Social Responsibility with regards to depositing funds They have this system were you don't have to put your cvv number in to deposit funds. On every game you load, a tab follows and persistently suggests 3 separate amounts to deposit and all you do is click on the amount. No deposit card cvv number is required. This is a gateway to gambling harm because if the site is left open when you leave the room, anybody, especially the very young can deposit funds by simply clicking on one of the suggested amounts and start playing. This has happened to me with my Grandson who kept clicking on the suggested amounts and then started continually playing on these slots, depositing these 3 figure amounts suggested by Leovegas 14 times not realising that this was real money he was playing with. Surely there should have been some sort of intervention by Leovegas at that point, what with these multiple deposits being made in such a short period time. I have contacted Nicola in complaints but all I got was a cut and paste out of their terms and conditions referring to the fact that I am responsible for my account. This could never have happened if like other sites, you need to put your cvv number in every time you deposit. After over nearly two weeks I am still awaiting for some sort of resolution to my problem and have just been on to their customer chat right now and find that I am 34th in the queue this is why I am writing this review, as nobody at Leovegas wants to know. When I complained about this very harmful and dangerous depositing system they have, they went and locked my account. I don't know how many stars to give them as they don't seem to want to know, so I cannot judge their response, But with regards to their persistently harassing depositing system, only one star I'm afraid.

Hey guys..recently i found out about leovegas and like everybody i was hesitant whether it’s a real deal or not so to check out I deposited 1000 rs. but did not gambled. I got cold feet and tried to withdraw without playing. I didn’t understood why the money kept coming back to my leovegas account but then i found out i was withdrawing via Astro card method & the money went to my astro wallet (you need to create astro account if you withdraw through Astro method) & from there i could transfer back to my account with 3% transaction fee which is not a big deal. But before you withdraw any amount that you have won or your own deposited money you have to verify your account & identity. The name on the bank account & leovegas has to be same. I shared my passport, a utility bill & bank statement and i was good to go. If u need any help at any point just use live chat feature it’s amazing i have to say. They are so polite, friendly & give you the best instructions possible. So i deposited money again played for a while & won a little money & i withdrew again without any problems. I promise you the site is legit. It’s my own experience. From seeing reviews here i can see people are not happy but I don’t know why. No one likes loosing their money but it happens sometimes. I think many negative reviews are because of that. Anyway i had a blast playing live casino. Loved it.

Here is an email I sent to them tonight. I will update everyone on their response tomorrow if they get back to me. That being said I'm pretty sure its part of their business plan to defraud customers. I have spoken to some others from casinomeister who have had their funds stolen by this company and discussing a possible class action lawsuit. This may sound crazy but my friend and I have set up an appointment with a friend of ours who is a lawyer on Monday next week and he deals with this type of fraud all the time. We need to put a stop to these fraudulent online casinos. These guys are thieves and who knows, maybe we can shut them down so others don't have to deal with what we have. I usually play elsewhere but figured I'd try this site. Huge mistake! Anyways here is what I sent them "You guys have stolen my money. Fed me false information which I have a full records of. Told me Sunday, Monday, Tuesday that I would have the wire transfer completed the following day. You took deposits from my bank only to tell me after when making a withdrawal that my bank doesn't accept funds from your company. I have contacted this email address many times never getting a straight answer, 24 hour support who have no authority to do anything, asked to speak with a manager that was declined. You have wasted at least 20-25 hours of my time and it is effecting my work and have lost significant accounts due to your negligence. I am posting a reply below from trustpilot where almost every review of your site is you defrauding customers. As well I have put a comment below from your rep who responds to these reviews where he responds to a complaint and says withdrawals are reviewed within a few hours. Very disappointed in this company. The games are really good. Unfortunately when it come time to withdraw your money, good luck! They are very underhanded and will not let you get your money out. They have told me twice they were proceeding with a cashout and didn't do it. Now asking for more information after they said they had everything they need twice. I recommend choosing a more legit site.

Tried depositing a little amount of money. I deposited 2000INR this morning, then i received fifteen messages from my bank that 30k INR has been debited from my account and is left with 2785 INR. It's 9th of February. Early in the month. How am i supposed to spend the rest of my month with that little amount? My month is ruined. I have a family to feed. It left me with tears. I joined LeoVegas a few weeks ago and can honestly say I have experienced zero problems. I can’t believe how many issues others have had. I’m in the UK and since joining I’m actually significantly up overall on what I have deposited and really enjoy playing. The withdrawal process is so fast sometimes with large withdrawals being in my account the following day which I’ve never had with other sites. I felt the need to share this after reading all the negative reviews as it doesn’t happen to everyone and I’m really enjoying the site. Sorry to hear others are experiencing so many issues.

