I’ve played at Livescore for 2-3 Years i think now & i mainly use the site for Slots & Football Betting. Currently wagered almost 200k through on the casino & have a overall loss of £1200 so my RTP is above 99%. The site isnt rigged, i hate to read stupid reviews just because someone has a bad session or two or three they think it’s rigged. I’ve done 28 deposits on Livescore at one point without a cashout likewise i’ve had Runs of cashouts day in day out its luck! Only issue I have is they have decided to lower the RTP’s on some of the Slots which although it’s only a 2% or 3% drop it makes a massive difference if you play regularly in terms of your value for money & the expected amount of spins you will get over the long run from a deposit. I love the fact they process my withdrawals usually within minutes but always within 6-12 hours. Happy customer just not too pleased with the lowered RTP’s i understand the UK market is not what it was for Casinos

Cheap sign up offer was only £5 deposit for 100 wager free spins went on to win £50 withdraw it and arrived within 3 hours didn’t even need to send any documents got verified instantly which is impressive seen as first withdrawals usually take longer my only downside not many new games but it still has a decent amount just not the ones I want like elk for example can’t complain though I will definitely be back

100 deposits 7 withdrawals pretty much says it all about this site and withdrawals have not been big either a few just £20. Weekend tournaments just eat money and you got to be really lucky to get £10. The games can take 500-1000x before getting a good bonus the rtp are so low on a the slots it’s pretty bad, they dont have some of my favourite pragmatic games like floating dragon slots , on the house roulette you can win chips which 9/10 instant loss. Also you get kicked out of alot of the games half way through playing. I currently have a net loss of over £1700 and what have I got in return 0 they can’t even throw a small bonus cash amount for all your play and losses . The only good point is when I’ve made a withdrawal its been really quick and staff have always been helpful towards me.

I’ve been kicked out of the chat multiple times. Terms of bonus offer are different in reality. 24h becoming 72 just like that. Customer service is really bad, only learnt quotes and answers like speaking with the robot.

Start with the bad, Todd M is an appalling customer service agent.Other than him, the site is brilliant. Deposit bonus paid out as advertised, Huge selection of games with a fair game given and a stable connection when playing, not like some who constantly chuck you out the game every 15 mins, and I got a good game for my money on several occasions. The odds on the bets also give the best odds guarantee.Most importantly, withdrawals take a matter of hours. Luckily, I am in profit with this site and had no issues whatsoever. So it’s a thumbs up from me, which cannot be said about certain casinos, fair play to these.

Worst odds on slots ever, ofcourse gambling is luck based but i have been playing the same slots on many different sites and when you play here you can spin 500-1000 times without hitting anything, once you finally reach a bonus after a ridiculous amount of spins the payout is a 5x, time and time again. I can’t understand how this company is allowed to exist the slots here are unbelievably rigged beyond belief to be honest. I have spent over £3000 on the slots I have been in bonuses where its given me not even a single win spin and game that I’m already down like £300 £400 I would get a bonus and win like £7.60 the best win I have had is £149 on a £2 stake after spending near £500. The reason I continue to play is for my YouTube channel and I am also in contact with gambling commission I am gathering evidence of the slots performance. Sometimes games will bring up a scatter of 2 scatters and not the 3rd and it will do this 3 or even 4 times after each other so it’s making you think the bonus is near dropping but in actual fact it’s not going to come in at all. Wanted me to submit id verification by sending a photo of me holding my driving license or passport, with alongside a piece of paper with today’s date written on it. I asked them to just close my account instead and refund my money but on their chat facility, the account was abruptly closed and they’ve kept my money! I’ve also contacted their support email but they haven’t responded. Criminal!You’ll see below that they’ve now suggested I contact them through live chat, ignoring the fact that it was their employee on livechat who abruptly terminated both my account and the conversation.

Really should have read the reviews. It’s a scam. They take your money(without telling you you’ll have to verify your account before you can play) and then their verification doesn’t work and they basically get to to keep your money. They even asked me for a selfie with todays date on?! How do I do that?….borrow a camera from the 90’s. Discussing practice

Between last Friday and Saturday I deposited over 1500euro to this site, that’s not the issue tho. On Saturday, I placed a bet of over 350euro, and took livescore bet as a genuine firm. The very second the bet was placed all scores, markets and handipcapps changed, luckily I’d screenshot of everything before and after. I’m not chatting s.all margins, it went form 15.15 to 17.14. I Immediately send an email asking to void the bet and sent the screenshot, the waiting till the bet had list then told me it was too late to do anything, I sent 3 more emails demanding an explanation. Then I get an email to say they have suspended my account for 6months for player safety…. if they wer so worried then why accept 1500 e in 24 hours then steal from me in a bet??? Just so happens I was very close to 750e in the daily game when they suspend it too,all a coincidene, lying,cheating, stealing rats is what this company is. And I’ll be sending my screenshot to their social media every day also

I tried to draw out my balance and they advised that my card had expired and they asked me to send a bank statement to receive the refund. Fair enough so I sent my bank statement so they could put the funds in my account and was told that the funds could be up to 5 working days to go in. Then hey presto on the sixth working day still no money. I have been emailing them and now they want me to prove the money has not gone into my bank. What a shambles of a company. Avoid these cowboys at all costs.

