely not liable and it took weeks to ask them for a $4000 payment. I will continue to let people know about their untrusted organisation. I made the mistake to apply for one of their jobs. I had one initial interview -which was successful- and a test -which was also pretty successful. One might expect that after an interview and a test, a company knows if an applicant is to be hired, and the purpose of any interview afterwards is to make clear which team or available position is more suitable for the applicant. These guys wasted my time with two further interviews (as if they were to hire a high-ranking manager) before informing me that the "proceeded with other applicants". If another applicant seems more suitable than the others after the first interview and the test, just hire him. The research indicates that a CV and a ten minute discussion are way more than enough to know for sure if someone is suitable for a workplace. You don't have to waste our time with tests and extra interviews to seem more "professional". A real professional knows when to hire someone without having to put that many work-hours in the process. You are not professionals. You are time wasters.

I read a lot of negative reviews after I had already joined Leovegas so was worried and did a cash withdrawal at the earliest opportunity. the money was processed quickly (within 48hrs) Im assuming alot of these complaints are people not reading the terms and conditions REF bonuses and the wagering commitment for them. the site is great loads of game choice I like the fact you can scroll down and see the RTP for every slot you play.

What are they reviewing from 12 hours for one email i dont know.im now sure they wanted to take me out of tournament. I cant get any help so be aware before making deposits.
