I’ve been trynna get in contact with them. I’ve deposited money like nothing but when it comes to withdrawaling. It’s so difficult. Just rip offs can’t pay out after a win.. So after trynna withdrawal it says I need a code and it will get sent to my phone or email for my first time withdrawal I need that validation code to go further. And i did not receive a code no matter how much times I try. I would change my review if I just get the help I need

I'm not one to write reviews but currently looking at a few different gambling websites to see if it's worth having a crack with their welcome bonuses. I really like Leo Vegas and if i wasn't so greedy looking for deposit match bonuses i[['d never look anywhere else. I regularly put in $100-$500 and get it way into the $1000's. Unfortunately don't take it out as often as i should but that's my fault. 3 weeks ago i got really lucky and ended up with $94k. Withdrawing was nowhere near as bad as i thought it would be. Agree they could make it easier but it's not straight forward on any online casino these. It all came really within a few days no problem at all and this is mid COVID lockdown.

Having asked Leo Vegas a simple question that a 5 year old could answer they got onto me eventually and said I had wagered 12,110e on road to riches.I replied and said that still does not answer my question.I said stop beating around the bush and answer a simple question.They replied and said I had lost 2,444e.Playing 10e big bet on this game has an rtp of approximately 98%.So Leo Vegas average take is 2%.In my case I reached an rtp of 79.83%.So their take off me was over 20%.Thats some profit.After approximately 1,200 spins I would have thought that I would have been somewhere near the rtp.Thats my stupidity.Considering the jackpot is 300e for this game I now know that I would have had to win the jackpot over 8 times to break even.They say you win some and you lose some.Fair enough.In their argument,there should be someone who has won 2,444e out there on the planet somewhere.????I don’t think so.You can fool some people some of the time,but in the end Leo Vegas will be the fools when ye have no customers left.I Hope I save someone from losing a lot of money by reading this.Notice how Leo Vegas are so quick to respond to these reviews with their robotic answers.They lose their argument when they try to justify their deceit.

I never before had a problem with LeoVegas concerning my withdraws, up until March 31, 2020, with a $150 and $200 withdraw, as well as another one for $100 on April 8, 2020, all together it comes to $450 i have e-mailed them, they said it was sent they gave me some number i called my RBCBank here in Canada Ontario explained to them what s going on and gave them the numbers, they looked into my account said they could not see anything, I then explained that LeoVegas said that if my Bank could not find it i would need a letter from them with all the info of my account not receiving any money with the numbers they sent as well, now this next part it in there words "A stamp or a signature from a bank man " LO L sorry but not to professionle ,It was at this point they trancfered my to someone that taskes care of all internaionl banking after i explained it all they went looking she came back and said nothing at all had been sent and that LeoVegas could trake it no problum that they would be the ones that would have to trace it and it makes no sence for them to ask for a papper saying it was not sent when they would know that because they would have been informed of it ,so there for ether thay are not really sending the money and hopping with Ontario Canada being under State Of Emergacy from the COVID-19 Virus and LeoVegas it useing it as a tool for not paying out members winnings , Now with everyone under quarantine nothing is open but food store Banks drug stores , so im sure most people would understand when i say funds are getting low ,so to take my money no problum but not give me my winnings at this time when we are all going through so much is extremely heartless and inhumaine .Now i have no choise but to write as many messges as this untill i get my money .Deirdre McMonagle

Finally they blocked my account affair submitted my all details it’s took one month I requested the clear evidence or reason why did you block my account they didn’t given any explanation they said it’s they policy and right the LeoVegas have rights to block account without an explanation but I knew the clear reason you don’t allow customers to win continuously you allowed me all two years to lose my money you didn’t ask any single questions after I start to win and withdraw the money you have start to ask lots of informations I have given 3 bank statements each 3 months history and Two companies salary slips each 3 months everything clear and original information you kept quaint one month finally you blocked my account without any explanation or apologies I never thought the LeoVegas treat senior customers like this watch out guys !!!

It's a scam. My uncles tried this site and can't get their money after a few big wins. Site claims there are all these ridiculous safety protocols and you must set up several different accounts and give out more private info in order to receive your money. After 7 days if you have not done this, they happily cancel your withdrawal request. They're banking on people having such a tough time setting up these bogus accounts that they'll just give up. Forget about customer service or help with this...it doesn't exist. Save your money. Fyi, on Facebook, where you see their ad, when you try to post a review, you can't. They only have 6 reviews and all of them are fake and the people do not exist. I tried looking them up to save you all the trouble.