I only played on my account, though my brother had allready been playing on that site on his account. But since we use the same IP adress, they took all my money and banned my account

I contacted them because an account was created by my girlfriends UNDERAGE little brother using my info and money and once I found out I immediately informed them and asked to report it and block the account. What do they do? Literally made it so the account was not only still opened, BUT VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS NO LONGER NEEDED SO THE LITTLE Shh STILL HAD ACCESS. I thought the account was closed until 3 days later ANOTHER 40 GOD DAMN DOLLARS SHOWED UP DEBITED ON MY EWALLET STATEMENT FROM THE ACCOUNT (and deposit method) I HAD JUST TOLD THEM WERE FRAUD AND STEALING FROM ME. what's their response now? To have me verify a god damn account I didn't create, to send deposit documents that weren't even the ones being stolen from me, no response besides "this account has been blocked due to security reasons, please submit the deposit method verification in order to verify the account" how do I report this to there licencers and Ombudsman. I have screen shots, chat transcripts and financial statements (including me reporting this to my financial institution) along with proof of their complete and utter lack of customer service and disgusting (seemingly purposeful) ignorance to the situation. Even tho their market is limited and cashout Option is very limited i have been Allright with that. But now they have removed every single form for bonus or offers for me. No more offers under “my offers” no more “my bonuses”. I cant even place bets to earn freebets anymore. Livechat is gone terrible. Very limited. Cant contact at all on livechat. They are not even available every Day and you really dont know when they are available. E-mail is horrible. Takes days to get an answer. I have read other reviews and I wish what others have said didnt prove to be true. I joined LeoVegas a couple months ago. I won a decent amount of money a few days ago, which would have been my first withdrawal request on the site. I have not heard a peep from anyone about anything! I took it upon myself to research about the verification process and sent them all the required documents (without being asked). No one has contacted me at all, and I have sent two emails with no reply. I am very concerned this site is a scam and I will not get my withdrawal. I find it interesting that their customer service rep can respond to all the negative trustpilot reviews but not actually respond to the customer when they try to reach you. I even tried to contact live support and was made to wait 5 different times in a queue and then when I was supposed to be #1 I was disconnected each and every time. I have played on other sites and have never had even close to a similar experience. I am scared this site is not legit and I have been stolen from. Just like customer service explains to reviewers who are upset about losing. The games are run by algorithms and it's all luck, so then when someone is lucky why are you punishing them and not paying out their winnings. It's now been 3 days and not a word or any sign of life on the other end of the computer. So incredibly sad that businesses like this exist praying on innocent people. If I walked into a casino with $20 pulled the lever and won 1 million dollars the casino isnt going to tell me I dont get my money. If it's a game of chance, and a customer gets lucky, do the right thing and pay them! I wonder if i will ever hear from anyone....

I play in a lot of high streets and often pay cash into my bank account. As I can’t prove where the money came from they’ve closed my account. Absolute scam. I have been trying to cash out for over a month. Had to submit sensitive personal information, then withdrawal was cancelled. Was asked to submit credit card information. Credit card not verified, still shows pending for over a week, and withdrawal cancelled again. Several attempts to reach support via contact us form have garnered zero response, aside from auto reply claiming 24 hour response time. Email address garners same response. Live chat indicates a queue of 3 or more people, which never changes and kicks you off before you connect. Deposits take seconds. So as long as you plan of losing your money to them and continuing to deposit, service is fantastic, don't try to get your winnings though. Scam scam scam scam scam!!! Beware!!!

After deposits totalling thousands of ponds, Leo Vegas asked me for proof of income, I explained I put cash in via winnings form high street outlets and other online sites. So as I couldn’t prove I earned the money they closed my account giving me no chance of ever winning back some of MY money. This is outrageous and should not be allowed. However, now they simply closed my account because of 'restructuring', which smells like bs. Customer support will not give me any proper info and just says I can't open a new one. I was lured into the online casino while reading a story about the leovegas CEO losing his job for making a glitch in the game. I was asked to deposit ₹1000 to get ₹30,000 cash benefits. I only realized after depositing my cash that I was caught in a bait. I tried to withdraw my cash within 5 min. But, It didn’t work out. Fast forward, It’s the 9th day. I contacted the support team, I was told to verify my account. I uploaded all the necessary documents and they rejected that all the pictures were blurry. I have been with the support team for nearly 5 hrs. It’s still of no use. They say, They still need a better pic my documents. I use the latest phone, I don’t understand how it could be blurry. P.S I also realised later that the story was a clickbait to lure customers in (I read this in an article). I only wanted the money which I deposited, I never used their service. Pros: It’s easier to enter the site, sign up and deposit your cash. The process gets approved in seconds. Voila, You’re in ! Cons: In order to withdraw your cash. You will be asked to submit your sensitive information and documents which will sometimes take forever or maybe never in my case.

I could Not believe What I read online Actually happened to me. The deposits Go very well taking in 2 seconds I was never able to withdrawls my winnings. an error message kept appearing. I have proof I tried to withdrawls as i kept getting the validation email. The customer support said it was from.their end. I finally gave up after 2 weeks of being ignored. Over the last 20 years I have tried out almost every sports betting site, and LeoVegas have proved to be the absolute worst from the perspectives of trust and customer service. The verification process was smooth enough, but once complete they advised my withdrawals had been processed (in fact I received 2 emails to that effect)... however I never received the funds, every following day for seven days they stated they were having technical issues with fulfilling Paypal withdrawals - which they also said were affecting all customers (I have a gut feeling that wasnt true but thats by the by). They were unable to say what the exact nature of the problem was, and also how long it would take to resolve it. Finally, today, I was advised to log back in to the account and rerequest the withdrawals back to Paypal.... but I was unable to do so because I was on a 6 week time out AND had previously asked them to close the account (which they did). Out of exasperation and to ensure I never do business with this company again, I requested a permanent self exclusion... then I got an email back saying that I already had a self excluded account on another of their brands and therefore they would confiscate my winnings and only refund the deposits... all after being told for days I had either been sent the withdrawals in full already, or would be soon in due course. Needless to say I have filled a rogue operator report directly with UK Gambling Commission and also raised a case with IBAS. I cannot envisage this company still being in existence 5 years from now, given this kind of conduct...