They have not paid out on winning bets saying the odds was a mistake, they aren’t , it’s an excuse they use , you can’t trust them because if they done it once they can do it again , the odds was normal they said no they were wrong so didn’t pay out , true colour so don’t bet with them if your not prepared to loose even if you win

The site is generally ok as someone who bets on horses. However, I have to agree with what a lot of people are saying, the rewards are not very good. A daily game that is more like a weekly game, where you are lucky to win 5-10 spins throughout the course of a week. Compare it to say 888sport, who have a daily free spin, where you usually win at least 8 spins a day, sometimes (twice for me) you win 20 in cash upwards to 100 or 888spins.So they are not competitive with promotions and I have seen all the promotions they have. They failed to replace the ‘squads’ promotion which was very good and now have nothing, creating a bias for the football season and making it feel like their site isn’t worth betting on during periods of the year. There are no free bets or bonuses given, again this doesn’t compare. You can get 15 a week free from 888sport just as a reward for placing mutiples. On Fitzdares you get a weekly free bet and if you bet on the casino you can get up to 100 a week bonus based on how much you spend. I once got a 35 bonus and turned that into 550, 300 of which I ended up withdrawing, the wagering requirement is quite small.So they are not competitive with promotions and rewarding loyalty. You can get rewarded better elsewhere.How Livescore truly earned just 2 stars however, is by their responses here. They don’t listen or communicate at all. Look at one review where somebody says they have been banned for winning too much (they just got lucky) and they said they had contacted customer support who did nothing. What was the response from Livescore? ‘Please contact out customer support’ like are these clowns for real? They just told you they tried that, but I guess making sure you respond to comments is important to get that repsonse figure high, even if what you respond with is derivative and unhelpful nonsense. But if you have tried talking to the chat of any bookies/casino, it is a painful experience, I am not sure who they hire, but they don’t know anything about the business or the nature of gambling. I actually spoke with one rep who didn’t even know the promotions they had running and was quite proud of the idea that they shouldn’t need to. I told them I worked at Ladbrokes for 6 years and the one thing I always needed to know was the promotions we were running, we even got mystery shoppers to test us on it. Yet these untrained and unskilled customer reps are evidently programmed to absorb the inevitable abuse given, easier to program the reps to push back, rather than train them properly. Sometimes I end up in a full blown argument as if it’s a debate and not one person supposedly being a professional trying to help their customer. Now let’s see for the sake of interest. How do they respond to this message? Address the generic concerns with copy and paste responses. Or address the serious issues with real answers that actually mean something?We shall see. Site is an absolute scam. Hit multiple bonuses on the same game, first time when the bonus hit the site froze and logged me out. Upon logging back in and loading the game, no bonus on screen. Continued playing thinking it was just a mistake however this happened at least two times. Again, hit the bonus and screen froze and logged me out. Went on chat to speak to an agent about this, screen froze and logged me out after requesting account closure and net despots returned to depositing card. Logged back in and had to start another chat with a different agent when the same thing happened again. Absolute scam site. Would like net deposits returned to depositing card since they have now closed my account without solving issue. Terrible site and terrible chat.

Followed up on LiveScore comments on here and it just goes to show that their comments on here are just to promote positive publicity. In short they did nothing about either issue other than offer me a 50 goodwill gesture on a bet that was more than 20x that. This company started of very good, good promotion, customers service team was easy to talk too and monthly reviews wer a treat. Fast forward 6 months and it’s easily the WORST online site, complete and utter greed at its finest. Customer service team disbanded apart from email, squads promotion gone, monthly review gone, ad hoc free bets gone, withdrawls that took 5 minutes now take over 5 hours. Traders refused to take a 75each way bet on a 7/2 last week, but 30seconds later accepted 150 on the 4/5 fav, of course the 7/2 shot won, I queried via email and was told the trading team DO NOT have to answer as to why they didn’t accept. But the worst thing on the site is the cash out, it simply does not work, its disgusting how bad it is, I could go on and on and leave 100s of examples. For people thinking of joining. Don’t. Awful company This is my second review but for completely different reasons. Yesterday I went to place a bet on a horse, the money left my account so I assumed the bet had been placed. Horse won, at the end of the race my stake was returned and no winnings.I contacted there live chat, communicated with a guy called Todd M who said the bet wasnt accepted. I asked why did they take the money from my balance then, he couldnt answer. I asked to make a complaint, he left the live chat and did nothing to help. I have tried to call in but cant get through.Disgusting.Livescore bet, when you read this rather than make the usual defensive unhelpful reply please call me and resolve this!

