Customer service is unavailable during midnight. At night winners are not settled quickly, can take over 12 hours, yet losers are settled within minutes. Seems dodgy. The customer service has no managers available, the complaints procedure is like police investigating their own wrongdoings. Non existent complaint procedure covering their own poor behaviour and not investigating complaints. Withdrawals charge a 1 fee for debit card withdrawals, a big scam to take more of your money. Withdrawals made by debit card is processed very quickly by the staff, yet other methods like instant bank transfer which has 0 fees are neglected and delayed, wonder why? Probably due to it being free and they are not profiting from the daylight robbery fee of 1 on debit cards. Website is from the dark ages, constantly suspending markets for simple things like a basket in basketball so to place a bet can be difficult and takes multiple attempts. It’s one of the worst betting experiences for in play betting and usually underpriced compared to other websites. Overall a poor attempt at sports betting, looks outdated, functions poorly and customer service is useless in solving issues, all issues are deflected and constant pointing towards their conditions. Never a solution. Avoid.

I was doing 10 pounds bet! In a minute 800 pounds magically disappeared from my account and it’s showing I done a 882 pound bet which is obviously impossible ! I then contacted live who also said it doesn’t add up and will get looked into however 20 days!!!! They said it can take up to which is disgusting as I made a deposit of 1k so they didn’t steal winnings they actually stole money I made a deposit with! And if they don’t pay me back my money I wil do everything in my power to take this casino down !!

Absolutely rigged. Deposited 300 over 2 days. Didn’t get a single bonus or free spins, despite changing game and bet level. Didn’t ever hit more than 3 x my bet. Don’t waste your money here. There are plenty of legit casinos out there.

Don’t use this website. Another website that let’s you deposur and play and then requires verification to withdraw. I am 21, and they are so slow at verification I won over 2 weeks ago now, and my withdrawal hasn’t been approved. Support is just copy paste, nothing to do with individual experience. Useless site, I feel like I’ve lost even though I’ve won money. I’d forfeit the wins to get the time I spent trying to get my winnings back.Steer clear.

Again it’s the same old same old regarding when you get a big win (3000) and they hold on to your withdrawal longer than necessary. Two days now I’ve been waiting. And it supposed be a fast bank transfer. They will most likely close my account once I get my money. That’s what many others do. Because they do NOT like it when you win. Most of them shouldn’t even be allowed a license.

This is the worst bookies ever. They do not allow you to select Sp on horses. If a horse is 3/1 they only allows you a bet at even money.A horse today was 8/15 Luckster price 1/4 on. What a joke. Happy to take your deposit and then take days and weeks to process any withdrawal. I deposited via trustly and now they are unable to withdraw that way and are asking for IBAN and BIC which I dont have so I am currently in a stand off to get my money back.

This site is disgusting especially the live chat member that goes by the name olivia. They do not credit the welcome offer I provided many screenshots to verify the offer I registered for and was kept waiting for over 2 hours yesterday and over an hour today.this site and any site owned by ASPIRE are frauds theiving scum bags the lot of um.
