I had deposited amount of Rs 40,000 INR and side by side I uploaded documents so that my account get verified for withdrawals the moment my account get verified that time there is balance of around 60,000 INR approx and the very moment balance of Rs 40,000 INR get vanished. on asking with them where that money goes one person said you have deposited money with someone else credit card so we don’t accept 3rd party transaction so we initiated refund to same credit card . I was satisfied. And when next day I haven’t got any amount refunded and ask them again they said you lost that amount ( basically they are liar don’t want to pay you back ) . I told them please go through the casino and transaction history and prove me that I lost the bets they have no answers to my questions and on calling customer care they don’t know a single thing about anything they put me on call around 20 min and on last said they will check and my be you lost your bets . There is a option on app to check your lost and win bets I told them to go through that but they are not listing. One person saying it will be returned and another is saying you lost . It’s all Fake thing don’t use this application .. moreover they said withdrawing money through Skrill account is immediate not its been more that 30 hours i haven’t received any amount it’s still pending .. I have all the screen shots of chat and mails I send them anyone one to see please whatsapp me 9555955950. . Even they don’t reply on mails also fake maid if for customer care

Leovegas seems to be happy to take money from you but does everything to not give you your winnings. I waited 6 days for my withdrawal...they finally emailed me 6 days later that I have to give them my driver's license and also utility bill to have the winnings to be transferred to my account. Why don't they tell you to do that right away instead of making me wait. It's like they want your money but won't give you your winnings at all. Why take the money right away with the bank account provided but won't send the money that you have won to the same bank account without difficulty? Worst experience with this.

I signed up today and got sent a verification code through text and i entered it and I got "your account is now locked" so I went to live chat asking what the hell, all I wanted to do was sign up like? During the chat I also received a welcome email with a completely different verification code! But when I started the chat, it said queue position 2! Half hour later, still 2! 🙄 eventually I got someone on the chat and straight away got asked for ID and bank or welfare statements for verification. First of all, I don't mind sending proof of I.D to show that i am over age, but what's a bank statement or welfare letter got to do with it? He said proof of address but like u don't need my address realistically if I was making deposits or withdrawals! Also the person was very very rude, so I decided not to send any documents and told them to delete the account all together, as I don't want my name, date of birth or phone number registered on their site anymore! The person then tried to tell me I signed up like 3 weeks ago 😂 which is not true as I never even heard of the site until today! Hence why I tried signing up today! He was cheeky and said look back on your emails to the 7th nov and I did out if curiosity and guess what, no email from Leo Vegas for that date! As I did not sign up then! I tried signing up today. Was told I can't use my account anymore if I don't send verificaion, which I found funny cause I didn't even get to use the account in the first place! Never in my life have I come across such bad service for just trying to sign up! And by reading all the bad reviews on this site, I'm actually glad now I got such bad service and got them to delete the account straight away! So thanks Leo Vegas for your appalling service! Cause by the look of other reviews, I think I had a lucky escape!

I so wish I had researched this sportsbook properly before signing on. Have been trying to withdraw money for over a week. They keep asking for me to verify my account (despite the fact that they sent me an email saying my documents had been verified on October 23). I understand now based on all these reviews that they will never give me my money and there is nothing I can do. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS. I’m trying to get them ranked on the blacklist on sportsbookreview.com in the hopes of preventing anyone else from going through this.

Avoid like the plauge , even when you win you lose Hi , I used leo vagas in the past so I thought I would try my luck again! , I have a joint bank account with my son but I acsidently put his long card number instead of mine even tho it's the same account anyways I notified leo vagas of this I resived a email saying that it's fine to use this card but any further deposits on this card will be void , I then opened up live chat to make sure with the relevant department that I can withdraw this time but in future use the right card I made sure 100% and they agreed that I can withdraw after they got through to the relevant department , I saved all emails and screenshotted proof of the live chat anyways today I got a email after my withdrawl got canceld and my account blocked stating that I used my son's card and it's not allowed even tho I have proof that they agreed I can withdrawl but not use the card again .

