Still waiting been told Apple Pay is down wasn’t down when I deposited, so how is that my problem was told this morning to upload a bank statement with my details on to pay by bank transfer still waiting customer service are rude!!! FRADSThis company are utter frauds! My son set up 2 accounts with them! One in my name and one in my partners !! They allowed him to deposit money into the accounts one was a diffrent name to the account name, and he actually won and they put the money into the acc… Now he then decided to use my details! I am a member of gamstop! I am disgusted with my child but I spoke to this company and they said I would get a refund if I could prove I was a member of gamstop! Only me as his dad isn’t a gamstop member so we were not chasing that money as there was no point.They gave me the run around for 4 months !! Constantly just saying it was with a certain department and they would be in touch! I kept having to message them!I’ve sent them about 60 emails! I can’t understand why I’m having to wait over two weeks for my withdrawal. I made the request on a Sunday, and now, two Sundays later, Luckster still refuses to explain why they haven’t paid out. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Luckster Casino that I feel compelled to share. I had a pending withdrawal, and when I asked for an update, the support team assured me that I would receive my money or at least an update within two working days.After two days passed with no word, I chased them again, only to be told that my payment was with the finance team. Five days later, still nothing, so I chased again and was given the same vague response — that it was “being processed.”By the seventh day, I was understandably frustrated and voiced my concerns. I was baffled that a simple £80 withdrawal was taking this long, especially considering that I’ve never experienced such delays with other casinos in the group, where withdrawals were processed in as little as 40 minutes or within 48 hours at most. Ok the site itself isn’t bad, games do pay out, bonus rounds do hit, my only major concern is when you want to withdraw money, after I withdrew £620 it took many checks, photo’s of ID photo’s of me holding ID literally everything to get paid out, took about 4days but got paid. 2nd withdrawal was for £200 after all the checks you would think this might have been quicker, nope infact it’s now been 7days and my withdrawal still says pending, that means it’s still not been “approved” yet. Many emails later I just get told the same thing over and over that they will ask the payment team to chase it up…oh and the payment team don’t work weekends either. Absolute joke that they take your money straight away and take forever to pay you out. I will never use them again now.

AVOID! I’ve deposited so many times on this site and never ever had a win. Everytime you play a game it teases with free spins and never drops. When it does drop you win £1/£2 even though the game has took hundreds. It’s absolutely ridiculous 🙄 I haven’t seen any other site with such bad rtp rate. Definitely don’t even try this company they’re fraudsters they scammed me they didn’t pay my money that I deposited via revolut bank which is I got told they not able to pay into revolut account. Method I used to deposited in I couldn’t withdrawal via same method. Unbelievably I was told to open new bank account with different bank. 1st August 2023 – Netherlands Women vs Vietnam Women world cup match. The match was due to begin at 8am BST. I had placed 2 bets between 5am/6am BST totalling £193.50. £100 on over 5.5 goals and £93.50 on over 6.5 goals. All went through and accepted. Waited until the start of the match and everything was perfectly fine, Netherlands go up 3-0 inside 18 minutes, I feel naturally excited the bets going great, 4-0 at 23 minutes and just for reassurance to check what bets I placed I logged into luckster. I took a screenshot of my bets as they were going great and refreshed the page. The bets had vanished – literally gone. My balance showed £193.50 – no sign of my bets voided, no email to tell me what happened, nothing.Only when the bets were going really great, Luckster decided to void them. I was absolutely confused and shocked. Had no idea what was happening so went on live chat – was told the odds were incorrect so they voided the bet 24 minutes into the match. Pure lie! I was panicking and feeling really down – so the first thing they did was actually ban my account – closed it down – they had no interest in the issue – they wanted me gone and pushed me away. Due to me panicking, i received a call from luckster and a lady on the other side of the call who told me “I can never be wrong i know everything as I’ve worked here for years” told me the bet was voided correctly and that I was wrong. But she did claim that she was still going to get it reviewed and checked although I highly doubt she did anything. She constantly stated the bet being voided was the right action. She disconnected the call around 40 minutes in and never called back.I called back multiple times speaking to multiple people – their reasoning – the odds we incorrect were a pure lie. So i set out to disprove them. I googled for the odds pre match for over 5.5 goals and 6.5 goals and unsurprisingly found lucksters odds were worser then many leading betting websites – I was getting worser odds and a worser pay out with luckster. Yet I was told the odds were wrong – no. Nah. Not a chance your wriggling out with such a blatant lie.So I provided a screenshot to prove that what luckster were saying was just pure BS, fortunately I was speaking to someone who agreed with me and took my side after 2 – 3 agents all said it was correctly voided. This agent said he will take care of it and I cant remember the timescale but as “a gesture of goodwill” the bet was honoured. Laughable.Im sure they would have scammed many people that day and voided their bets – if they have please contact them to get your winnings paid out. And whatever you do, do NOT EVER use luckster. They are the worst betting website ever to exist in the 17 years i have gambled. Liers, cheaters and scammers.

