THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAMThis website should not exist.They have no problem taking you money , but when it come to withdrawing they will make you do a million things. Take picture of passport , take pictures of bank statements. Have bank statements printed and take picture of you self with the bank statements , take picture of passport next to bank statement , take picture of bank statements next bank card. Two accounts so i found out yesterday that livescore bet and birgin bet are owned by same conpany and u are not allowed accounts with both if the. Won 417 euro to on 5 horses at Cheltenham. Withdrew my money which in the past went straight in. Anyway after few hours and still no money. Got in contact with them via live chat, love chat agent informed me that I would receive my withdrawal in 2-3 business days(which never happened before) and soon as I got off the live chat I was locked out of my account and keeps saying not available in your location. Been in contact with them 3 times true live chat. To which one agent wanted my IP address, and lots of other information. This is a joke of a app and id advise everybody to stay away

Deposited 10 for a betting promotion which didnt end up working. I went to sign in to withdraw my 9 that i had left and it said my account got disabled for no reason. After i answered all security questions they wanted me to do extra to open my account – they want you to hold an id and a piece of paper with todays date. They want you to hold your debit card covering the MIDDLE 8 digits with a piece of paper AND they want a photo of your debit card on its own. Absolute joke of a company .. i never write reviews but people need to know to stay clear of these guys.

Lol received the quickest gubbing in my 4 years of betting. Livescore bet restricted my account soon after they asked me to verify my account. I gave them a copy of my passport and bank statement, after being successfully verified. I was unable to use any of my free bets due to having (maximum bet restricted). Had to go to customer support to ask them about this, they gave me a 30 min window to use my freebets. I was still within the 30 min timeframe but was still unable to place my second free bet. Will do a hasty withdrawal once my bet settles! Livescore bet is astonishingly unprofessional, and quite frankly a waste of time. I don’t think they should be allowed to exist as a bookie. Given that they can restrict your account for any random excuse! Betters be warned, there are much better professional and legitimate bookies out there. These cowboys won’t last long!

Had winning of 15 yesterday so deposited 10 to withdraw the rest. Deposit went fine was quick seconds infact but nearly a day later I still don’t have my withdrawl into my bank account the same account that was used to deposit so quickly. Also says its still pending on the livescore bet app on my withdraw but obvcourse the deposit was successful instantly. Can anyone tell me if this is normal to still be waiting on a withdraw 15 hours after you actually had withdrawn your money? Edit. Just got through to customer service and they banned my account after asking why my funds had not been credited to my account. Said I needed the money as I had to young kids and they ban my account for six months absolutely shocking.. Do not bet on this app ever. Don’t even know if I will get my money back now

Used to be good site , withdrawals are quick . My first two years playing at this site I would go up and down with deposits and withdrawals and on a couple of occasions getting a free cash bonus but over the last year + all I seem to do is deposits any withdrawal are small if you win on one game anything else you play just takes . I don’t expect to win every time as gambling doesn’t work like that and everything is random .on the house roulette gives a few small wins but the chips you win you lose so go gain there and if you get anything on squads what ever you play just loses . Last week I managed to hit a three horse acca, winning over 800.I tried to withdraw my winnings, only for it to be rejected, and I got an email claiming I had to ‘provide ID’ and my account would be suspended (and my money too), unless I did.Odd, the account has been open since October 2021, with 1,000’s in deposits, but they only ask me for ID when I need to withdraw?so, they first asked me for a copy of a utility bill. I provided this, but they weren’t happy. It had to be a digital copy. So I sent them my water bill. But they weren’t happy, so I had to send them a bank statement. For ID, I sent them my passport. they weren’t happy with a passport apparently! They wanted to see my drivers license too? A drivers license isn’t even an official form of ID, a passport is!Anyway, after all this I withdrew my winnings, but when I tried to throw 10 on another bet there was an error stating I had exceeded the maximum bet.So, in summary, for 18 months they didn’t ask me for ID/address details. Only when I went to withdraw did they request this, whilst also suspending my account, whilst giving me as much trouble as they could, and then, once I went through all of this, they prevented me from betting with them.Scoundrels.

The team of Tim Katie and the other guys from Stoke are all great and really positive. I have no affiliation to the company whatsoever just an honest review. Offer promotions, then you opt in and it tells you you are opted in and then after you bet your money to meet the qualifying requirements, you don’t get your free bet and when you enquire about it, you are extremely rudely spoken to and told that your account isn’t allowed to enter the promotion. AVOID. Zero promotions for loyal customers, When playing starburst with 1 or 2 stake you get a couple of small initial wins then nothing, Starburst are pointless and literally throwing money down the drain. I got a email from the cool livescore crew telling me. I was excluded from promotions-After a few bets, and less than a month, I was slightly nonplussed, apparently this a thing from the modern betting services- Offer promotions to compete with rivals, Punish customer when then they spend their hard earned dosh on the best offer. But still would happily say nice things about Livescore, good customer service agents, prompt responses. A company that is trust worthy- probably trapped in short termism I am now engaging with the offers of others. Such a shame!!!!!!

At First I enjoyed having my custom with LiveScore bet, but you soon realise it is miles behind any major competitors. Id be a fairly heavy punter and would tend to drop a few k a month so Id have expected a good loyalty scheme which there isnt really. Sometimes theyd throw anything between 50-100 in your account at the end of the month but not always. At the end of December after my busiest month betting with them I received two small free bets which surprised me. They hold pride in rewarding customers cash bonuses rather than free bets so maybe this was their way of wanting me to bet elsewhere. It worked well as Ive closed up and opened with a competitor. If they sorted out their loyalty rewards Id consider returning, but in the meantime Ill keep my account closed.