I have had been a loyal customer of Leovegas for quite some time, but over the last couple of months I had several issues whereby I made a deposit via Trustly and was taking from my account, but not added to my leovegas account. This is happened several times. I have now decided to cancel my entire account with Leovegas and also holding them liable for punitive damages. Have spend a lot of time and energy contact via Chat/Email/Phone and always the same answer we will look in to this come back to you via email. Please be careful opening an account with Leovegas, please also consider that they have received a fine as well recently for targeting certain customers in for example NL, which is not allowed!!!!!

Live chat is a joke i was position 1 and waited more than 30 minutes after 20 minutes i thought my website froze or something. Biggest joke on the website of bookmakers. WARNING!! THIS SITE IS A SCAM. Worst online casino to deal with. I have been waiting 2 weeks to get my withdrawal now because the documents I've sent are 'insufficient' the same documents were fine weeks earlier when the withdrawal was much smaller. Customer service is rubbish I had on multiple occasions had the representatives tell me everything was sorted and I could expect it to be payed out, only to find a few days later when I asked what the hold up was that i needed to do more documents. I would highly reccomend staying away from this site and their rubbish. UPDATE. as requested I contacted the customer support team. Again for the 100th time and sure enough the same result these scumbags just mess you around. Take your money no problems and find anyway they can not to pay you.

Hands down the worst online casino out there in terms of withdrawing money or dealing with customer 'support it's been 3 days already for what should be a 5 miniute bank transfer, I've had to send all sorts of personal documents multiple times to approve the withdrawal but after 3 days it STILL says pending. And then after all this they hit me with an account verification request to slow things down even more. Never ever ever give a single penny to these clowns, best options are sky casino or virgin gaming. I've dealt with 5 different customer service people all of whom have given completely different information and been completely unhelpful.

Been using leo vegas for over a year. Can't complain about winning/losing I'm probably more winning up to now. My complaint is withdrawal times, used to be go on live chat request for it to be pushed through, done in minutes straight to bank. All changed without any emails or notifications. Now takes 48 hours plus, live chat no help, no explanations, nothing. To go from minutes to days is pretty crap. So if you request withdrawal and win again 24 hours later you have to cancel that withdrawal and start again and back to the bottom of thr que. Pretty shoddy

My problem is with the Panda Paws Game. When I first started playing it, I won big. But since then I noticed the game is super stingy. The panda often opens & closes its eyes immediately so you miss out on the bonus. When you do get the panda bonus you get the mind trick game which ends in you not getting anything. You hardly get the free spins anymore. I've played several times over the last year, and it's never ever been generous like it has the first time & last time I won big. I would actually rate them a 0 star. After almost 2 months of them fighting with me and making up new excuses as to why they wouldnt unlock my account, they finally unlocked it but refused to provide deposits I made and that they already reassured me would be added to my account once it was verified. They stated I went against their rules which was a complete accident and they agreed with that previously and apologized for the inconvenience. This has been non stop miscommunication, dishonest information and promises made by the staff, and every excuse possible not to verify my account. I now hold concerns that they have scammed me into providing them very private information, right down to a copy of my divorce certificate. If they arent a scam site typically, they def fooled and scammed me and over such small amounts is really sad and concerning to me. I guarantee they will not provide my other deposit made into my account either even though they say they are looking into it further. I do not trust them on any info provided by their support staff through email or through chat.

