Well Leo was one of my favourite sites I have been enjoying playing here for over 2 years never had an issue up untill now and my god they have created issues for no reasonThey asked for documents fine not an issue standard procedure . happily sent my current card details that i have been using on this site for over a year this was accepted but some reason they have still limited my account. Spoke to a member called Christina who said we need to see the other card I explained that the other card is my old one that expired back in july 2023 and i no longer have it ,and the one i currenlty use is the replacement from the same bank account .This wasn't good enough and said we still need proof of that card . I told them that is impossible and i feel this is totally unreasonable to ask for a card that is obsolete just to play on this site. Why are they now asking when I have been playing on the site with the new card for over a year with no issue.They are saying they will not approve my documents unless I can provide the card I had from 2023. I'm not against given documents but to go back to 2023 with a cut up expired card is a big ask don't you think ? This seems to defy any reason, logic or common sense I have raised a complaint due to how this has been dealt with and have been told that i have to wait for an email going forward.

Honestly used to love this site, but i withdrew 2 amounts on friday, got email for one, it showed as approved and also was in my account straight away like it ALWAYS does. The other amount was withdrawn 5 minutes after this one, but i had no email nothing in the bank and it still shows as pending on my account, if its approved why does it still show as pending 4 days later? contactd support 3 times and was told each time that ,my money was sent, but it hasnt been as i never got the email, was told to contact my bank which i did today and they told me theres nothing waiting to come into my account.....if the account shows as pending and i didnt get an email why tell me its done? so so frustrated - joe bartlett......update contacted and asked for proof of approval of the withdrawal as i havent had it and still nothing,....here is a copy of the conversation where the agent clearly avoids my question asking for proof again ok so why doesnt it say approved on the account says:and can i see confirmation of the approval?says:if you can give me evidence of approval that would be great because i have no evidence it has been done and it shows as pending still as explainedLorenzoLorenzo says:Thank you very much Joe the transaction as been process, we need just to wait the 5 working days before we can look in further.says:ok so can you provide me with confirmation and answer any of the questions i just asked please?says:as this conversation is currently being copied onto my trustpilot review, and youve clearly just ignored my questions about proof of approval, can you send me proof of the approval ?Sent · Just nowType a messageUPDATE - gave them my info to contact me, not heard anything even after their reply.....also withdrawal still pending, als not in account.

Went into chat as my games was not loading, was told needed verify my documents again i said close my account(they did), no security was asked but oh send me a link in chat so could upload my documents and i could use this link see my name etc in any browser/android/ios, so this is a DPA breach. customer support is so bad, asked few times in chat raise complaint and ignored, saying someone be in touch tomorow. i wouldnt recomend this site anyone, stick to the bigger companies. someone did get back me and sent me an email with address for complaints team, they can take complaints in chat states this in there site. Chat time are so bad a nour wait :(

Never had any issues until now. Butmade a $2100 and $950 withdrawal yesterday on the 4th sept and normally they would be in my account by 10.30am the nect day (conformation of funds on way email recieved on the night of the 4th). Have rung the bank and they are saying they cant see any trace of it. But leovegas chat service lady says its been sent. Wheres my money???

absolutely appalling , take forever to verify, but this only is asked after withdrawal. it clearly stated it was fully verified , so I continued to use website. that was obviously false. then I supply documents, approved... account still closed. even though on my emails it Cleary states I can "it back and relax and enjoy" more lies. also stated on my account I can " enjoy any winnings". now I'm just getting fobbed off that my documents are being verified. 5 days on, still same rubbish

By far the worst online casino company.Had my account nearly 2 years and in that time I don’t think I’ve won more than 10 pounds. I know nothing is guaranteed when it comes to gambling I am a regular gambler but this site gives you nothing in return. Bonuses are few and far then when one does eventually land it’s very little pay outs. My advice to others is avoid and use a more up to date company.

Stay away from them. I opened an account on Sunday and it was shadow banned by Tuesday (capped at $2 per sport bet). Placed less than 20 bets al under $100 with them before doing that. However, 70% of them hit and that trigger them. Usually I am a losing player, finally getting some games right (luck mostly) and they couldn't have it. They also make your withdrawals difficult and you have to engage them to speed up the process. In fact , they just want to convince you not to withdraw. A true bucket shop that wants just full suckers and not semi-suckers like myself. I am actually thinking to address this with the local MP since I don't think they should be allowed to operate in Canada.

I’ve always had a good experience with the chat support but over the last month it’s been really bad. Ever since you guys moved to the new chat support platform the wait time has drastically increased I am currently waiting on a response it’s been almost an hour and no one has responded. This is so bad, refine the process, get more people or roll back to the old support platform if it’s not working.

Made a withdrawal of $3000 got a confirmation email on July 12 saying the withdrawal is processed, the money never made it to my bank account. Asked for help from customer service, I was asked to submit my bank statement showing all the transactions starting from July 12 till date. I had to wait a month to get my bank statement since it's auto generated every month. When I finally got my bank statement and uploaded for them, I was told it isn't acceptable since it's not showing transaction of July 11 even though the withdrawal was processed on July 12. I uploaded my bank statement from the previous month showing all transactions till July 11. In short I provided them with 2 bank statements from June 12 till Aug 12, despite that nothing was done and the funds are still missing, customer service agents are clueless they ask for information in bits and pieces, I have kept all the emails stating that the documentation was accepted and verified and next day they were rejected.

Paysafe was forced as a withdraw but there is no way to do a bank deposit and that would be my preffered deposit method too. There needs to be a review into feasibility of certain withdraw methods, and or add the option to deposit with a bank so I can withdraw that way