Absolute scumbags. Worst bookies in the UK, and that really says alot.Signed up for their welcome bonus of 40. Entered the promo code and placed a qualifying bet. Never got the money credited. Emailed them and one of their agents lied and told me I never entered the code. I signed up on an ad through the original livescore app and the code was already entered. He offered me 20 instead. That never happened then another agent told me he got it wrong and I’d need to deposit and place another 10 bet.Absolutely useless all of them. Don’t waste your time and just use literally any other bookie.

Good website awful customer service.Website is easy to access and very clear.I had an issue with a number of larger bets on roulette which were reported to customer service. The way in which they managed my issues was awful. I had responses back over a week period which were inaccurate, unhelpful and lacked any customer service. I highlighted this and received an apology from a team leader who then referred it to someone else to make a decision on compensation. They initially offered me 20 and then 75. I explained that I thought this was a joke bearing in mind the bet sizes but they wouldnt budge. In short I have given the 75 to charity and will move on. The essence of this review is to say good website but if something goes wrong dont hold your breath for anything to happen as they have antiquated policies, their staff feed out wrong information and when it is highlighted they do little about it. #poorcustomerfocusatlivescorebet

Honest feedback. Life blackjack is okay, seems fair. multi hand computerised blackjack 100% (don’t reply with its auto generated, its fixed) players get 12, 13, 14 most times with 2 cards, and dealer hardly ever busts. Gold Blitz gane is good although impossible to secure bonus game, Big Bass is good and returns okay.

App is great and I loved using it. But I won 6k off a 30cent each way Yankee and 20cent each way accum. I got lucky and had a history of these small bets. Most I’d put on a horse be 10e each way as I like outsiders. But I was paid no problem any time same with this bet. But then I wasn’t allowed to place a bet afterwards,not even 10cent sp on a horse ?was a bit much to be restricted to that severity. So was disappointed because I like this app. There is no issues with payment or the app, it’s great over all but expect if you win anything that you won’t be allowed place a bet again. I’d happily take so but wasn’t even getting that. You swear I won 100k or something. 6k would be nothing to a bookies.

On the 22/2/23 I paid in a deposit of 5, then changed my mind so tried to withdraw but the minimum withdrawal is 10. So I paid in another 5 and withdrew 10. It did not go into my bank even though Livescore said it was successfully paid.They then said to contact my bank which I did. The bank confirmed that I had not received my withdrawal. On the 27/2/23 I opened up a charge back dispute.After 8 weeks my bank has still not heard from Livescore!Today I couldn’t log into my account so I contacted Livescore and they said they have closed my account because I had opened up a chargeback dispute. Unbelievable, what a scam!

I had an account with these low life tax evading scum . I was watching Liverpool v Arsenal last Sunday and a bet flashed up . Both sides to have 2 + shots on target each half . Just before 1/2 time jota had a save from arsenal keeper . I looked on live score app and it appeared up both sides had more than 2 shots on target . The second half dito . So I had won the bet ! I waited for ten minutes were usually they had paid out . It said lost ????? I looked on the stats online and I was correct . I emailed lice score on several occasions which they totally ignored . Eventually I got on their chat line which was a complete farce . I was told the bet lost on the stats they use ????? I sent the stars on several sites to them which clearly showed Liverpool had two shots on target . They refused a bet the solicited !!!! Do not trust these Gibraltar thieves

Marked (at least) two of my winning bets as LOST. never questioned the first one ( it was a while ago) I just presumed I had missed something or misinterpreted it. Second one was a player to score a header which he clearly did, but came up in red LOST and moved to settled. I emailed asking for a explanation..and although it was rectified quickly and funds received quickly, how many have I missed? How many didnt I check? You just expect winning bets to be paid to your account right? App now deleted. I wont use again, I work shifts and not always able to babysit the site to check the results/goals/scorers as they happen and if the site are doing their jobs right and fair.. TAKE CARE !!!

Giving 1 star as you cant award zero stars. My partner signed up, was told account verified. Placed a bet that lost, then (and only then) told that suddenly it wasnt verified. So she needed to provide photos, selfies, with todays date on a piece of paper next to her face, holding her licence etc. A bit like the ransom photos in old gangster films. Considering they are now withholding the free bets, it is like being held to ransom. Ive no idea how these get away with this, but I wish punters checked reviews first. I wish she had! Gambling is a mugs game but this makes it worse.Edited after the response from LiveScoreBet: why would we want to use a company that tells her shes fully verified, then when you get her money, make her jump through hoops with this ridiculous demand for photos holding up todays days.
