Very poor betting company, they just decided to not give me any bonuses anymore, which I assume is because they don’t make enough money from me. Even before that, I would say the usability of the app, the promotions, the odds are much worse than most of their competitors. I would swerve using them. Charlie

If i could give this a zero star i would. I play regularly on multiple sites & same game every time. Theres something not right at all with the slots! I know how this game works & know wins arent guaranteed, however after depositing over £600 in less than 24 hours not a single half decent win & lucky to land on basic bonus. All other sites i go on work differently, this site is not right at all & needs looked into. £600 is a lot for 50p spins to win nothing but pennies. Needs investigating. Stay away. There’s no “fairness” here

Don’t bother opening an account. They will ask for passport (fair enough) after confirming my address but this wasn’t good enough and needed to send in a video to prove who I was. All this after an initial deposit of £20. Chose to close account and wasn’t allowed to use 2 x £10 free bets given on account opening. The £1 free bets for Cheltenham couldn’t be used as maximum stake was less than £1.Gambling Commission need to know how they operate. It’s not ‘industry standard verification’ as I have never been asked for such information before. Don’t bother opening an account as they will either be out of business or have their licence revoked. Just a way to stop you using free bets.

Unfortunately this betting company does not provide any bonuses but solely promotions. When it came to birthday bonus I had to contact customer support only to be lied that I “would receive it later on the day”. In general I’ve been with them for over a year, but no bonuses as free bets apart from 5 spins here and there.

Terrible site for slots. They refer to their bog standard reply , ramdom generated, gambling commission blah blah blah. I lost hundreds on games which are usually very generous and play fair but on this site the programme is on a losing loop. I played minimum stakes over +£500 lost, so I had a good run up on each slot at 10p 20p max 40p . The games played totally different , dead spins , dreadful pays in base and if your lucky enough to bonus one it totally fists you.I know these games like the back of my hand and they just are not the same. If you’re placing a bet it jumps to a higher stake than your inputting and occasionally it won’t let you stake a bet comes up error please try again lots of technical bugs wouldn’t advise using this site tbh So I spoke to there customer service they said why didn’t you cancel the bet if you seen the stake had changed I said you can’t once it’s in motion where the stake has changed on its own they said we don’t have technical issues then before could reply he closed the chat said issue resolved now give this chat a thumbs up which I didn’t. Worst betting company I’ve encountered by far. Ans since then unable to log into this or virgin I wonder why

I can’t believe how they have treated me I had a account so they took the financial check on me how I fund my account. So I told them about my money but I also told them about my pension which has nothing to do with funding my account. So I gave them my bank statements. But they wanted to see my pension statements which has nothing to do with funding my account which I don’t get to my retirement age. But because I didn’t give them my statements of pension they closed my account which I have spent a lot of money with them I have been loyalty to them and that is the way they treat you. So if you have not joined them yet avoid at all cost

Not 100% sure, markets seem all good, but when it comes to withdrawing seems a pain, I’ve got a pending withdrawal of £70, which has been now pending for 28 hours. Dispite it saying it will be processed within 24 hours. According to chat they say it takes longer than 24 hours as it’s a first time withdrawal? Makes no sence considering my account is fully verified. Live chat don’t really help just fob you off with the same excuse as listed above. So yeah 28 and still waiting for it to be processed. Nothing like the higher bookies that have instant withdrawals in your bank in seconds.

They took over 24 hours to settle a 5 fold accumulator paying out on 4 games and voiding the 5th as they couldn’t determine the result due to lack of official sources. They had the audacity to ask me to source the result! I found out from two sources (one official and one unofficial.I presented Livescore bet with the result from soccerway.com (really not my job) which clearly shows the game was played and more importantly a winner on my accumulator. Upon presenting this information to Nifemi A on live chat (have screenshots and partial transcript) he told me it had been a fixture reversal so the game does not stand. Say what?! The game was advertised, odds were offered and it played out.. In fact Michelton Fc ladies were due to play at home but played away to the same team, Souths United women. Michelton were favorites so in fact the odds of my bet should have been longer given the favorites were now playing alway! Also plenty of updates were provided by official sources well in advance of the match starting. Nifemi A on live chat said decision to not pay out on the game was final and any complaints go to Supportvirginbet.com and abruptly ended the chat. Thought all complaints go through supportlivescorebet.com and then if unresolved to to stage 2 at step2livescorebet.com with the final stage being eCOGRA. At what point do virginbet come into this?! So, In a nutshell they are refusing me 25% of my winnings due to lack of dillegence on their part. If the bet had lost, would have been interesting to see. If anyone has any had Souths ladies v Michelton ladies on17/02/24 paid/not paid (excluding voided bet) please make a post or DM on Reddit/Twitter. Shipitforthewin Let’s just say, once my complaint has been handled I will be swiftly closing down my account indefinitely. I will update on progress and I can guarantee they will close my account as a consequence of this post, all whilst in the middle of a complaint. Just sometimes guys, they choose the wrong person to scam. 😉

Absolute sham of a company. ID was a nightmare needed a passport and a pic of me with a hand written note with the date on. I won some money then the accounts disabled. Avoid these scammers apparent doing it to a lot of accounts.

First of all a good site but now they blocked my account to do my fiance check so I told them how I fund my account I did tell them but I also told them I have money go into my personal pension. So I scent copy of my bank statements to show how I fund my account but because I told them I had a pension which I don’t get until I retire they wanted to see my pension. Which thinking about it my pension has nothing to do with them that is private that is why they call it a PRIVATE PENSION. I think it’s very rude of them I have been a good customer and I am being treated so bad

Overall not to bad, its really simple, nothing overly stands out, if your betting on goals/teams to win ect its decent although most other sites now have the early pay-out offer and/or acca bonus.Do not use this site for bet builders unless you like getting on 50% back in comparison on what these would return on another site, they offer (and as far as im aware poss the only bookmaker to offer?) Will the post/crossbar be hit in a match as part of the bet builder, the only problem is that the odds are disgusting and adding this to your bet builder will barley make a dent/shift in the odds. Back in the late 2007s betfred used to offer this as single around 5/1 for most games before stopping this special, when im seeing a bet builder coming in at 2.5/1 becoming around 3.5/1 by adding the crossbar/post to be hit, im feeling like im being ripped off.Singles on Horses are good here but for lucky 15s they dont even offer double the odds for one winner, the truth is thats why I dont use this website very often, pointless when I bet quite a few lucky 15s and there are better alternatives. Like I said at the start still a decent site, but think of this as “Plain Jane” of the betting world, noting bad about it but noting to fantasise over either.