I would avoid joining this casino at any cost firstly the site itself is incredibly slow and outdated Secondly i tried to make a small withdrawal and it was declined even though my account was fully verified Thirdly if you’re a sports betting enthusiast they say you can control your bet with the cash out button unfortunately the cashout button is never available most of the time so really its a complete lie there’s no control So in summary i would say if you join luckster then the chance of actually being able to withdraw your money is a gamble in itself 😆

So twice today I placed winning bets and the company marked them as rejected even though they are in your open bets slip. You watch your race. See your picks win. Log onto your account and instead of winnings you get a bet rejected notification. Its never happened on losing bets but today they’ve cost me 500 quid. Customer service say it could be to.h8gh stake, market change, market closed(even though 5/10 mins before event). Then they say we will escalate and close your chat and say its been a pleasure to help you. What a cowboy company. Stick to the shops or big bookies. These amateurs are only here to take your money. Will update review here accordingly. Took a while to verify my card initially. I have 3 cards but when I made a withdrawal they asked for me to send images etc of that card and my ID. All done and after a couple of days they paid. Since made a few withdrawals around £600-£800 mark no problems same day payout almost instant. I won pretty big yesterday – £8000 withdrawal requested and today nothing. Then 5.30pm they asked me for images of 2 x other bank cards on account despite not depositing with them nor have I requested withdrawal to them. Used same verified card as previously. Have this evening verified documents and said I’m now completely verified but my withdrawal for the £8000 is still pending. Feeling very nervous currently but hoping it comes in the next few hours as I have been informed they process withdrawals right up to midnight. No withdrawal limit amount for UK has been confirmed. So just patiently waiting checking my emails regularly to see if they have processed but no luck yet. Frustrating it’s taking longer than any other withdrawal.

Charge a % for withdrawals, this is not the standard for UK online betting, almost everyone else is free. Bonuses don’t seem to be credited a day after settling. AVOID!

Writing this and will edit update as I go. Deposited 110£. Have won around 1100 betting on tennis. I recieved a casino bonus on sign up- I hate casinos and never play them, anyway I had 110 and thought why not just spin it- made it to 370 but the wagering requirement is so high I got bored. I went to test their withdrawal times and was unable to withdraw my winninings on the sportsbook due to the bonus being active. So I deleted the bonus and it was removed. I withdrew 70 to my payment method PayPal this morning and it is still pending. I have sent my passport and bank statement in. Bare in mind most other bookies paypal withdrawals in a matter of minutes. I will keep this review and edit when and if the withdrawal is made in a timely manner and my stars given will reflect the time it takes. I hope they get their act togethe.

They let you deposit money without a problem, without even checking if it’s legal for you to gamble. When you try to make your withdrawal they make it as inconvenient as possible. They get you to pose and take pictures of yourself with the debit card and ID, they charge you a high withdrawal fee and they take ages approving those withdrawals. Avoid at all cost. Use a different website, there are plenty others.

When i joined the site it seemed ok a couple of small wins and couple of withdrawals, they then asked me to verify my account which i did with pictures holding my driving licence sending bank statements front/back copies of my bank card. I had a small pending withdrawal which hasn’t been processed. Now randomly they’ve closed my account due to responsible gambling policy. ??? I did self excluded myself from MrPlay and few months later i was able to open an account with Betiton and few months later with Luckster.I found out that Betiton and Luckster are sister company and i had £1000 limit with Betiton and Luckster was allowing me gamble £3/4K while my limit was exhausted at Betiton.I did complain about it and they closed my account and i went to Gambling Commissions and they asked for the SAR.When i received my SAR i found out that MrPlay is under the same company too.I raised this issue with Gambling Commission but also i do legal way too.You guys are not allow people to open an account in their sister companies if they self excluded themselves agains ur licence and rules on TC.As you mentioned that i self excluded myself from whole network of the Aspire Global owns 3 companies i mentioned i shouldnt be able to open an account at Betiton nor Luckster.I was asking refund of only Luckster but now i am coming for whole my loss and that you guys broke the licence rules.Gambling Commission asked me to file complain first about this matter.I already have 2 files about you guys and also legal case is getting ready.

Nowadays most casinos process withdrawals of verified account within 1 minute to 2 hours. They state they will do within 48 hours (usually much sooner). I have been waiting 3 days and i am expecting to wait another 3. this alone is enough of a deterrent. between instant and 6 days withdrawal time is what they also say.edit: was told via live chat to give them 7 days to process the payment before they bother doing it.

Stay clear. Will allow you to deposit until the cows come… zero questions asked. Ask for a £50 withdrawal and suddenly they act like FBI with the documentation checks. Avoiding paying out at all costs. Might as well go flush your money down the toilet. Horrendous

Customer service is unavailable during midnight. At night winners are not settled quickly, can take over 12 hours, yet losers are settled within minutes. Seems dodgy. The customer service has no managers available, the complaints procedure is like police investigating their own wrongdoings. Non existent complaint procedure covering their own poor behaviour and not investigating complaints. Withdrawals charge a 1 fee for debit card withdrawals, a big scam to take more of your money. Withdrawals made by debit card is processed very quickly by the staff, yet other methods like instant bank transfer which has 0 fees are neglected and delayed, wonder why? Probably due to it being free and they are not profiting from the daylight robbery fee of 1 on debit cards. Website is from the dark ages, constantly suspending markets for simple things like a basket in basketball so to place a bet can be difficult and takes multiple attempts. It’s one of the worst betting experiences for in play betting and usually underpriced compared to other websites. Overall a poor attempt at sports betting, looks outdated, functions poorly and customer service is useless in solving issues, all issues are deflected and constant pointing towards their conditions. Never a solution. Avoid.

I was doing 10 pounds bet! In a minute 800 pounds magically disappeared from my account and it’s showing I done a 882 pound bet which is obviously impossible ! I then contacted live who also said it doesn’t add up and will get looked into however 20 days!!!! They said it can take up to which is disgusting as I made a deposit of 1k so they didn’t steal winnings they actually stole money I made a deposit with!