Took about 3 to 4 days but being a Canadian user...i created an idebit account and had the funds transferred there pretty quickly. Now im just waiting for idebit amd my bank account to transfer it into my accouny. They were pretty quick with the withdrawal once that was all set up. My first 48 hours experience on leovegas.com Pro: 1) good layout. You really easily find the matches you want to combine. 2) fast draft after matches are over (no long delays, even on special things like esports) Cons: 1) "technical issues" during registration. When I wanted to chose my welcome bonus a technical problem showed up. I finished the registration and contacted the support. 2) Support doesn't manage it to answer within 1,5 days. Now there comes the weekend and I have to wait 2,5 more days untill I MAYBE get an answer? Really not a good service to a new customer. The problem is when I used the 100% bonus they offer... it says that it failed and you dont get your bonus or your money to your account but it was charged to your bank account.... To add on top of that they took it upon themselves to make 6 more withdrawals off my bank account. In total instead of being charged 4 deposits I got charged for 14. Complete BS and scam. You'll never see your money again son't bother using this site. Now i'll probably receive a reply stating how they have an increase in users("because they're so popular") and that my situation is my fault, and that I didnt keep track of my deposits. GARBAGE.

Was skeptical of attempting to make a withdraw due to all of the negative reviews listed on this site. But my experience with LeoVegas has been great and straight forward! I made a withdraw of $900 and received it in less than 48 hours. By law they have to ask you for all proofs of ID as well. Any problems I recommend chatting to someone via the live chat and it speeds everything up!

This casino has been ridiculous and they have taken every Avenue not to refund my small deposit. It is such a small amount, I cant imagine how ridiculous they will be if someone wins a large amount. Their response times are outrageously long, their live chat support is useless in managing any real issues or providing answers or help with concerns. I was locked out of my account after many deposits because I needed to verify my account. The upload links for documents would not work so I emailed them. It took a week for almost every response and each time made ridiculous reasons why I needed to resend documents but each time I complied. I finally decided to cut my losses, and I randomly received an email stating everything was verified and once I changed password my account would be good. I decided to give the casino another chance at that time so went to log in and it states my account is locked. I get booted off chat 6 times before I choose to email them my issue. I receive an email 2 days later informing me my birth certificate has a different name than my license. To my at 63 years old, it is obvious when I got married I changed my name to my husband's. They now require a marriage certificate for a marriage that ended 30 years ago and my ex husband is not even alive any more. That was outrageous to me. Now I want my pissy deposit back and am told it was invalid so I already received it and that is a complete lie. The site is not worth anyones time and I dont feel you will be paid appropriately without a fight

I tried depositing 1k to check out if these guys are authentic. To my surprise they proved right. They are scammers. Money got deposited, however it is not reflecting in the deposit account. When I tried reaching out one of their chat agent. After a long wait of 30 mins gentleman called David comes out saying share the proof. I have already given debit message that I have received. He says send screenshot to support. What an useless answer it is. I informed him it's a credit card payment and the transaction will take 2 odd days to reflect. He says send proof with screenshot, else we can't do anything. Why the hell I should wait depositing my money with you guys. I have sent an email to their support email id. I'd changed my bank card and cut the original one up..as you do..but they wanted proof I had this card..they said I could go to the bank and they a letter showing the card is not in use now..but the bank would not do this..I told them and they would not have it..the person on chat Gareth even swore at me..all over 40 quid...so I closed my account and left the 40 quid..for them..as they obviously need it more than me.. It is a big scam... First you make winnings and then they start to not add your winnings to your balance and claim that it is a technical error. So both your stake amount and the winning disappear from your balance with no records. I have lost a lot of my balance because of this. Requested a withdrawal to PayPal almost 2 weeks ago, which was not received - PayPal confirmed the transaction was not made. I have been asking customer services to confirm the status of my money for a week now, with no update apart from 'it has been passed on to our verifications team'. Been trying to withdraw my funds for close to 2 months. Everytime they come with an absurd requirement. Either change my account or change the withdrawal method. Finally they said on 14th Aug they had done the transaction and till date (Aug 27th) I have not received the funds. They went to the extend of saying that the bank is not transferring the amount to me but they have transferred to my bank. They gave me a transaction number which the bank said does not exist. And they repeatedly ask for my bank statement. When I ask for proff that they have done the transaction, they simply say that they are not supposed to share the information.
