Hi I been playing LeoVegas quite long I like to play there but when I came to know of you are depositing the money then they have no problem you can waste as long as you want good for them but when you want to withdraw they take you to the different level where they say your username is not match username name is just a username it doesn’t matter matter is only the person who is playing they are legit and they have proof of everything I have proof of everything where I can show I am same person and I do deposit same cards all I can provide along with the proof Now they are not listening I want to take legal action against them I want to withdraw money that not fair it’s sitting there in my account I will contact dia for that take all legal activities gambling commission aswel Very poor service leo Vegas pls sort out my withdraw

Absolute disgrace off a company. Should be struck off in the uk. Borderline robbery.Been on multiple other sites never had a problem but these guys are just something else.Refusing to let me withdraw money but let me deposit £500 plus after trying to withdraw. Then closed my accounts Unbelievable.

I have now been blocked from my account for trying to come to some sort of compromise regarding my winnings!! They are still insisting I provide evidence from a card I have not owned in a long time. After trying to withdraw I had a request for verification documents. They wanted a photo of my card and address details. I sent both then after emailing them for an update was informed the card photo I sent wasn't accepted. Even though it was the card I'd deposited from.they wanted a photo of an old card I no longer had. They also told me not to cover the security number ( most sites ask this) as they'd do it themselves! I told them I no longer have it and they're insisting I get the details from my bank! How dare they! I'll keep you updated on any progress. It all seems very suspicious so far though!

I don’t normally do reviews but felt like I had to do this one.. would be 0 stars if possible, one of the most horrible worst companies I have ever come across, literally 1000’s of spins paying out 2c wins majority of the time, multiple games played too all the same, they are scammers, never been so disgusted in my entire life, closed my account for good along with many others, karma will come for the people who organise these kind of companies, I was so shocked with disappointment you would not believe, stay away from horrible disgusting companies like these

It’s terrible pay back now, I know longer enjoy it either and have played back games and think it’s very questionable. Also haven’t won in a very long time . I am leaving as well.

Don’t play on this casino. I was in the process of withdrawing and my account was locked. I just verified my card clicked back in and I had been locked out of my account. Spoke to support and they’re no help takes 15min to respond.

Legit company in terms of getting money in and out, they are owned now by MGM. The problem with them is the RTP is brutal compared to other sites even though they offer the same games as most other sites. Far more value on other sites that have better RTP combined with much better player offers

Such a scamI tried to withdraw my winnings and they locked my account saying i needed to send proof of address, Bank statement, Photo of identification, and photos of my debit card which already seemed sketchy but i did it anyway wanting my winnings, sent it through and they said as my card doesn't have my name on it as it was given on the day at the bank branch they said i needed to ask the bank for this information, i called my bank and they said theres nothing they can give me and that they shouldn't need this information considering debit cards have a digital identification and they should see who owns the card,i asked Leovegas support if there was any other way i could prove it considering the information i have been given or if i have to ask my bank for something else, and he said no there is nothing we can do for you, i said so i just cant access my account anymore and he said yes unless i can get them what they asked which in my situation and information i have been given i cannot

Avoid this site. I have the same problem as a lot of others. I can deposit money no questions asked. As soon as I try to withdraw winnings they need Id proof of address bank statement. Fair enough. But they also want pictures of my credit card. No way. Than they said I could get proof of credit card from bank. I rang and bank doesn’t do that. I asked if I could send my statement with the deposits I made from my account. They won’t accept that. On top of that I tried to verify myself before I started.it doesn’t let you until you try to withdraw money. It’s a very obvious technique of getting money off people who won’t be able to get it out. DO BOT USE LEOVEGAS

