Joined this site 2 days ago and i have had really good experience good choice of games and 2 good wins and the first was paid out with in 24hours s it was my first withdrawl took longer but my second one was paid with in 5 mins had no issues withdrawl and money straight into my bank was a little worried when reading reviews but all had been good so far also customer service on online chat have been really good too so gave 5* Matthew

I must admit livescore are one of the new bookmakers they try and help punters with offers compared to betgoodwin parimatch and others that dont offer that much for small punters

So i have been using livescore bet this year every now and then however i won some money on build up game from the spurs v united game anyways after sending all my details to the support team of bank statements and passport details my account is all of a sudden disabled….i would like my money that i won fair and square and would also like to know why my account has been suspended with no details about why this has happened.

Awful company. They randomly ban you from all promotions with no explanation. I’ve seen some companies ban people from sports promotions or gaming promotions, but rarely both and not as early as with this lot. But if they don’t value their customers then it’s their loss

Despite being a perfectly ordinary customer with only a handful of small bets under my belt, I was randomly emailed by Livescore to tell me that I will no longer be able to take part in any more free bet promotions.The email concludes: “Our customer support team won’t be able to provide any further insight in to why this decision has been taken”. With that in mind, I won’t be able to provide any further insight into my 1-star review.

This site is starting to really frustrate me I can never see my spendings that are not within 24hrs so cannot check what I am spending weekly. I am starting to think they are manipulating me and my gaming now. I always seem to win on the free games and think they are doing this so I play and then deposit. I also play on their sister sites and the losses are the same on this one site then the winnings across all of the 3 other sites as I play just one particular game. Dodgy I think and will be asking for the gambling commission to look into them – keep your money it’s not fair play !

Got an email indicating I would no longer be offered any bonuses for no reason then they continued to offer bonuses which was confusing taking bets and then would not provide a free bet as offered so app deleted don’t use this site the user interface is crap and they confuse the offers take your money and don’t give the bonuses offered

Very disappointed let you open an account deposit money place a bet . Then when you have a return,thay want more info driving licence or passport which they then make it as hard as possible to upload. Will definitely close account when I manage to remove winnings.

The bet £10 get 100 free spins sign up bonus is a scam. You will never be able to play your free bets as the link automatically sends you to an error page every time it’s clicked. Customer service send you round in circles trying to blame, cache, browsers, internet, mobile internet. Don’t waste your life chasing them to get the spins to work like I did. Poor customer service. Still can’t get my issue resolved. Was going to close my account due to a technical issue they asked if i wanted it raised with the technical team before closing my account so i said yes raise it with them but still closed my account without getting it resolved. A total disgrace, the customer service is incredibly rude. When I asked why I hadn’t been given the welcome bonus, they didn’t even know how to make up lies. My bet met all their ridiculous requirements, and they didn’t know what to say, so they just made things up. In the end, not knowing what else to tell me, they blocked the chat. What a disgrace. Playing live blackjack and the dealer dealt me a 3 and 8 so I doubled down. The dealer then for some reason changed my cards as if he had made an error when dealing. So I ended up with an ace and a 3 but cause I had doubled down on 11 it automatically kept my double down bet which unfortunately lost. When I contacted customer support they basically said they investigated and they were my cards. Wages their hands of it and did not help at all. Horrible to deal with.

I previously stated how good this company had been on a previous review, how wrong I was…After 30 months of loyal custom, today I log on, to my surprise my account is suspended.I query this, I’m told it’s with compliance. I ask why, we can’t tell you…I called back & requested to speak to compliance to be told that they need to validate my source of income.They have therefore cost me my weekly squads game as I can’t log on to get my last player & potential return, lost daily game, lose out on monthly end game, I question this, their response, nothing we can do.Surely you should proactively contact me to advise & discuss this with me, not let me find out when I try to log on.I raise a complaint via E Mail, I’m sent a link to be told to raise it via their link, the company who used to be really customer focussed are now nothing short of average, and that’s being generous!

So I set the account up no issues at all, I actually done quite well and won some money.Prior to depositing I asked if any further verification would be required, I was told no, as soon as I won a decent amount and before I get the chance to withdraw it, my account is closed I am told now that I need to verify my account. I have sent my passport but they require me to hold a picture of my passport along with a piece of paper with the current date on it, I don’t even have a self facing camera! They have told me to phone someone or get someone to come round to my house to take a picture of me which is absolutely ludicrous, the money I deposited should never have been taken from my account if these are the verification procedures required, hence me asking before making any deposits.I want this resolved asap and I won’t be dropping this, I have already spoke to someone on live chat and nothing was done about this. It’s absolutely criminal! These checks should be carried out before making a deposit to make sure the person can accommodate what is required.I feel this is a method to keep winnings from people.

Absolute rip off avoid at all costs. I sent id I had paid for passport and was awaiting its arrival. Then they closed my account refunded my deposit. Voided my winnings which was 14 times more. Worst bookmaker. Avoid at all costs. I think people need to understand. If you lose they will not refund or check you. But if you win they will not pay. I sent current bill, ex prison card with photo id, my electric card my swift card and my birth certificate. I sent a screenshot of my online banking saying I ordered a passport. And they send your account is void all winnings lost . I’m pretty sure what I sent to them by email at the verification email address supplied by the member of staff on the online chat proves I’m 55. wrote a good review here earlier,on Casio on this site don’t play evolution blackjack its totally rigged,over the past few months I’ve noticed his bust rate is very poor below 10%,it should be 30, this morning i played 24hands of blackjack he didn’t bust once thats practically impossible,u do this at home with a set of cards and play by The proper rules ie dealer has to hit 16 or below and see for yourself, I’ve closed my account now not losing anything more on something thats completely rigged, they said The usual thing its random,its a rgn etc,in my experience it’s not it’s not just today it’s nearly All the time he just doesn’t bust what he should do in real Life I’d advise to stay away

They ruined most of the good things. On tennis now if you want to bet inplay for like the next game it will take you forever to find the market unlike before when it used to be of fast markets. I used to enjoy squads because there was a variety of players but now you’ll only get defenders that will never score and around 10p to £1 per goal 😂.inplay bets take forever to be accepted too. Would be so nice if you could select favourite events instead of having to look and scroll. The only good thing left now is fast withdrawals if you win of course. This goes for virgin bet too who are even worse with their free games especially.

Ok. So honest review. Pros of site are very fast withdrawals. Fast bet settlement. Plenty inplay markets. Casino is ok but not really my thing. Now cons of site. Recently changed there providers and markets offered suck Compared to previous. Zero incentive to stay with site as in no freebets ever given to me. ( customer of 6 or 7 years now). Used to get loads given now absolutely nothing for probly 2 years. What confuses me is other customers on here saying they get freebets every month. Anyway is what it is. Sites ok. Some aspects really good. Some poor.