Approximately 4 years ago, I visited Trustpilot and gave LeoVegas a 5 star review after really enjoying my initial play there. I've played on and off over the years, with no complaints, win or lose. After encountering a minor, yet very unnecessary issue with a withdrawal request this past weekend, I was surprised and yet upon reflection, not so surprised to see their once high rating here, had plummeted over the years to 1.5 stars. Yikes! I wish I had of checked before depositing. Take a moment to learn from my mistake. I deposited from my bank account through Interac Online. I've used the same bank account since initial verification. I ended up winning a few hundred, actually just a little over a thousand. Cool. I make a withdrawal request to be sent back to the same bank account I made the deposit from. Easy. The next day, I receive an email from LeoVegas, stating that in order to release my funds, I must first log into two completely unrelated payment platforms, (neither of which were used to make my deposit, nor were they requested as withdrawal methods), take screenshots of these accounts and upload them to LeoVegas as a "security measure". That if I do not do this, they will cancel the withdrawal request in 7 days. So, the math: verified bank deposit + verified bank withdrawal request = please go open two separate and irrelevant payment processing accounts you did not use, log in, send us proof and then we will release funds back to an entirely different bank account. Both accounts mentioned deactivate after a certain period of non use. So in essence, to comply with this ridiculous request, I will need to re-open two different third-party payment processing accounts, which I have no intention of using, have these companies somehow link them to my old accounts (I've since spoken to reps from each company, and they have explained there is no other way to do this). All so that LeoVegas can feel some type of "security" measure has been reached. Note: these accounts were "abandoned" in good standing (I just don't play online that frequently), meaning, there were no amounts owing and the initial verification processes to open them originally had been met successfully. As they have been deactivated, I will need to begin the entire verification process from scratch and ideally get this all done in 7 days, so Leo can send funds to my personal bank account... which has no connection to either company. It's odd that I was not asked for bank verification, identity verification or anything that would seemingly relate to my LeoVegas account or my play this past weekend. Just this non-sensical goose chase, which I'm guessing is purposed to intentionally delay the process, in the hopes that I will just cancel the request or the 7 days will run out and they can then happily cancel it for me. I have nothing but time and a healthy internet connection. Moral of this story: Don't take the risk with LeoVegas, if they resort to these tactics over a few hundred dollars, just imagine what lengths they will go to retain significant winnings.

They have variety of slots and games even returns are not bad as well when we compare with other companies!!! Anyway after I send my main bank detail they had a look it and said they’re was another company paying a salary to you can we have that pay slips it is too much ... I said to them it’s my part time job they said Untill I provide they don’t release my money and verify my documents after that I send that company 3 month pay slips ...., So far almost one month no reply or decision about my case they are holding my money and block my account the only reason they said they want to check my income ? so after watching many streamers and youtubers playing leovegas and constantly winning big pretty much every time i thought id give it a go, over 600 quid on and matched the same bets as these streamers out of interest to see what the reality is. well get exactly same bonus's they got and you guessed it not even 10% of the reward as the streamers, this was tried over a few games... some thing differently not right with leovegas. all the streamers openly promote this site when i got back around 550 hours and hours of playing put into withdraw yet hours later still allows to cancel the withdraw .... a dirty trick used by casinos as many will cancel the withdraw and they know it. site needs to be investigated as some thing is really wrong.

I have been trying to withdraw money from my LeoVegas account now since March 22, 2020 and it is March 27, 2020. I have had nothing but a whole lot of super friendly, patient and indeed kind Customer Service Agents trying to help me with resolving the issues I have been experiencing but they have not been able to do anything other than tell me that 'someone' from this team or that team will have to get back to me 'as soon as possible' to assist me withdrawing the funds. It's funny though because I was able to use my online banking to deposit money to the acct with them but they have so far been unsuccessful in assisting me to have the money withdrawn and put back onto the same bank account?!? I have provided them with all of the verifying information they have requested of me and in the meantime I have also spent over 15 hours with various agents on live chats trying to resolve this unsuccessfully. I have been told that someone in the payment team would need to get back to me, someone from the Tech Team, and then again someone from the payment team, yet nobody has gotten back to me. I have been told that its because I need to clear the cache and the cookies, when I had already done that and the list really goes on and on and on. At the end of the day, I have been kind, have been patient and have been understanding but there is NO WAY that it should take this long. I was even told by an agent today that it would be much faster if they could just send me a 'wire transfer' and then told me that i would need to get a form from my bank that would allow that to happen ASAP. the funny thing is that when I went to the bank they literally LAUGHED OUT LOUD at me and told me that they believe it is a scam and that in sending the information that I had already sent them initially to 'verify my account details'.. I had provided them with enough information to cause an incredible nightmare for myself and my personal credit rating... If anyone has any sort of suggestions on how i can resolve this matter as soon as possible it would be great to learn more about that. Thank you kindly,