Had always trusted leo,verified for years,everything in order,never any problems. Playing fire in the hole 2,game breaks, i take screenshots as im in a bonus round contact support,eventually told there is a problem,"dont worry you havent lost any money". five days later game is fixed but my bonus round and winnings (only in the region of £56 with a spin left on £1.50 spins). despite screenshots they cant find the round,basically saying ive invented the whole thing! "sorry for your frustration" the bog standard reply.Ask what would you do? no reply,eventuall cut off.Emails stop, emails from complaints department no reply.Now using Ibas and the uk gambling commission and small claims court. may cost me thousands but its the principle. I enjoy the vast selection of games and find site simple and easy to use. But what i enjoy most is the quick approval of withdrawals and respond from customer support who are very helpful and friendly. First of all I self-exclude myself in 2021, whined them to open my account In 2022. Lost a few thousand €s. On 1.8.2023 I went to their chat and told them I have a BAD gambling problem. They closed my accounts and told me not to try opening any new accounts with them. And this April I tried to log in to my account and it did. Lost again. I chatted with them about why is my account open they told me that I self-excluded for 180days (a lie) and after that account opens automatically. I have been asking for our chat conversations, it's been a month now. They told me today that they have sent me the file on 22nd of April (a lie) cause I never got the email nor the SMS (a password to open the file), now they are telling me that they need to regenerate the file again and I need to wait. This casino is I scam.

The Welcome package tells you everything you need to know about this company. Go to their own website and see that they offer a deposit match up to 100% and bonus Spins. But when you read the small print, you have wager the deposit 35 times before you get any bonus. For example, if you deposit $20 you somehow have to win $700 off that $20 to get back $20 in bonus money and the free spins, so basically, you’re not getting anything back unless it’s the luckiest $20 you’ve ever gambled ever. Read up about this site, they have a low return pay rate. I also made a first time deposit and they didn’t give me the welcome package Bonus. This casino’s support has ignored my emails for over a month even after bumping the emails in case it fell through the cracks or whatnot.I’ve never been hostile or been a pain in any way is why I’m so caught off guard by this. Full context is they asked me to verify my employment so I sent them my paystubs for the past 3 months the same day and a month later and 3 different weekly follow up emails trying to understand the radio silence and if I could get an ETA to close this request I still haven’t got a l reply.Really nothing feels worse than getting disrespected like that so I figured I’d take the time to leave the experience here so others know before signing up to just steer clear. I probably sold my identify giving them my pay stubs so let me be your experienced guide and heed my warning.

This site is a borderline scam.I put cash on with my bankcard and lost it, i put some on with my creditcard and i tried to cash out the original amount.After a few days they sent me an email saying that I had to withdraw to my credit card that i put the cash on with.So i did, I waited and waited and waited.I came to realize that they money was never coming so i pissed away the money.DO NOT put money into this site, it seems like you get to play but then they never pay you, they wait for you to get frustrated and gamble away anything you won.I will report them to the BBB in canada and the CCIJ, these shady operations should be exposed.

None of their policies are clear, their communications and justifications for voiding bets are all over the place and inconsistent, and the moment you win money you get so heavily limited that it’s not worth betting. I made $1876 (only 1200$ profit) over the span of 2 weeks and was limited to 2$ or under on any bet. An absolute joke of a sports book

Where to begin..... I open an account and was asked to verify my account, which i have no problem doing. I uploaded my driver license, which was accepted no problem. I went onto my sky account and downloaded a PDF file of my bill and it was rejected as it did not display a Eircode(postcode) ok which understandable, I then realized all my bills don't have Eircode's as they were new in Ireland the past 8 years or so, but I found out my revolut has one, so i downloaded this again and submitted this as a PDF format to be told by Mark that it looks scanned ? I was chatting to another agent before called Michael who said the best way to submit proof of address is via PDF format, so there is confusion between the staff. You guys really need to check other peoples PDF files of other players for scanned documents from the revolut app!! I would not recommend this site to anyone as the agents are contradicting themselves and i have just wasted 2.5 hours going round in circles

If I could I’d give 0 star I got 15 bonus on one specific game one after another took over 100 pounds of me on a low stake and all paid 3 pounds two pounds not asking for hundreds but how can that many bonus give you those pay on one game I will never play on leovegas

I never had problems with LeoVegas, been with them for about 5-6 years now, the customer service is always on point, quick to respond and satisfy your needs, withdrawals are instant if you use direct bank transfer, and a few hours if you withdraw to your card. Their customer service always stands out from any other sites that I use. Game selection is always good and had some good wins on it too. So if you have all the verifications completed properly you should not have any problems with this site, i don't know why people are writing bad comments!

Won £12000 one was their own bonus from the site and then another was a couple of big slot wins. Tried to withdraw took me from being Verified to asking for documents sent documents told I'm no longer allowed access to any of their sites and they took the money.. Good luck if you win anything with these guys :(