I recently reopened my account with Leo Vegas as I couldn't remember why I closed it in the first place. However, after using it again for slots, the reason became very apparent very quickly. I made a 1st deposito of €50. The bonus of €50 they promised me i never got. You have to wager it many times. Other casinos give an instant bonus. I closed my account the same evening.

Hope you dont win. Nice site good games but if you win and try to collect they make it so far impossible to collect. Lots of hoops to jump thru and need to jump thru multiple times. Stay away basically stealing your winnings.

I did a review on this LeoVegas before about the bonus. They replied with ....... With regards to our bonus program, we have a promotions team who regularly send out offers to our customers, free spins and bonuses via sms and email. We also have the Promotions page of the website too which is open for all customers to use. We are always updating this so please take a look when you have a moment. This is not true. They do not send anything apart from the same one that they have every week which is offered to everyone. my partners has a account and his vip is very low and receive the same one. I am always on the site and don’t receive anything. I check everyday. I only get a Bonus when I go online to live support and ask them for one. Also I sometime just test to see if they would give something if if I don’t put anything but never receive anything and only when I put money in and ask for a bonus I would receive one. I told live support about it and they told me that’s not true. then how come I never get anything unless I put money in? My account was locked out and they said they were concerned because I said I wasted lots of money leveling my vip level. If they read properly they would of seen that I said that I should be taking my money leveling at another casino where they actually give free bonus and not waste my money leveling with the LeoVegas loyalty programme when they said to me at level 43 I would not receive anything. Why would I want to keep spending my money at your casino when there are way better loyalty programmes offered at other casinos. But in previous message they also said you will get higher bonus from the loyalty department, the higher level I am. I go on a lot and ask for free bonus and one of the support went on to say can you not Afford to lose because you alway asking for bonuses. I ask for bonus because you never send any and I am on there a lot nearly every day, still not receiving any unless go and ask them For it. Who doesn’t like to spend free money or spins before using their own money? I have proof of what they said in chat transcripts. I am not making this up, I can screenshot the chat transcript. Don’t sign up with LeoVegas, they give you nothing in the loyalty programme. They lock your account for with no evidence to back up their claims and not tell you the reason till they have already done it. Log you out in middle of conversations or end chat on you cause they don’t want to deal with you anymore. Forgot to mention i was waiting for one of my chat transcript because I couldn’t get it cause they logged me out. Speaking to one of the support i was told “I’m surely to get it today” but did not receive it. I went to live support and was told it could take 30 days to receive it. So one persons tells me I would get it that day and then another tells me 30, really poor customer support people and they can’t help and tell they you to email the department instead, they waste your time and cant solve any problems.

Horrible casino, I was told at level 43 you don’t get any bonus. They don’t send bonus unless you beg them for it. They locked me out of my account without telling me. I was in chat talking to them and was logged out twice and when I came back, I was locked out by them. They didn’t tell me they are going to do so. When I contacted them again, they said they emailed me straight away saying I was locked out which is a lie and I have time stamp when I received email and when chat ended. I asked for all my chat transcripts from that day which they said they will send me. Still did not receive anything. When I went back to try get the transcript again , the support were not helpful even went on to say that I was locked out because Apparently I claimed I lost so much which was not true, they made up stories. I have the actual screenshots on my phone of the conversation and I never once stated I was losing to much money. I even asked them to show me where I stated I lost so much and she just said unfortunately she can’t help and need to go talk to another Department. Also they can’t even spell my name right and kept calling me sir when I’m a woman. Guess they don’t know how to read or spell.
